What is a registry profile?
Your registry profile groups all of your registry items from multiple retailers in one place for easy sharing and management. Log in to check out your registry profile.
Why do I have a registry profile?
As an extension of our partnership with the top registry retailers, we make it easy for your friends and family to find all of your registries in one easy place.
Which stores can I add to my registry profile?
We've partnered with the following top registry retailers:

If you have a registry with a retailer not listed above, you can add it to your profile manually by logging in to your registry profile and clicking on the button “Add an Existing Registry".
Can I choose which registries I want to display?
Absolutely! Whenever you create a registry with one of our retail partners, we'll add it to your profile. Please note it may take up to 72 hours for a newly created registry to display online.
If you prefer to show some registries and not others, you can make that change in your display settings on your registry profile. Log in to your registry profile, click on "Display Settings" and then edit "Your Registry Settings", where you will have the option to show or hide each registry.
How can I remove a registry?
If we are displaying a registry on your profile that doesn't belong to you, you can easily remove it under in your display settings. Log in to your registry profile, click on "Display Settings" and then edit "Your Registry Settings". Click "Remove" next to the registry that does not belong to you. Confirm your decision in the popup that appears.

Can I make updates to my retailer registry from within my registry profile?
Any updates to your registry items need to be made on the retailer's website or in their stores. Please note that you may have to refresh the page for the changes to appear on your registry profile.
Why are only some of my products appearing on my list?
If you have registered for products that are no longer available or are only available for purchase in store, they will not be displayed on your registry profile.
Why are some prices different from what's shown on the retailer's site?
We do our best to make sure we are always showing you and your guests the most up-to-date prices from our partners, but please refer to the retailer website for the latest information on prices.
Why do products that have been purchased appear as still available on my registry profile?
We do our best to make sure we are always showing you the most up-to-date purchase status. If it looks like something is out of date, try refreshing the page or refer to the retailer website for the latest information on purchase status.
How can I edit my name or wedding date on my registry profile?
As an extension of our partnership with the top registry retailers, we make it easy for your family and friends to find all of your registries in one easy place. To ensure that your name and wedding date are the most current, make sure your retailer has the most up to date information in their system. It may take up to 72 hours for any changes to appear on your registry profile.
If you've updated your information with your retailer and it is still not appearing on your profile, please contact customer service at [email protected].
Why can't I find my registries on TheKnot.com?
Did you create your registry within the last 72 hours? After you create a registry at one of our retail partners, it can take up to three days for your registry to appear in our search results.
If you created your registry more than three days ago, here are a few things you can try:
1. Try your search again. Make sure you use the same name you used when creating the registry in-store or online.
2. Confirm your registry is set to public or searchable on the store's website.
3. If you have a registry with a store that isn't one of our listed partners, please add it manually to your registry profile by clicking "Add one manually".
4. If you still can't find your registries, contact our customer service at [email protected].
Can I add my wedding website link to my registry profile?
If you have a wedding website with TheKnot.com your registries will automatically display on your wedding website and the wedding website link will automatically display on your registry profile. You can choose to hide it at any time by updating your display settings.
Can I add my registries to my wedding website on The Knot?
Yes! When you create a wedding website on The Knot, the registries connected to your registry profile are automatically added to your wedding website. This makes it easy to share your wedding details and registries with your guests.
What if I don't want my registry to appear in search results?
Please contact our customer service to have your registry profile hidden from the search results. Email us at [email protected].
How do I share my registry profile with guests?
You can share your registry profile by using our share tools located under your name on your registry profile to easily copy the link or share via email, Facebook, or Twitter. You can also add the URL to your Save-the-Dates or invitation inserts.
To create a shortened URL for easy sharing by logging in to your registry profile, click on "Display Settings" and then edit "Your Registry Profile URL".
Can my guests view my registry profile if they are not a member of TheKnot.com?
Yes, guests can view and purchase an item from your registry profile without having an account.
