I contacted Annmarie and she was more than apologetic and honest. I appreciated that because having integrity is rare these days! We eventually worked it out and I would gladly work with her again!!

I found Annmarie on a Facebook resale page where she was selling a few thing she probably had extra of. She said she had 10 navy runners. Apparently, one of her employees unknowingly sold 4 out from under her. I had already paid, so she refunded me the difference. She was super easy to work with, and she mailed my runners the next day. 10/10 would recommend.

You will not be disappointed with the service you receive at this bridal shop. I made an appointment last minute and went in without any examples of what I wanted and Annmarie was so helpful. I explained what I liked in a dress and she chose a few for me to try on and I ended up buying the first dress she gave me! it was perfect and exactly what I wanted! She was so friendly and sweet! I cannot say enough good things about Couture Bridal! Annmarie and Tara are simply beyond words. My mom and sister both live in New York and I had them come to RI in the year before my wedding to look for my wedding dress. I am a girl who LOVES dresses, glam, and shopping. I was sure it would be impossible to narrow things down. The experience I had was beyond what I could have imagined. Personal, professional, and completely custom to me. I felt so comfortable and truly felt like Tara understood me, and also like she went above and beyond to make my mom and sister feel like they could contribute to the whole experience as well. Annmarie and Tara were both there to help give me my "bridal moment" - hand-selecting veils, headpieces, and belts and the look on my face when I did finally find "the one" was priceless. I was so blown away by my experience that when it came to selecting bridesmaids gowns for my girls, I didn't even consider going anywhere else. I knew that in all of my experiences as a bridesmaid, I had never had such an experience. I brought my sister back with me as well as my future sister in law, and Tara again helped us pick the perfect dresses. I got my bridesmaids dresses here for my August2019 wedding, and my mom got her mother of the bride dress here as well. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. They always were responsive to my calls and answered all my questions. There prices were reasonable and the dresses looked great! Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Couture! Annmarie helped my mom and I and made my experience extremely comfortable. As a curvier, well endowed woman, I was very nervous and conscious about just how awful trying sample gowns on would be. Couture has dresses in all different sizes and after about 6 dresses I ended up picking out the second dress I tried on. I also ended up buying a custom made belt for my dress at Couture as well that Annmarie had picked out to try on as a sample. I couldn't have imagined the dress without it. Thank you so much for everything!!

I had a bit of a unique experience in choosing my dress. I had been to a few other shops and tried on about 50 dresses and just couldn’t find “the one”. I actually went to Couture Bridal for an appointment for my cousin (we were getting married three months apart and were each other’s MOH!) I had no intention to look for myself. My cousin had her appointment and we found her the perfect dress. As she was checking out, I was browsing their wedding dress selection and stumbled upon a dress. I asked if I could just take 30 seconds and try this one dress on. The moment I put the dress on, I KNEW it was my dress. In one hour, my cousin and I each found our perfect dresses! I also got my veil and wedding jewelry here. The store owner Annmarie was super helpful, and I would definitely recommend Couture Bridal!

I've been asked to revise my review of Couture Bridal Co., by the owner herself. My response is to continue posting this review on more sites. I will not revise my statement to bend to the story she feels like telling to protect her business and her employee's mistake. If you’re looking for a customer friendly experience, I do not recommend Couture Bridal. I was so excited to be able to make an appointment with them last minute for a Saturday morning (less than 24 hours before the appointment itself). I and another bridesmaid needed to try on dresses for a wedding in June. The other bridesmaid and her young family became ill the night before. So I called the next morning (the day of the appointment) to cancel. It was at that point, and that point only, I was made aware of the cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. I was told the owner would be able to make a decision on whether or not I would be refunded, as I explained that I had not been made aware of the cancellation fee when I first made the appointment. When I got in contact with the owner, I explained the situation and was told that the woman I had made the appointment with was claiming she had explained the cancellation fee. I told her that if I had been aware of the fee I would have either not made the appointment in the first place or would be gladly giving them my $50. The owner decided to think it over, she said she would get back to me by Tuesday. On Wednesday, I hadn’t heard from her so I called to see if she was available to talk. She wasn’t working that day, so I left a message with a woman who sounded less than thrilled to be hearing from me again. On Saturday, I finally heard back from the owner. She told me I would not be given back my money because the woman I made the appointment with and another woman working that day (who I never spoke to, she just happened to overhear the conversation) both said I had been explained the cancellation fee- they said the same thing, and apparently did not have time to talk to each other about the incident before the owner questioned them individually (in the weeks’ time this was taking place). I did not appreciate being left to wonder for a week when the owner didn’t have the slightest inclination of giving me back my money. She said during both our conversations that she could keep it as a credit on file for when I came back, despite my explaining after this experience I will not be returning. It is not my fault she does not have a policy set in place for emergencies or illnesses. At the end of the conversation I was told her decision was final and nothing else could be done for me. The only advice she had for me was to try and get my money back through my bank. Apparently, the customer’s word does not count for much at Couture Bridal.

They had an amazing selection of dresses! The staff was so helpful and I felt like a shining star. They gave me their absolute undivided attention during my private appointment. I picked the most gorgeous allure gown and it was completely affordable! I will have all of my engaged family and friends get their bridal gowns from Couture Bridal!

Annmarie and Couture Bridal is THE place to go if you are getting married or having any sort of event. They have everything you could imagine for your event - dresses, accessories, table linens, and they even do coordination. The Couture team loves what they do and it shows in their attitude and work. Annmarie and the staff at Couture Bridal have been wonderful to work with! I went in multiple times because I was undecided on what I wanted, but everyone was very patient and kind and helped us with out decisions. We ordered our invitations, chair covers, a few linens, a seating scroll, and my future mother in law purchased her dress for the wedding here. We were not the easiest people to work with because we were not 100% sure on what we wanted, but everyone at Couture Bridal helped us without any pressure. Annmarie was already ready to help in any way she could, and always answered any questions I had, which I thought was extremely nice and shows her dedication to her customers. I would highly recommend Couture Bridal to any future brides!

I am a complete control freak and I put my special day in the hands of Annmarie and she was Amazing. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and was there with me every step of the way. She took care of everything from my dress to my shoes to the DJ at my Wedding.

I found this company through a Bridal Expo and decided to make an appointment as my first attempt at finding a gown. I was so impressed that they schedule only one bride at a time and you have an entire upstairs room to yourself. AnnMarie, the owner of the shop, let me pick out/try on any dress I wanted and then made a couple suggestions- one of which was the dress I ended up going with. She knew what would look good on me better than I did. Keep in mind, the turn around time was about 9 months (pretty standard from what I have heard) but I could not have been happier with my gown and my experience.

I had such a hard time choosing at my bridal appointment--but everyone was patient with me, and let me try them on over and over again until I made my decision. The dress I chose is one that they picked out for me, and different from what I was expecting, but it's beautiful!

I first went to Couture Bridal for my sisters wedding two year ago, she had gotten her wedding gown and our bridesmaid dresses here, and I knew that if I was to get married this is where I’d get my dress. And I did! The girls here were very attentive and your scheduled time is YOUR time, which means the focus is just on you which I loved. The place itself is very clean and overall a nice atmosphere. The owner, Annmarie, was always very pleasant and is there quite often which was also nice. I highly recommend this company for all of your bridal needs!!

A*mazing shop. I told Annemarie my vision and she brought me every dress that fit the description and was patient as I tried several on numerous times until finding the one. Annmarie was great at calming my nerves. At one point I wasn’t sure if my dress would come in, in time, and they were so patient with me calling every other week to see if it came in yet. When it did come in they called me right away and were able to get me in the next day to pick it up! Im still obsessed with wedding dress!

My experience at Couture Bridal was nothing short of Amazing. First of all the owner Anne Marie was so kind and helpful throughout my whole shopping experience. She always took my calls no matter the hour of day. She was always there, even when I was a wreck waiting for my dress and all my other wedding activities. When I finally got the confirmation call and went in the next day, I was ecstatic at how well the dress looked. I already had a seamstress lined up and knew she could put the finishing touches on the dress to make it perfect for the day. I found the wedding dress of my dreams at Couture Bridal. My bridesmaids found their dresses, and my mother found a beautiful mother of the bride dress here as well. In addition, my husband and I ordered our invitations, and other paper needs here. The shop was quick to fix a printing mistake from the outsourced invitation company and the shop was very accommodating when it came to making pick-up appointments during trunk show days. Overall, highly recommended bridal shop!

AnnMarie was absolutely outstanding! I brought my mother and sister (who is my Maid of Honor) along with me to shop for my wedding dress. This salon was/is amazingly beautiful inside, where I had an entire upstairs floor all to ourselves! It felt so comfortable, knowing that a bunch of strangers were not looking at us. Our appointment was so private and intimate, it was better than I imagined. It definitely pays to shop small businesses and to shop local. The other "chain" bridal shops would never compare!!! This salon has many designers to choose from, & I was able to find my PERFECT DREAM DRESS for an amazing price. I even came back to bring my bridesmaids, and we bought their dresses from Couture Bridal also. ANNMARIE & Couture Bridal Co., you're the best! XOXO

I went into couture bridal with my daughter to find a gown for her. The staff was amazing, they made the appointment extremely comfortable and fun for us. Hands down one of the best bridal shops I have ever been to. The staff was so welcoming and pleasant and did everything they could to accomodate the entire bridal party. There were 7 maids and the bride wanted us all in the same dress and they were able to help is find the perfect dress in the perfect color that looked great in all of us. The dresses came in recently and they were BEAUTIFUL. they came in before we thought they would and every person we worked with was so helpful and nice. They had a huge selection of dresses and colors to choose from and I would recommend this shop to not only anyone but everyone!!

They quickly scheduled me an appointment where they gave me one on one service that made me feel so special. Our wedding was a hit. I'm writing this review because Annmarie and her team were great. My fiancé (now wife) had a lot on her plate while we were planning and Couture took a lot of the pressure off. All of our family and friends raved over the dresses and the linens. We are very grateful to have been referred to them. They were also helpful in referring us to other professionals. Highly recommended.

I went to Couture with a few friends (to help me decide) to pick out a Mother-of-the-Bride dress. AnnMarie suggested a dress that I never would have decided on and it looked great! awful experience. I was MOH, nothing went right found out I was pregnant after ordering the dress. I called to see how far along my dress was to being done, they refused to check and said i would need to buy a whole new dress or suggested i drop out of the wedding. In the end they ended up ordered me the wrong dress anyways and didn't even apologize for it, "since it would probably work better anyways." The cup inserts ended up leaking oil onto 2 of the bridesmaids dresses. We ordered 5 bridesmaid dresses, the brides dress, and mother of bride and they were nothing but rude and non accommodating to us. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

What a great bunch of ladies!! Was part of a 7 girl bridal party shopping for bride's maid dresses, and the girls at Couture were very professional and helpful, but also so much fun! They kept our crazy group organized and somehow found us the perfect dress for all 7 of us to wear. They had such a great selection of bride's maid dresses that we were even torn on a few perfect dresses at one point. All in all, such a great experience that could have easily been crazy and overwhelming if it wasn't for Ann-Marie and her girls. I am definitely recommending Couture to future bride's I know. Great overall experience. Ann Marie and Tara were terrific. They had two brides to find dresses for and work with. They were right on with their suggestions. Lots of great selections to choose from and some very affordable prices for us. The area was spacious and had everything we needed to try on gown after gown. We said "yes" to two dresses and couldn't be happier with our experience.

If you have not read any reviews from other websites about this salon please go and look on other sites. This site does not have any negative reviews that are abundant in other places which begs the question of why. I purchased a dress from this store before reading the reviews. I wish that was not the case. My appointment was wonderful and I bought my dress at a trunk show the day I tried it on, approximately 7 months before my wedding. I was assured that i did not need to rush order the dress despite my willingness to do so. Over the next several months I was repeatedly lied to, stalled, and pushed off multiple times regarding the delivery of my dress which started as mid March, then mid April, then May 6 and still no dress. On May 7 the owner told me to my face that she did not know where the dress was, had no way of knowing where it was, that no one should have ever given me a date that it would arrive because it cannot be guaranteed, and that there was a shipment on its way to the store from that bridal company but that she had no way of knowing if my dress was in the shipment. What kind of business doesn't know what is in a shipment on its way to their store? The owner was rude to me on repeated occasions. In the end, the dress arrived on May 12th and I picked it up on May 17th because I had been out of town for three days, but at that point I had already purchased and received another dress from a second hand website to ensure time for the significant alterations it required as I had indicated to the original sales associate. I can see from the reviews that others have had a similar experience to mine while many people have had a positive experience with the salon. Before purchasing from this salon, please consider the frustration of the potential of not having a wedding dress 7 weeks before your wedding. If you do choose to use this salon I hope you have the experience that the positive reviewers did.
