Bedell Cellars is one of the most beautiful settings for a wedding. Our Spring cocktail hour on the lawn overlooking the vines was everything I have dreamed of. We had a great experience working with Delaney who was always available to answer all of our questions and put our wedding stress at ease. On the day of, the staff did a wonderful job and everything ran very smoothly. Delaney went above and beyond to make sure everything went as we wanted the night of our wedding.

Bedell is the most perfect venue! Our wedding was this past October during the weekend of Hurricane Ian. Delaney and the Bedell staff was absolutely amazing at changing ceremony and cocktail hour plans and making it so beautiful! I am so grateful for everything they did to make our day so special. Delaney was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. The property is so beautiful and perfect for pictures. We love Bedell ❤️

I recently had my wedding at Bedell Cellars in September and truly cannot recommend the venue and the team enough. Delaney was not only so easy to work with, but was so accommodating and thoughtful along the way. She worked phenomenally with our vendors and the final outcome was fantastic. Not to mention that the venue and wine are amazing. Will definitely be a lifelong Bedell visitor!

Our wedding at Bedell was nothing short of perfect, thanks to Amy, Delaney and the entire Bedell team. The venue is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect canvas for us to customize our day. Amy and Delaney were so helpful and accessible throughout our entire planning process. We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding.

Our wedding last weekend at Bedell was absolutely perfect! We can’t put into words how breathtaking the venue itself is; from the orchard, to the vines and inside the pavilion. All of the staff is just incredible, and our day would not have been what is was without the guidance of Delaney, in particular. She truly went above and beyond, and all of the staff made our wedding dreams come true. Although we are so bummed our day has passed, we can’t wait to see our photos and relive the best day of our lives at the most stunning wedding venue!

Bedell is amazing - the team were phenomenal making the day incredibly stress free and perfect! I knew exactly what I wanted and the team (led by the wonderful Amy & Delaney) made my vision a reality. The venue is beautiful, and the communication in the run up to the day was great. Amazing in every way!

From the moment we toured the property at Bedell, to the minute we left the premises the night of our wedding - Delaney and the rest of the Bedell team blew us away. We could not have asked for a more perfect location for our wedding, and everything was as smooth as could be leading up. Delaney went above and beyond in helping us throughout the entire wedding planning process - checking in periodically throughout the year and communicating with our vendors seamlessly. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, and really knows what she's doing! The staff at Bedell are so professional and really make you feel special. We are going to miss working with them so much! It can be overwhelming at times having to bring in different vendors and coordinating between everyone, but the Bedell team made this process much easier to handle. The property itself could not be more beautiful. From the garden in front of the cottage, to the well manicured lawn & unique tree for the most perfect ceremony backdrop, to the STUNNING vines - Bedell is simply magical. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a customizable, North Fork wedding!!

Bedell was amazing! I knew that I wanted to get married at a vineyard on the north fork, and we saw a few other places but Bedell really stood out from the beginning. The staff were beyond accommodating, the venue is gorgeous and the wine is really good too (we even got a discount on every bottle up until the wedding!). Taking photos by the vines as the sun set is an amazing experience. I was also the first bride to use the on site cottage to get ready in, which was a huge game changer since our hotel block was in Riverhead about 20-30 min away. It was so easy and fun being on site all day and seeing the other vendors set up. Delaney and Amy at Bedell are truly the best team, and I’m so sad that I only get married once and can’t work with them over and over again. We had a small hiccup with one of our hotel shuttles, and Delaney helped not only keep me and my family calm, but also kept everything running on track. She even helped my MOH bustle my dress during the cocktail hour so I could get back out there quickly and not miss out on the fun! I work in events myself, so I have very high standards for venues and on site teams, but I was able to let go and know everything was going to run smoothly. The only slight negative is that everything out there can be pretty pricey, and going into wedding planning I wasn’t totally prepared for all of the costs. Bedell is basically fully customizable since you need to rent all of the tables, chairs, glassware, etc. so we were able to really make it what we wanted, but that also comes at a high cost. But I do think you get what you pay for, and in the end it was all incredibly worth it!

Beautiful venue and event staff are great at communicating throughout planning and directing you through your day. Was a completely stress free day because of them!

Bedell Cellars was an absolutely beautiful wedding venue. I couldn't have imagined our big day being any more perfect than it was.

When we were looking for the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding, we visited more than half a dozen locations on the North Fork. Bedell was one of the first we saw, but my daughter couldn't stop thinking about saying her vows under "that tree." In the end, "that tree" sealed the deal. But when Covid delayed the wedding for a year, and she was given the option of choosing another location or another venue, she held fast to her dream... and two weeks ago she got married under "that tree," and it was nothing short of perfect. Bedell is, in fact, the most bucolic, picture-perfect setting you can possibly imagine. It's romantic, sophisticated, boho, fun and elegant all at once -- it's whatever you want it to be. Walking through the beautiful, hydrangea-laden arbor to access the side yard is heavenly. Then, you turn and see "that tree" and WOW! Our florist draped it in the most amazing cloak of flowers and greens, and it was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony and subsequent photos. The reception following was also perfect with cocktails, antipasti and games on the lawn adjacent to the vineyard. Then the party moved up to the gorgeous covered terrace for dinner and dancing. It didn't hurt that the weather that night was flawless -- and "that sunset" simply set the stage for the special night ahead. I couldn't have scripted it any better. From beginning to end, it was sheer perfection! Cheers to Amy and Delaney for their help in organizing everything. I just can't say enough about what an ideal location Bedell is for a wedding or any other private event!

My daughter was married at Bedell Cellars last weekend after having to switch venues and wait a long time to be married, because of Covid restrictions. Are we glad that we made the change. The staff there know not only how to make the very best of the beautiful assets that they have - gorgeous outdoor, but covered, reception pavilion, lovely amenities, beautiful property among the grapevines, great wine and impeccable service- but they were the ultimate professionals to work with. We LOVED everything about this stunning venue, which is magical at night. If you are thinking about a wedding on the North Fork, do not pass this one by.

We had our wedding at the Bedell Cellars last weekend September 8, 2017..to call this day magical would be an understatement. We were absolutely thrilled with this venue- everything from the stunning sites all around, to the helpful and lovely staff. Riva went above and beyond to make sure that our day was everything we had dreamed of and we are so grateful for everyone's hard work making it come together seamlessly. If you want to get married at a vineyard there is no other place to consider. Your wedding will be beautiful, sophisticated, and well coordinated. Everything felt like a dream ..They also did such a wonderful job of recommending other amazing vendors to us! We would rate Bedell and their staff 10 stars if we could!!

Riva!! We couldn't have done it without her. She is so great at what she does and was a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. She kept us on top of the schedule and was like our wedding planner. Bedell was so beautiful for what we wanted, all of our photos look so amazing because of the backdrop. It was the only winery on the North Fork that allowed us the space and flow of a wedding.

We checked out just about every winery venue on the North Fork and Bedell was an easy choice. The big tree in the orchard was a great place for the ceremony. We loved the area in front of the vines for the cocktail hour, and the porch was set up beautifully for the dinner/reception. You couldn't find a prettier backdrop for wedding photos either. Bonus - the wines are really good too! The wedding coordinator at Bedell is Riva. It would be hard to overstate what a fantastic job she did with our wedding. I don't know how many times she met with us, called, emailed, etc. to make sure all of the planning was going great and that the day went perfectly. Riva works with you and works with the other vendors for a totally seamless day that is as stress-free as a wedding could be. She worked incredibly hard for us and really gives you so much peace of mind. We're very thankful we found Bedell and that Riva works there!

Riva was a dream to work with - the event exceeded every expectation. I can not even believe that was our wedding. The venue is not only beautiful, but everyone is just so kind and transparent to work with. I never in my wildest dreams thought a wedding could be so stunning and I am so thrilled to have Bedell as our home winery. Love you guys more than words!

Best wedding location ever! Amazing in every way and staff was impeccable.

Having our wedding at Bedell Cellars was the best decision we made for our dream wedding. Not only is the location gorgeous, it creates a magical backdrop that allows you to add your own personal touches. If you are looking for a classic, breathtaking natural location that will keep your guests in awe, this is the place for you! The wine was sensational, we had multiple guests return to purchase bottles to take home. The service was spectacular from beginning to end and Riva was there for us every step of the way. In addition to being friendly and knowledgeable about the process, she gave a sense a calm in an otherwise very hectic and stressful time for a bride. You feel taken care of and can trust her to deliver on your vision. She did for us!! My husband and I are so thrilled we will be able to visit the site of our special day throughout the years...and enjoy some of the wine we had that night.

Amy and her crew were very much a part of the wedding from day one. I did not worry about any aspect of the wedding day due to the confidence I had on Amy and her staff. Bedell as a venue offered a beautiful ceremony and breathtaking sunsets. I could not have asked for anything more!

My wedding was an absolute fairytale thanks to my beautiful venue. The grounds of this spectacular vineyard are nothing short of amazing, there is NOTHING we would have changed about this location. Aside from it's beauty the Bedell staff is just great, so helpful from the time of booking right down to the last detail. WORTH EVERY PENNY! =)

Bedell Cellars is a beautiful venue for any party, but especially a wedding. A simple white, covered, outdoor structure allows for a clean slate to let your imagination run wild. A drawback is that you are only renting the space - EVERYTHING else is extra...lighting, cook tent, full kitchen, etc. The staff are very professional and extremely easy to work with and very attentive. We could not have been happier with our choice!

The moment you step foot onto the grounds, into the tasting room, or sip a glass of wine on the deck you know that this is a beautiful, serene setting. It is the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. My husband and I loved the juxtaposition between the modern interior and the traditional exterior. I was drawn to the North Fork of Long Island because there still tends to be a bit more authenticity to the area, as a real country escape from the City. In my opinion, the best of the Hamptons without the pretense. While my wedding day at Bedell was wonderful, someone does need to remind the folks at Bedell that they are not the Hamptons and they do not need to compromise all they have to offer to imitate the Hamptons.
