I truly wished we could have spoke about such incidences this weekend to right them in the moment as apposed to here when we just don't have the chance to turn it all around. We believe in certain things and I will not try to make our venue successful by hiding behind an incident, should should one take place. In this case we do, publicly apologize for the cake incident. I do wish you could have painted the picture a bit more clear since it happened to be only one dog that happen to get out of her fence while I had stepped away, and that the cake cutting and eating had already taken place and the pup may have gotten to the remaining cake that was left sitting on the table at an open door. Not trying to excuse this event but it certainly is no quite as it was disc river. The event you described reminded me of a certain scene from a Chevy Chase movie. Never the less had this happened the other way and been before the cake cutting and serving had taken place. I would certainly been refunding what the father of the bride wished for such a catastrophe.Now with that aside but certainly never forgotten by us, I must also apologize if how I may have addressed any issues with any of your friends, family, guests and most importantly the groom, if it was not done in the best manner possible. I am still trying to recreate as much from you guys' events as possible, that may have been construed to be mannerless and harassing. One thing that is very hard to understand, if never experienced before is, to manage the actions of nearly 300 guests that are given as much freedom as we provide on a farm, it is a constant struggle to be vigilant and keep them from places of danger and liabilities as well as monitor how they are treating the property that manyothers hope to enjoy as well such as the family that arrived the following morning. After concluding your event at nearly 2 am, I woke early the next morning to pick up cigarette butts and boxes and bottles left in the fields. There are two things we pay la great deal of attention to on the farm, that is smoking because of all the cigarets thrown down as opposed to being disposed of properly, and parking because we do not wish for cars to be in the backdrops of our couple's pictures for all time. Because of this, we ask and direct actions for these things on an ongoing basis. This may be what some would say is just harassing but we do it for our couple's sake. It stinks being that guys to say you can't smoke here and you may not park there, but again we do it for the sake of our couples. I will leave you with this, I have tried to reach out to your son through his new wife, to convey these things and hope these thoughts do find their way to him. I will make sure that they do because in the end, he and is new wife will always be number one to us. With that said if we/I offended or treated you, your family or your guests with less than the respect they rightfully deserve, I am truly, truly sorry. I will be extra vigilant to this as we move forward on our journey. My heart is still heavy but I wish you and your entire family only the best and hope we meet again to mend and rebuild what has been damaged.

We so look forward to your future visits to the farm as we plan so fun events in the future that your will certainly have invitations to.
