My mother dropped my dress off here to be steamed a few days before the wedding. My satin slippers were hanging from the hanger in a little cloth bag inside the fabric bag that my dress was in... About 2 1/2 hours before my wedding, I realized... that I had no shoes for the ceremony! The cleaners had taken them out and not replaced them!! What's worse, is that the the person working at the cleaner's kept hanging up on my sister who was calling to see if they had the shoes, she said that they didn't have them, that they were really busy, and asked us to come in on Monday and look into it!! Luckily, the person finally took a look around after many phone calls and found the shoes. Also, lucky for me, one of my guests was able to pick up the shoes on their way -- the cleaners was over an hour from the wedding site. The sad part is that it cost $88 for the steaming (seems a little crazy anyway), but they weren't willing to discount anything for the trouble of leaving the shoes out. Not impressed.
