A Brief History of Wedding Dress Designer Rita Vinieris
Rita Vinieris was born and raised in Canada, and attended the University of Toronto where she studied Economics. She later studied fashion at the International Academy of Design. She has experience working at boutiques, has freelanced for Izod Lacoste Mens Canada, designed furs for the Japanese market, designed evening gowns for private clients, and was also the Design Coordinator for Fairweathers. Her ready-to-wear brand has become a favorite amongst celebrities like Kelly Osbourne, Thea Andrews and Gina Rodriguez.
In 1995, after helping several friends find gowns for their weddings, Vinieris began to design her own collection of wedding dresses. By 2014, the Rivini line was sold in bridal boutiques all across the United States.

The Rivini Spring 2022 collection features lush fabrics, and structured corsets, along with refreshing silhouettes like voluminous skirts, long trains and unique capes—making this line ideal for the more fashion-forward bride. Famous Rivini Brides
Dancing With the Stars' pros Emma Slater and Sasha Farber tied the knot in March of 2018 in Los Angeles - the bride donning not one, but two gorgeous Rivini gowns. Vinieris worked with Slater to create both of her bridal looks; a long-sleeve white dress with a plunging neckline and lace detailing for the ceremony, and a gown with a movement-friendly skirt for the reception.
Author, columnist and co-host of the weekend edition of Fox and Friends, Jedediah Louisa Bila, wore a Rivini Vonn lace ball gown to her intimate ceremony in New York.
Stephanie Danielle, Creator of the San Francisco based style and lifestyle blog, The City Blonde, wore Rivini 'Obsessed' in her engagement photos in October of 2018.
