Kara was our day of coordinator for our wedding on September 21st. She was amazing!! She constantly checked in to see if there was anything we needed throughout the whole day. She was the timeline master and made sure everything was running smooth. All of our belongings and decorations were all packed up for us at the end of the night. There were things I didn’t even think of that she was on top of. She was so kind, professional, and communicative. I cannot recommend her enough. So worth every penny.

Absolutely thrilled with our wedding planner and day-of coordinator for our wedding on 6/15 in Pennsylvania! We hired them halfway through our wedding planning, and they hit the ground running, seamlessly taking over and enhancing every detail. Dana provided day of coordination and florals for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for better! Leading up to the wedding she always responded quickly to my emails and asked many times if there was anything else I needed help with. She also sent me forms that helped me get organized and ensured we had the day we wanted. On the day of the wedding she was fantastic, she was upbeat and professional and kept everything running so smooth. I was able to fully enjoy the day and didn't have to worry about a thing, which is absolutely priceless! If anything did go wrong I never knew it and I never noticed lol. I even had quite the bustle on my dress and she had it up and done so quick. The florals were all stunning too! The arbor and sweetheart table were so beautiful and looked amazing in pictures. Not to mention my bouquet was just what I wanted - she nailed it off just a couple inspiration pics from Pinterest. On top of all this, any of our friends and family members that interacted with her said she was so kind. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Dana was essential to our rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone including guests, bridal party, vendors knew where to go and what to do! On the day of our wedding, she put out multiple “fires” due to the rainy & windy weather and also some confusion and issues with our caterer. She made sure all the small details were not forgotten and was always in contact with me about last minute decisions or simply asking if I needed anything throughout the whole day. I would recommend Dana to anyone and honestly cannot thank her enough for helping our day run so smoothly even with all the curveballs thrown her way. If you are considering hiring a coordinator, Dana is your girl!

Dana was the best day of coordinator I could’ve asked for! Everything I didn’t think of or things that went wrong I didn’t even have to worry about since she had it under control. So much to say about DM events - she set up all my decor beautifully and even came up with a day of aisle floral plan, was the only person that could put in my veil, figured out a seating chart mis hap with not enough seats and SO much more. Her and her sister were an amazing team and even managed to get behind the scenes videos while keeping everything together. While I didn’t have her as a full on planner, I’m sure it would have been a much less stressful process if I did. She was great at communicating the month prior and aligning all my vendors. Don’t hesitate and book Dana! Our day was so much more special and enjoyable because of her :)

If you are looking for a coordinator stop now and hire Dana!!! Dana was an absolute life saver through out the day and weeks leading up to the wedding. She kept the guys and girls on track with her timeline. She was very organized and allowed me to have such a stress free wedding. She worked so well with our other vendors. Our day went off without an issue and I couldn’t have done it without Dana’s help. I cannot thank her enough.
