It's over for Zach Bryan and his girlfriend, Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia. The singer took to Instagram to announce their split on October 22, 2024, writing, "Addressing something: Brianna and me have broken up with each other and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart. She has loved me unconditionally for a very long time and for that I'll always thank her."
The rising country star, 28, began dating the Barstool Sports personality, 24, in the summer of 2023. Their romance took the internet by storm, especially as the Oklahoma native's career continues to flourish. (In February, he secured his first Grammy Award for Best Country Duo/Pop Performance for his collaboration with Kacey Musgraves on the smash hit "I Remember Everything.")

The social media personality asked the signer for a photo when they crossed paths at the Academy of Country Music Awards. That was the extent of their interaction, though; Brianna confirmed that their conversation was solely about taking the picture.
May 2023: Zach Bryan Splits From Deb Peifer
Later that month, Zach Bryan announced his split from his ex-girlfriend, Deb Peifer. He shared a statement on X, writing, "Things are mutual between us, we're leaving with plenty [of] memories and good times. I beg so much that everyone respects her and my privacy through a hard time."
June 2023: Brianna Chickenfry Appears On Stage with Zach Bryan
Brianna Chickenfry and Zach Bryan crossed paths once again that summer, when she co-hosted his concert at Forest Hills Stadium in New York alongside fellow Barstool personality Josh Richards. According to Brianna, they didn't talk at the event…but Zach slid into her DMs a few days later.
During an episode of her BFFs Podcast, she shed more light on how they began talking. "I was still with my boyfriend at the concert. And then, a few days later, me and Joey break up. And [Bryan] had already broken up with his girlfriend, and then he f---in' slid into my DMs," she recalled. "I made a podcast after we went onstage and was like, 'Eat the rich besides Zach Bryan' and he posted it and then he DM'd me and said, 'That was so sweet, thank you guys for coming.' And then we just started chatting."

Within a month, Brianna Chickenfry and Zach Bryan officially began dating, which she confirmed on an episode of her second podcast PlanBri Uncut. "I think I might have some stuff to address: I've been hanging out with a guy named Zach," she said during the episode. When prodded for more details by her co-host Grace O'Malley, she said they had been seeing each other for about three weeks. "It's fun, it's casual... just wanted to address it because the whole internet is freaking the f--- out and people are doing s—" she said.
Despite wanting to keep the budding romance private, the influencer said that heightening internet buzz and speculation led her to open up sooner than anticipated. "We're just hanging out, having fun, and that's where I've been, that's what I've been doing, that's what I'm gonna be doing for a little bit. We'll see where it goes, and I'm happy," she added.

In August, Brianna took to her BFFs podcast to share more about the early days of her relationship with Zach Bryan. Not only did he win his first award for Best Country Duo/Pop Performance for his duet with Kacey Musgraves on the song "I Remember Everything," he made his red carpet debut with his girlfriend. Zach Bryan and Brianna Chickenfry posed for photos together, looking sleek in corresponding black ensembles.
Brianna shared a touching message to her boyfriend after the event, writing, "Being with Zach and seeing the hard work he pours into his music has been nothing short of incredible to watch.
