I took my mother with me for the private appointment (another fantastic benefit since it was all about me and I wasn't comparing myself to any other bride and had the entire store to myself) - and boy was it worth the hour + drive from NJ! Haley was so incredibly supportive and loved the fact that I was determining my wedding date based on a potential dream dress. We pulled a beautiful Caroline Castigliano dress (that JH actually had customized for their store due to their fantastic relationship with the designer!!). Haley even called the designer herself while Caroline was out on a walk to ensure that they could make the dress on time with the rush fees. Talk about a stressful situation of a bride standing in a dream dress that she may not be able to get in time! Haley completely understood my stress of the 7 week turn around and was incredibly responsive during the entire process from ordering to waiting to the pick up process. My dress is what dreams are made of and it looked outstanding in all of my photos - let's just say a custom made bridal gown is worth its weight in gold! 10 out of 10

to understand what I was looking for and incorporated my experience at the previous shops. My mom and sister accompanied me and Hayley did a wonderful job of balancing all the opinions. The dress came in time with no issues and the initial veil Hayley chose for the dress is the one I ultimately bought many months later. The store is so curated and has some hard to find designers. Would highly recommend this store instead of running around NYC. Jessica Hayley makes the process easy, comfortable and special. I am so glad we found them!

I was looking for something classy, beautiful and romantic to wow my fiancé as well as a personalized shopping experience since I had no idea what I was doing and found the racks and racks of white dresses to be completely overwhelming. Jessica Haley bridal provided an amazing Customer service experience. Their gown selections are beautifully curated and I found the dress of my dreams. I highly recommend them! You would think Manhattan would have more options but actually I found that they had a much better selection than any of the shops I had seen in the city! They went above and beyond to ensure that they would have the specific dresses that I would want to see and worked with me and my difficult schedule which I greatly appreciated! In a time where customer service is a lost art form I can’t recommend them enough!

d I ended up with a SP dress, though I tried on other designers as well. I'm a between-standard-and-plus-sizes size 12-14 bride and I was incredibly anxious about the dress shopping process, but Haley assured me no dress was off limits and helped me see the vision even though I don't fit in the sample size. I also was anxious about delivery with the state of the world (button shortages and the like) and communication was great, quick replies whenever I needed some assurance. I just picked up my dress this past week (came in early!) and it's perfection, I bought my veil from JHB as well and I can't wait for my wedding day!

Island and it was so worth it! I found my dream dress, and the dream shopping experience. The salon offers an impressive inventory of gorgeous dresses and an intimate shopping experience. What I loved most was that it was a one-on-one appointment and I was the only bride in the salon, so I really felt like Haley was there for me. She was professional yet personable and made me feel so at ease. Since visiting the salon 7 months ago, I have recommended them to every bride I know who has not yet found her dress. Whether you are in the area or willing to travel, you will not be disappointed with a visit to Jessica Haley Bridal!

he midst of the COVID-related restrictions. I was drawn to the boutique because when brides shop here, they have the entire place to themselves. I'm a pretty private person as it is, so the idea of just having my closest friends/family with me when I pick out my gown was very appealing! (This is also a huge bonus with COVID times....) Booking online was SO easy. Haley reached out soon after booking for general instructions and tips for picking out gowns. I tried on 6 different gowns, and ultimately fell in love with #6, a gown made custom by the designer for this shop. It was like Haley knew exactly the dress for me and saved the best for last. However, I never once felt pressure to pick a gown from this boutique, which is extremely important when making such a huge purchase! All in all, I couldn't be more thrilled to have found this gem of a bridal boutique! Highly highly highly recommend making the trip here to see what they have to offer.

dos/donts for the appointment, directions, guidance for what to do upon arrival, and even a quiz to take ahead of time to better understand which of their designers could be a match for your personal style. This was all extremely helpful, especially because this was my first (and only) experience trying on dresses. From the moment I walked into the shop with my three guests (because this was during COVID), we all felt so welcome. We were the only guests in the store the entire time which was SUCH an added bonus because it made the experience that much more personalized and special. We had Haley's undivided attention the entire visit. Everything was also COVID friendly, which was a nice relief. I ended up finding my dress on my first visit! The dress was made to measure and arrived 9 months after purchasing (which was the expectation that Haley set). Everything went totally smoothly. The only (small) downside is that the store does not have onsite alterations and you have to go elsewhere. However, Haley promptly sent me recommended/local places to get my dress altered (though it barely needs anything done because it fit so perfectly!)

I had my dress ordered, and the moment it arrived I was notified and able to book another personalized appointment to try the dress on and contemplate alterations. Overall the experience at this vendor is unparalleled !

then I found my dream Wedding Dress with them! I was able to accessorize with a belt & add some sparkle and a dramatic veil! They made the whole experience so fun, it had been quite stressful prior to finding this boutique! My Mom & I loved our trips to Rye and would often make an afternoon of the trip & have lunch in town!

At first I was reluctant because I am curvy bride and was afraid my options would be limited. But Haley assured me they had dresses for me.. so I set up a Zoom with them to start the process and I AM SO THANKFUL I DID. Not only did I end up finding my dream dress through an at home try on but they made the entire experience so easy and fun. Both sisters are extremely professional, personable and reliable. I could tell they truly cared about me and my experience and that they love what they do. I visited the shop to pick up my dress this past weekend and it is so dreamy. Their accessories and other bridal are so romantic and elegant... even their instagram and website are truly beautiful. I have been closely following them for wedding inspiration! They have a great eye for beautiful things and it is definitely reflected in their dress collection. I also felt the dresses were so much more unique and better quality (with similar or lower price points) than the other dress shops I visited. And Jessica and Haley were extremely respectful of my budget. I know that my dress is not something that I will see all over social media on other brides... and I love that. Also - it felt great to support a small business during such trying times rather than a big retailer. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!!! 5 stars in every aspect!!!

s and try on as many as I liked. The space is clean and spacious and the fitting area is comfortable. The appointment was private and I was able to feel comfortable to move at my own pace. I ended up finding my dress and receiving it for an amazing sample sale price. Haley even allowed me to put the dress on hold while I slept on it and squeezed me in the next day to come pick it up. I'm so happy with how it turned out and couldn't recommend Jessica Haley more!
