Lady Kitty Spencer Marries in Luxurious Italy Wedding

Lady Kitty Spencer is married. The model and niece of the late Princess Diana married retail tycoon and businessman Michael Lewis in a July 2021 wedding. Luxury was an understatement to describe the lavish, royally-adjacent affair, which took place in the Italian countryside near Rome.

The bride wore five different looks by Dolce & Gabbana throughout the weekend, including a Victorian Era-inspired lace column gown featuring puffed shoulder sleeves and an elegant high neckline. She later swapped into another extravagant gown for the reception, this time opting to showcase the designer's colorful aesthetic in a billowing ballgown embellished with floral motifs.

The bride was accompanied down the aisle by her brothers Samuel Aitken, Viscount Althorp and Louis Spencer. Guests included Kardashian family publicist Simon Huck.

On Sunday, the bride wore three different D&G looks, with one baby blue number featuring a dramatic cape. One noticeably missing accessory from the lavish wedding weekend was the renowned Spencer Tiara, which was once worn by Princess Diana on her wedding day.

Prior to the wedding weekend, Spencer spent quality time with her besties in nearby Florence for what appeared like a week-of bach party. "Reunited with my favourite people in my favourite place," she captioned one photo.
