According to her resume, Machado has appeared in a handful of independent films, theater productions and commercials.

Christohper Briney and Isabel Machado's shared passion for the arts brought them together. The couple met while they were students at Pace University in New York City, where they both graduated with BFAs in acting. During a 2023 interview with People, Briney opened up about how their friendship turned romantic. "We were roommates first," he revealed. "We went to college together and we lived together. We knew that we could do it."
