Owners Diego and Dianna Villalobos, both high school sweethearts, have grown into resilient entrepreneurs, supported by their three adult sons, Romeo, Christian, and Angelo. Midwest DJ Productions has over 20 years of experience providing professional wedding DJ entertainment in SE WI and northern Chicagoland. While primarily serving the Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison areas, they extend their services nationwide, catering even to destination wedding entertainment needs. They're talented DJs create a seamless dance floor experience by using the following: Your Music Requests (Wedding Music Timeline) Their Years of Experience Reading the Room Your Guests' Song Requests They're also happy to take care of any announcements you may need to keep your day running smoothly. They understand that wedding planning can be challenging at times but hope to alleviate some of the stress when it comes to the entertainment. Whether you prefer e-mail, a phone call or a face-to-face meeting, they are always happy to go over all the details with you. To secure your date, they require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due one week before your wedding day. The wedding packages offered by Midwest DJ Productions come in three tiers: Gold Standard, Platinum Prestige and White Diamond. This musical team offers up to 8 hours of entertainment and a customizable wedding music timeline for a seamless musical experience. Furthermore, they bring backup equipment for contingencies, pride themselves on elegant DJ setups and are fluent in both English and Spanish, ensuring a versatile and inclusive music experience for all. Midwest DJ Productions helped build my dream wedding! They were incredibly personable and thorough. They were flexible with my timeline and was so responsive the whole way (especially during crunch time!). I (as the bride) had very little input needed as for day-of; they knew exactly how to direct the party and guests to keep everyone smiling! The mood was PERFECT for the entire night. Their song choice perfectly complimented the vibe of each piece of the wedding. I was 100% comfortable working with them and my guests had energetic reactions from the eclectic music choice. My favorite part of the night was the final dance. The energy was built perfectly and for our grande finale, I felt as if i was in total bliss. There was not a dry eye in the ballroom! 10/10 would recommend!

Dianna and Diego were an absolute dream team to work with. From the very beginning of wedding planning (just a mere 8 months ago), they were so very helpful. They were incredibly responsive, organized and easy to work with. They helped us find the right package that reflected our needs for the day. My guests LOVED their setup, calling it "chic" and "beautiful" - which it was! The light setup was unobtrusive and subtle but gorgeous, and really enhanced the vibe of the venue, particularly after sundown. Diego is a fantastic DJ- he stayed true to the vibes we set, playing our curated music playlists with fidelity, but adding his own flavor to it, which we encouraged him to do. He has great instincts, and we had guests dancing ALL night. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the absolute gift they gave me and my father - they were able to take a video recording of me singing a song at a vocal performance I gave at the Racine Theater Guild and play it for my dance with my dad. It was a surprise for him, and we will both never forget it. Their willingness and ability to go above and beyond made our night truly special. Do not hesitate to book them! 10/10.

DJ Diego doesn't just set up his equipment and play some songs. His love of music pushes him to put a ton of work in behind the scenes to create his own form of art that is customized to your specific requests and will keep your dance floor packed the entire evening! I’ve been to many of their events and have never seen an unhappy guest.

Owner

Owner, Dianna takes the lead on email correspondence, invoices, anything and everything marketing. During events you can find her DJing, lining up your wedding party for the grand entrance, making announcements, attending the photo booth and helping with equipment set-ups and breakdowns. Dianna is bilingual in Spanish and English.
