It was perfect for getting ready and spending time with our family and friends. In addition, the areas where we had our ceremony and reception (Ballpark Conference Center and Arch Ballroom) were beautiful and accommodating since we had over 200 guests at our wedding. I would absolutely recommend this venue and getting to work with Coty! You will be in wonderful hands!

Our guests commented on the venue and staff and said that they know how to host a reception. Food was good and plentyful. Our Catering Service Manger, Coty Good, is the best in the industry from our experience and our other vendors. He represented the property well, answered all of our many questions over a years time period, made accomidations to the packages, and never over promised. HE WAS A MAN OF HIS WORD. He always let us know when he would be out of the office and is a great and timly communicator. The location and the bonus of having the 360 bar is a huge plus. The extra touches of care that were provided, makes you feel like they are there to please you and your guests. No doubt if we had another event, we would be looking to hosting our event at the same property. You cannot go wrong. Oh and if you play it right, you can get enough Hilton Honors points to take a nice vacation aftr your event!

Some huge pros: (1) final numbers were not due until 3 days out - this reduced stress more than you can imagine! (2) Coty kept detailed notes of our conversations and would send over updated event details whenever they were updated so we had complete confidence in his execution day of! (3) Coty worked great with all of our vendors and made us feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the process (4) the space really is amazing and was perfect for our 150 person wedding (could definitely hold more tho!) (5) the bridal suite was perfect for getting ready in the morning - we had 10 people plus 2 artists and had plenty of room . We have so many good things to say about this venue! We highly recommend and are so grateful for the opportunity to have our wedding reception there and to have Coty on our vendor team!!

always recommend the Hilton at the ballpark for any occasion. If I could make one suggestion is that you consider offering a choice of three entrees to choose for a sit down meal. Not a big deal but I would have liked that. The Hilton in Marco Island offers this But with that said great great venue. Love it to the moon and back. Thanks the MacDonald and Mitchell families.

is breathtaking with remarkable floor to ceiling windows that show a picturesque view of downtown that truly can't be beat! In addition, the gold chairs, pristine linens, and warm uplighting transformed the room into pure elegance, and the flow from cocktail hour to dinner was seamless! As an event planner, Ali spoke our language from the beginning and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more (spoiler alert: it was even better than we could have ever imagined thanks to her and her staff)! The professionalism, punctuality, and overall service was top quality! I am still receiving compliments on how delicious the food was, how romantic the ambiance was, and how remarkable the bartenders were to remember everyone's drink of choice! As a bride and groom, Ali was our go to person to help us breathe, pause the day, and take in the special moments while she assured us everything was taken care of and that we were in good hands! I still have tears in my eyes thinking of the little surprises she provided us that truly made a lasting impact! On top of it, she exceeded our expectations by going that extra step and making sure we were always well taken care of whether it be having plenty of food or drink or finding safety pins to help bustle my dress! In these unforeseen times, we were highly impressed and could not have felt safer by all of the COVID precautions the staff followed in regards to mask wearing, plexiglass partitions at the bar, spacing the dance floor 6 feet from the stage with the band, etc. Looking back on our wedding day, I would not change a single moment and will forever be grateful for Ali and the unforgettable experience we had at the Hilton!

. Our decorations that the venue coordinator helped us choose were so beautiful, and the food at the dinner was so delicious that we still have guests raving about our wedding! Working with Ali, the Hilton event coordinator, was so great! Especially planning and re-planning during the pandemic, Ali was always in contact with us and updated us on everything! If we could re-do our wedding again we would choose this venue again and again!!!

is time of year, but she truly made us feel like we were her only clients at times. Three days before our wedding, Alli have to leave town suddenly and Jaci took over for Alli. It was nerve wrecking once we heard, but Jaci instantly made us feel like she had been apart of our process the entire time. Alli made sure Jaci knew our vision for every detail and my husband and I couldn’t of had a more beautiful reception. Alli, Jaci, and the entire staff at the Hilton (from valet, bellmen, and servers) were exceptional. If you are even thinking about choosing this venue for your reception- you will not be disappointed!

She also allowed us to tour the space several times even after we booked the venue (my mother-in-law FaceTime toured with my husband, my parents and my husband got to tour the venue in person when they were in town for another event). As we came closer to the actual wedding day, Ali kept up with the details, and inevitably changes in details, amazingly. I am very detail oriented in everyday life, so it is very hard for me not to notice when something is different from what I expected. This is all to say, I cannot think of one set-up detail Ali missed. Even the details that I did not have time to appreciate were exactly how I wanted. It was so, so gorgeous. Other things to note: 1) The view from the ballroom is amazing. 2) This venue had the most included customization options of any we toured. Most venues will let you bring in outside options, but it can get expensive. The Hilton does a great job of having the options available and included (chair colors / charger colors / candles). I’m sure there are some I’m missing. 3) The food was great, and the guests (and I) loved the bon bon accompanying our wedding cake. 4) The bar service was phenomenal. I loved that Ali was able to add sugar free Red Bull as a mixer at the bars because I definitely needed it.

We knew from the start we were in good hands because she was a true partner in planning our event. She managed the evening perfectly, and not even a home Cardinal Game with Albert Pujols in town could stop Ali from putting on a flawless event! Guests are still raving about the beauty of the event space, OUTSTANDING food, and attentive service. Each time we travel downtown and pass Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark it brings back such special memories from our special day!

The food at our reception was amazing as well, I've never heard so many compliments on a wedding dinner. The ballroom with the Arch in the backdrop through the windows was beautiful and showcased St Louis perfectly. I would recommend heading up to 360 after the reception, it was a convenient and fun way to keep the party going which was another important part we wanted for our day. We also hosted a Sunday brunch in another ballroom for our hotel guests that stayed the night and they were extremely accommodating for that as well- the food was excellent for that too! All in all, this was an easy 5 star rating. Thank you to the Hilton, Ali and all the staff that made our day the best day ever!

We did both our ceremony and reception (200 people with about 2/3 from out of town) at the Hilton and because of that, we really needed Ali's help and guidance to plan our entire day. Ali was incredible-- and I don't use that word lightly. She guided us through every step, gave us a wealth of information to make sure we understood our options, while not overwhelming us with too many decisions at once. What I think we appreciate most about Ali, is her ability to provide a confident, calming presence during what can be an exciting yet often stressful time. Literally any time we had a concern, or began to worry about something leading up to and on the day of the wedding, Ali immediately calmed our fears. She always found an answer to our question very quickly, she used appropriate humor when we needed it most to help us relax, and she provided an immense amount of support to us as we navigated this process. For the rest of our lives, we will know that our wedding day was as spectacular as it was because we had this incredible woman behind the scenes looking out for us and ensuring every detail was perfect. I have encountered many people in this field and her talent for this job is unmatched. Her professionalism, knowledge, kindness and compassion are assets that you will appreciate for your wedding.

She and her staff even kept track of our gifts/cards/picture frames/etc and sent them all to my parent's room at the end of the night. hat Ali had everything at our reception venue under control. Every single detail was executed by the Hilton staff with excellence. Our guests have RAVED about several different aspects of our event the Hilton. When my husband and I were announced, the shades in the Archview Ballroom were raised (a detail I did not notice at the time), but our guests have raved about this over and over. Our guests have also not stopped talking about the amazing food. Every filet was cooked to perfection, and the portions were just right, leaving no guest hungry. Many have stated it was the "best reception meal" they have had. Many also raved about being able to see the beautiful STL skyline with the Arch and Kiener Plaza through the floor to ceiling windows. You cannot get a better location in downtown STL. Literally across the street from Ballpark Village and close to other entertainment in downtown STL. The group rate offered to our guests was also such a great deal and so convenient that they could just head upstairs following the evening's festivities. My wedding was unforgettable, and I would like to thank the Ballpark Hilton for making the day extra special for me, my husband, my family, and all of our guests. Lastly, I have to just praise Ali again. She really is magic! She and the rest of the staff exceeded my [admittedly very high] expectations, but again especially Ali! Thank you Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark for such an amazing event!

She went above and beyond throughout the entire process whether it was being accommodating to our requests or making sure everything thing went smooth the day of. Ali gave great advice along that way that led to us choosing a lot of small details that turned out absolutely amazing! We also cannot say enough good things about the food. It was honestly the best food I have ever had at a wedding and we had so many of our guests tell us the same thing. Would highly recommend working with Ali and the Hilton as it truly is an amazing venue!

s from the carpet in the ballroom to the tablecloth color choices! Let me say, if you are concerned about the carpet in this ballroom, do not let it bother you. Once Ali (and your vendors) do their magic day of the wedding, I promise you will not even notice it! The Archview Foyer is an absolutely beautiful room and I'm so happy we chose this location as our reception venue. One of my favorite parts about the weekend is that we were able to have our Border Collie stay at the Hilton with us! We brought her down to visit with friends and family after dinner and everyone enjoyed seeing her. Ali even offered to bring her back up to our hotel room after the visit so that my groom did not have to leave the reception. While she was in our room, she dropped off chocolate covered strawberries, champagne and a personal note! This was such a perfect touch. Everything about this weekend was amazing and I wouldn't have had it any other way!
