Jordana Brewster Wants to 'Really Savor Each Step' of Wedding Planning

When it comes to wedding planning, Jordana Brewster and her husband-to-be Mason Morfit are right on par with millions of couples.

The Fast & Furious actress and the tech entrepreneur got engaged in September 2021. The proposal took place privately (which accounts for about half of all engagements, according to our data). "It occurred a couple of weeks ago, and it was super romantic and traditional," Brewster previously told People. "It was just the two of us, and my puppy was there."

A little over a month into their engagement, Brewster and Morfit are starting to wedding plan and gather inspiration. "It feels really exciting," Brewster remarked at the 2021 Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic. "I'm starting to plan and I'm going to take it really slowly and I'm going to really savor each step."

In fact, they're focusing on a prewedding event for now, and reserving additional high-level details for later. "I'm actually going to have an engagement party and I have a Pinterest for the dress and I'm doing all the girly girly stuff I never did," she said. "So I'm really excited."

Brewster was previously married to producer Andrew Form. The couple separated in 2020. She revealed her engagement to Morfit with a coy caption on Instagram. "JB soon to be JBM," Brewster wrote last month.
