took over all the small details we had no idea we were missing. Jennifer took so much off our plate leading up to the wedding when it came to coordinating with the vendors making sure the timeline was good to go. About 3 weeks until the big day we had an awesome timeline setup that just flowed and made sense. We felt completely stress free. The day of the wedding flowed beautifully. Jennifer was there every step of the way ensuring everything went smoothly. Without her I truly don’t think our special day would have went as smoothly as it did. We were really able to enjoy our moments while she handled Everything from lining us up to tipping the staff to helping our guests with things. I can’t say thank you enough you made our day that much more enjoyable!

ay to flow. The day of, Jess helped to setup our reception venue and make sure all vendors arrived and she rode our guest shuttle to make sure it made all necessary stops. coordinators, and I can't imagine not having them there. Elizabeth went above and beyond, from communicating with all our vendors ahead of the wedding, to meeting us at the rehearsal the night before, to showing the groomsmen how to put their boutonnieres on (and noticing that a few of the boutonnieres were the wrong color and had our florist remake them before I even saw them), to keeping the photo schedule on track, straightening my veil and train for photos, to packing up our welcome table at the end of the night. I could go on and on about how many details Elizabeth helped with and took care of before I even had to ask. Elizabeth was the MVP of the day, and her efforts were noticed by our wedding party and family as well. For reference, this was a 160+ guest wedding, 7 bridesmaids and 7 groomsmen, offsite ceremony (church), offsite photo stops, videography, a tremendous amount of floral and decor, etc. It was a very large production and Elizabeth and Jess helped the day run seamlessly. I recommend them to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator!

lead/manager. She made me feel so calm and comfortable, and I felt like everything was taken care of- I did not worry about anything and knew she’d handle anything that came up. She was always willing and able to answer any questions or discuss any concerns I had, both prior to the day and on the day, and and was also very organized, punctual, and professional. She was very knowledgeable and experienced in regards to working with our vendors and creating a personalized day of timeline as well. She’s a very energetic and positive person, too! Fun to have around but you still know things will get done and go smoothly. Highly recommend Weddings by Jennifer Fox and especially Elizabeth!

nnifer went above and beyond what we expected of a day of coordinator and guided us through the million things we still had to do for our wedding that we didn't realize we needed to do. From the day we hired her going forward, Jennifer was available to us in so many ways and so very often. Although we live in Wisconsin, our wedding was in Chicago and Jennifer found time in her schedule to have an in person meeting with us out where we live. We had multiple zoom calls/phone calls to go over planning and she came with us to certain vendor appointments as well. Not to mention she was always available via text. Jennifer is perfectly organized. She created a custom made google doc planning out every single thing you could ever need to have planned for an event and was very prompt/thorough with contacting vendors (as well as keeping us in the loop on emails). Jennifer was very knowledgeable about negotiating with vendors. For example, we wanted hanging orb lights, but the initial quote our vendor gave us was a lot higher than our budget allowed. I was ready to give up on it, but Jennifer persisted and discussed with our vendor a way to alter the number of orbs to fit within our budget. This was something I never would have thought of doing or would have thought possible. I appreciated her dedication to prioritizing our vision. Not only is she organized, Jennifer is also so friendly and kind. I told her this on several occasions, but anytime I was overwhelmed or stressed about our wedding, when I would finish talking to her, I felt immensely less stressed out. What more can you ask for in a planner? When it came to the actual wedding weekend, Jennifer was on top of everything, too. I have to give an extra special shout out to her assistant, Elizabeth, who was an absolute treasure on wedding day and was just phenomenal. She made sure EVERYTHING was running smoothly. Elizabeth was extremely focused the entire night and always prioritized me and my husband. I felt like she was always anticipating our needs before we even realized what we needed. For example, I was tearing up the dance floor all night and she consistently made sure I was hydrated by bringing me a new glass of water exactly when I needed it without even asking. Additionally, we were unable to have a formal rehearsal for our wedding, but Elizabeth was still able to do an efficient rundown for the ceremony at our "rehearsal" dinner at the restaurant despite having limited space and limited time. Overall, Jennifer and Elizabeth were extremely impressive. My entire family is still talking about how great they were over a month after the wedding has ended. It was truly the most magical day of our lives to date and we could not have made that possible without these two amazing women. I highly recommend Weddings by Jennifer Fox and Company for your wedding and will be referring her to my friends in the future!

Come wedding day, I did not have to lift a single finger and her team was also kind enough to decorate our apartment honeymoon style since we had to postpone our travels due to COVID. I don't think I could have planned such an amazing event without Jennifer!

could have imagined — better than our original plans. Due to our limited time, we only met with Jennifer once before our wedding, in addition to a few emails, and the ceremony she helped us to create felt so personal and intimate, as if she actually knew us as a couple. She is super friendly and professional, and I can’t imagine having worked with anyone else. She was prepared with vendor recommendations, who are also fabulous, and was able to seamlessly work with them so that all we really needed to do was show up to our wedding. For a potentially stressful situation (having to start planning from scratch with only a couple of weeks to pull it off), Jennifer ensured that this entire process was stress free, from start to finish. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough!

ey took care of organizing all our vendors. We gave them ideas/visions of what we wanted and they went above and beyond our expectations! At one point I, the bride, looked out my hotel suite window down to the outside patio where our ceremony was being held…they were decorating the arch that we were being married under…and I was so overwhelmed with how phenomenal it looked and just cried! It looked absolutely stunning! Our ceremony was beautiful and humorous just like us, wink, wink! We had a family unity ceremony with our children that was perfect! Walking into the reception area was a complete surprise to us as we didn’t see the decorations until then. We were overjoyed and in awe! They checked on us and made sure everything ran smoothly all day! Totally catered to us the whole time. At the end of the night, everything was cleaned and packed up so neatly. Our guests and families ranted and raved about how wonderful, caring, on point and detail orientated they were! We could not have had the best day of our lives without these ladies! We were able to enjoy our day, stress-free while they handled everything! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and HIGHLY ENCOURAGE everyone to utilize their services! They did not disappoint!
