My husband and I held our wedding reception at the Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier this past October. We had a wonderful experience with the venue and the staff of Phil Stefani Catering, the on-site event coordinator and caterer. In particular, ...our event coordinator, Kate was very helpful, attentive to our many questions and provided a substantial level of background information and expertise. Her experience and professionalism in running events in the unique space was evident. She and the staff provided helpful hints of how to manage things like crowd flow, the DJ and set-up in the space which does not make everything easy!
The food was excellent – we had a wide variety of options to choose from and were able to customize our event to meet our wishes and needs. The serving staff was extremely professional and unobtrusive.
We did not worry about a single thing – Kate and the Crystal Gardens staff took care of setting up all of our decorations and managed all deliveries themselves.
Highly recommend the Crystal Gardens at Navy Pier for any wedding or other event!
