Riverdale's KJ Apa and Girlfriend Clara Berry Are Expecting Their First Child Together

KJ Apa and girlfriend Clara Berry are soon-to-be parents. New Zealand native Apa (Keneti James Fitzgerald Apa) is beloved for his role as Archie Andrews in CW's Riverdale, while Berry is a model.

The couple confirmed their baby news on Instagram with several loved-up snapshots, including images of Berry's bump. Apa replied to Berry's posts to double down on the confirmation of their expectancy news. "She's pregnant btw," he noted.

Of course, Apa's colleagues chimed in with congratulatory remarks, including Charles Melton, Camila Mendes, Madelaine Pesch and Lili Reinhart. Actress Vanessa Morgan, who recently welcomed a baby boy herself, added: "Rivers soon to be bestie."

This will be the first child for Apa, 23, and Berry, 27. The public first learned of their relationship in August 2020. Apa revealed his romance was still going strong after sharing a series of racy photos of his girlfriend. "There's nowhere else," he wrote at the time.

New life stages have very much been a large part of the Riverdale cast's year. Actor Casey Cott announced his engagement in December 2020, and is currently planning a wedding with his girlfriend.
