the shop it is unorganized and people don't seem to know what is going on. We went in for tasting and got our quote and they continue to try to charge $50 more for my cake. They showed up 30 minutes before my ceremony started with an undecorated cake. they then had to go back to their store to get decorations. The cake we showed them had flowers on it and those were not on the cake. When we emailed them about this afterwards she said oh we don't put flowers on cake. This would have been great to know when I sent you the picture of my cake because I would have put some on myself. Basically the owner passed all the blame to her employees and didn't seem to care. very unprofessional
Everything went well with getting our cake. I feel like communication was not up to par. I got a grooms cake last minute, and it was delivered but slightly under my expectations of it. The Bridal cake was beautiful and tasted great!
