enuinely listened to what we wanted, even down to the small details. We chose Diamond Hall and it was so convenient to have our ceremony in the Madeline room. I can’t stress enough how easy planning was. It was extremely nice to have the majority of things at Profile and didn’t need to contact outside vendors. Also, prices were very affordable compared to other venues in the area. Highly recommend Profile especially for smaller weddings and easy planning!

I know he works with so many couples but I felt like he made our wedding amazing and so personal. The food was amazing, the music was great. Everyone had a blast and again Austin just made everything perfect.

The staff really went above and beyond to give us the best day! The all inclusive aspect made planning (twice) a lot easier and still cheaper than other venues we looked at that we’re not all inclusive. Could not recommend them more!

We even ran ahead of schedule so got to dance even longer (hard on a sunday wedding) due to them making sure our day stayed on track. the food was amazing especially the flank steak with peppercorn sauce. the cupcakes were amazing and all our guests raved about how delicious they were. theres not enough good things i can say about this venue! def book them for your next wedding. good value, beautiful venue (book casablanca for the most awesome spacious bridal and groom suite), awesome and responsive staff. thank you guys so much for making our day come true!

ts. An all inclusive venue like this one makes planning so much easier. Our coordinator that came with the venue, Sara, was so understanding and helpful. She was also flexible with our work schedules. We had dietary restrictions for meals and they custom made recipes for dinner and dessert that were amazing! I would 100% choose Profile Event Center again.

Our DJ Charlie did an amazing job as well and our bartender and entire waitstaff were so friendly and helpful. I will cherish 12/31/19 for the rest of my life! Thank you to everyone involved. . Our guests continually talk about how fun, beautiful, and unique our reception was and we have the Profile to thank for that. Sara, our coordinator, was unbelievable. She responded to all my ridiculous questions leading up to the day in record time, kept us on our timeline without being pushy, made sure that myself, my husband, and really much of my bridal party never lifted a finger, and checked in frequently to make sure that my husband and I were doing well and having the best day of our lives. I am a pretty controlling person but I felt extremely comfortable leaving the most important day of my life in Sara’s capable hands. When I forgot my veil at the Profile before the ceremony, Sara was even ready to coordinate someone to bring it out to me! It was too late but the fact that they were willing to try meant so much to me. Also, Profile took care of EVERYTHING for us including catering, bar, desserts, floral, decorations, and DJ. We opted to do a buffet for approximately 170 people and it went so smooth. Not only did everyone get their food quickly but people are still raving about everything- a month later! The food was hot, delicious, and tasted just as it had for our tasting. I didn’t hear a single complaint from any guests and I know a few people even went for seconds- even though the portions were huge! Following dinner we had a small wedding cake with strawberry shortcake, lemon, bailey’s chocolate, and dulce de leche mini cupcakes. We ordered over 500 cupcakes and came home with maybe 40 of them and the cake was completely gone.. Everything was delicious! Our floral was absolutely stunning as was the decorations. It was so nice to not have to worry about set-up and take down and everything was so reasonably priced. We couldn’t have DIY’d it cheaper. Also, the DJ was great too! He kept the dance floor going all night and had no problem with last minute requests. It’s true that no one cares as much about your wedding as you do. With that being said, everyone at the Profile Event Center made me feel like they cared just as much as I did, especially Sara.

We got so many compliments about how beautiful the hall looked and how delicious the food was, the late night snack was a hit! Anna worked so hard to make sure everything went smoothly, and I don't have a single complaint. Thank you Anna for all your help!

o be done on site. My flowers were hands down the most beautiful things I've ever seen and just what I wanted. the center pieces were gorgeous and the cake exactly like the picture I showed them. We got so many compliments on our wedding and how beautiful it was and how delicious the food was. i would recommend The Profile to anyone. So very happy with our wedding !!

ng ran completely smoothly and made the event center look absolutely beautiful. Sara is extremely professional, organized, outgoing, and so personable. We received countless compliments about Sara and how amazing she was. Our guests could not believe how amazing the event hall looked. The cake was also amazing and looked exactly like the sample picture we had provided for the baker! The food was amazing, the centerpieces were absolutely perfect. We could go on and on about how amazing it was.. a million thank you's to Sara and the rest of the Profile Event Center staff for giving us the best day of our life! If you want a stellar wedding reception, choose Profile Event Center!!

nter pieces were wrong, they offered to change them out but the flowers were already cut to fit in the wrong ones. The bathrooms in the other event room broke and we agreed to let the guests be escorted to our bathrooms by security. That did not happen people just walked in at will. They had the wrong couples name displayed on the wall and floor. It was a fight to have them change it. Food was not served to all guests properly. A guest book for the photo booth was paid for then not provided without another argument. Found out after the wedding that the manager was aware of the issues from the start but never reached out to help. He could have made sure things went smoothly but failed to. Then we had to fight to get a refund for the unserved cake and the price difference for centerpieces. Sad that a couple pays for all inclusive and gets such bad service.

rger she was such an amazing, loving and super patient with us. Any question, or help she was there. Even when I was nervous she was telling how to get calmed. Thank you so much. Everyone in my wedding was happy to be there and we had a lots of compliments on the venue and food. The food was the best. I could continue writing how wonderful this place, food and the people is here but what I can say is if I ever have another big event I will definitely come back here.

g planning a complete breeze and it was aligned perfectly with our budget. The Staff did everything to make our dream reception a reality and it showed. Our guests are raving about the venue and couldn't point to a single thing they didn't love. I cannot thank Sara, our coordinator, enough for everything she did. I will sing the praises of Profile for years to come!
