My spouse and I had our wedding weekend at Windridge Estate last month, and it was absolutely perfect. From the start of the process, Elizabeth was incredibly helpful, answering our questions and getting to know us as a couple so she could translate our vision. The property is breathtaking and full of opportunities to make the space truly yours. We hosted our welcome pizza party, wedding ceremony and reception, and farewell brunch at Windridge, and our guests raved about the weekend. The entire Windridge team is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable event.
The best wedding venue and perfect for a weekend of events. MB and the Windridge team were amazing to work with and truly made our wedding weekend so extra special. MB goes above and beyond for her guests and truly is most caring and genuine person. We got married in October 2023 at Windridge. We loved everything about the property. The views are amazing even on the cloudiest days. We were so pleased with all the different spaces from Red Barn, White Barn, The Belvedere, and the Farmer's Cottage there are so many spaces to make your wedding weekend unique to you. We really enjoyed having so much decor to choose from especially from coming out of state. We enjoyed everything from rehearsal/ welcome dinner on Friday, getting ready on property, ceremony, cocktail, and reception, then brunch on Sunday. We were so glad to host all of the wedding weekend events on this beautiful property. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. On this date last year, we were married at Windridge Estate Redbarn 20. It was a dream come true. We had a whole wedding weekend that my friends and family are still talking about a year later. Every one of our guests were blown away by the beauty of Windridge Estate Redbarn 20. The property is absolutely stunning and comes with everything you need to have a spectacular event. A highlight for us was getting to stay the weekend on site at the gorgeous farmers cottage. But the best part, was the help and guidance that MB and her team offered us the whole weekend. She went above and beyond to provide us with our dream wedding.
MB and her staff ensured our wedding weekend went off without a hitch! MB was there for us our whole stay. To turning up the pool heater late at night, to saving the day and running over plates for the rehearsal dinner because my mom forgot them. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and there are so many options for rehearsal dinners and ceremony spots. They also have a large inventory of decor, couch’s, rugs, lamps, lights, signs available for use which was my favorite part. We were able to use the venue for engagement pictures, and set up multiple visits to the venue before our date. My husband and I are so happy with the choice we made to have our wedding at Windridge Estate.
This venue was an absolute dream and I cannot say enough nice things about this place and the women who run it. I was initially interested in this place because it was located between Cazenovia (where I went to college) and Morrisville (where my husband went to college) so we both passed it going back and forth between each other’s schools. When we first took a tour of the venue I knew I wanted to have my wedding here. Between the amazing views, rolling hills, and beautiful landscape, what’s not to love?!
Both MaryBeth and Anne were super helpful and accommodating. With us living in Connecticut, whenever I had a question they were always an email away. We were also able to schedule multiple visits to the venue anytime we were in Upstate NY for something wedding related whether it was to look through their inventory of decor, get an idea of the layout, or meet with the caterer for the walkthrough, they were always very helpful and welcoming.
When the day finally came, they were behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was and how special our day was. I could not have asked for a more perfect place to get married. Thank you for helping to make our day so special!
How do I start? Everything about this venue is amazing. The grounds and views are spectacular at any season and meticulously maintained. We loved the privacy and intimacy it gave us and the farmers cottage was the perfect place to get ready. Being able to have all our events here made our wedding feel like a three day party. However, the best part of the venue are the Hosts, Mary Beth and Anne. They are welcoming, helpful, on top of everything, made sure all the little details went smoothly, and became like family. We couldn’t have been happier with our day! Thank you so much for making it so special.
I could not have asked for a better experience getting married at Windridge Estate! They treat you like the center of the universe while you are there. Our wedding was originally planned for the summer of 2020 so it had to be postponed due to covid and they were unbelievably accommodating and understanding. Even during those stressful and uncertain times it was clear that they care about YOU and your guests first and foremost. You have access to the entire grounds for the weekend and they really do mean that. It was very important to us that our 2 dogs were part of the wedding and they had the run of the place. They are upfront about the cost for the weekend and there are no additional fees (no nickel and diming like we saw at so many other venues) and with this you get SO MUCH. They have tons of decor, furniture, rentals, etc. to choose from and they do so much for you behind the scenes. We didn't need to lift a finger all weekend and they made our vision come to life. After our tour it was a no-brainer that this was the venue for us and they went above and beyond at every step of the process to show us we made the right choice!
We loved having our wedding here. The owner MaryBeth was there with our vendors behind the scenes the whole time helping make everything perfect. The estate is breath taking and everywhere you look there is a gorgeous view. The ceremony was perfect and our reception in the barn was amazing. Our guests all had an amazing experience from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to reception and after party. It was fantastic to be there in one place for the whole day. Even though we were in one place it didn't feel restricted in any ways. The after party was perfect in the white barn and was exactly what we wanted. I am still hearing stories and seeing photos from our guests about how amazing our wedding was. If you want the perfect elevated rustic barn wedding then you need to book your wedding here.
I don't even know where to begin other than the fact that Windridge Estate at Redbarn 20 was the epitome of our dream venue. When we first got engaged, Redbarn was the first venue we visited. We had no idea what to expect and were immediately impressed with the easy communication from Ann, one of the owners. When we visited for a tour, Ann was so accommodating and patient and answered all the questions we initially had. While we loved the venue, we wanted to make sure we visited others. Apparently, the level of service you receive at Redbarn is not standard across the industry. We spent the next couple of months appalled at the lack of responses and care.
But back to Redbarn. There were several things that stood out to us and ultimately helped us decide on here as our venue. First, we were constantly impressed and appreciative of how great Ann and her sister, MB, were at communicating. Yes, venues deal with brides and grooms all the time so sometimes you may feel like just another wedding. But for us, this was of course our BIG DAY and Ann and MB treated it as if it was the most important wedding of the year. They made us feel special and were super accommodating.
A major perk of this venue is that you get the property for a wedding WEEKEND. Redbarn only hosts one wedding per weekend so you never have to worry about your vendors moving in and out, getting rushed out, or having people you don't know around. Something I personally wanted the most was to spend more than one day with our friends and family who were making an effort to celebrate with us. Redbarn totally catered to that. We loved hosting our rehearsal dinner on-site and it helped with budgeting!
Another massive pro is that you have complete freedom to do what you want. We were able to work with a planner/designer and were all beyond impressed with the inventory we had access to. Redbarn has endless items (candlesticks, easels, carpets, chairs, table numbers, anything you can think of!) and you receive access to this with your wedding weekend. It was invaluable to have all of it right on site and such a wide array. Ann and MB were also understanding whenever we wanted to visit and plan. They just always made sure it wasn't interfering with another wedding which is so nice. Along with the property and inventory, you also get to stay in their farmer's cottage! We loved having our immediate family stay on-site and it was the perfect place for the girls to get ready and have drinks after our rehearsal dinner.
The hardest decision we had to make was where on the property to get married because the views are gorgeous in every direction. Also, my husband is a stickler for landscaping and he was blown away by the "mowing lines" and overall care that goes into keeping this venue looking stunning during wedding season.
We couldn't recommend Windridge Estate enough if you're looking for a unique wedding venue with space, freedom and natural beauty. Ann and MB are so professional (can't even begin to thank them for how much they helped on our actual wedding day), hands-on, patient, and prepared. They are top-notch owners and even better people. And I promise you, you will have the most photogenic venue for all your photos and videos! Book this venue!!
We had our wedding at RedBarn 20 and cannot say enough good things! The property is beautiful, offers so much to do and our guests had a wonderful time. Our wedding was everything that we had hoped it would be. We’ve been hearing from guests for weeks about how beautiful the venue was and what a fun, unique wedding we had. And we’re not sure that could have happened without all the help from Ann and MaryBeth. We were originally booked for spring 2020, but we had to postpone to 2021. Throughout the process of picking a new date and planning out the wedding after settling on a new date, Ann and MaryBeth were incredibly helpful, supportive and always quick to get back in touch with us whenever we asked any questions. Even on the day of the wedding, they were both constantly checking in to make sure everything was running smoothly and that all our vendors were on the same page. Things could not have gone better! Truly the wedding of our dreams!
I don’t even know where to begin whether it be the ladies who run the show or the STUNNING grounds.
My now husband and I met MB and instantly we knew how awesome it would be to work with her while planning the most important day of our lives. We were five minutes into our first tour on the property and we said we NEED to get married here. It was the first venue we looked at and she even encouraged us to look at at least one more venue because she truly cared and wanted what was best for us.
MB spent hours and I mean HOURS!! (maybe even days) in constant contact with us. I could text/call her at any time with questions and she would have the answer immediately. It doesn’t stop there- we had quite a few outside stressors and MB did anything and everything to help us overcome the obstacles. She quickly went from a venue owner to a true friend. Her sister Anne is just as incredible and talented and is the one with the style behind it all. She hunts all over finding unique pieces to add to their wedding decor collection- there is not one thing she can’t create/reupholster! Their collection on the second floor of the barn has everything you could ever need and more!
What is also remarkable about this venue is how personalized you can make it to you as a couple. There is never the same wedding there twice. There are endless possibilities/locations for you to set up your wedding and whether it be in the red barn, white barn, or outside on the lawn.
They also have a gorgeous Farmer’s Cottage with a pool next door- whether it be used for the girls to get ready, a day after brunch spot, a place for the couple to stay, or even a large family.
Our wedding has been over for quite some time and we still hear our friends/family talk about how beautiful and memorable the venue was. The views are indescribable and every photographer’s dream to shoot at. It truly is jaw-dropping!
The day of our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more and we truly owe that to both MB and Anne! We are forever grateful to have such an unforgettable wedding with the sweetest ladies by our side!

We could not have picked a better venue to have our wedding. From the beginning of the process Ann and MaryBeth could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Not only did we get a beautiful venue on a gorgeous property but we also had the added bonus of Ann and MaryBeth's knowledge and kindness.
We also stayed in the farmers cottage onsite during our wedding weekend, and I would highly recommend it to all brides. It was such a breeze to get ready right on the property and just walk over to the venue after.
I would 100% recommend having your wedding at RedBarn20, you will not regret it. It will just add to the magic of your big day.
Working with RedBarn20 was one of the best decisions I made thanks to MB and Ann! I had to plan my wedding from Europe and didn’t have a wedding planner, so the entire process was a lot more tedious and time-consuming for everyone involved. That was no problem for MB and Ann, they were amazing throughout the entire process, from giving me my first tour via Facetime to quickly answering all the questions in emails I bombarded them with. The day of, everything went smoothly and looked absolutely flawless! The grounds were gorgeous and really allows for a great flow, and the barn itself is so versatile that you can adapt it perfectly to your vision. I honestly can say nothing but great things about my experience with RedBarn20.
It is no exaggeration to say that everything we wanted for our wedding was made possible with Ann and MaryBeth at RedBarn20. The barn itself is gorgeous and perfectly restored. The grounds are amazing, and allow for so many options for couples to choose how they want their guests greeted, seated and included in the day. We were able to choose just the right additions to make it the casual and meaningful day we wanted. And all of it was made so easy because the people and staff at RedBarn are flexible and fun to work with. I can't imagine anything I would have done differently.
We celebrated our wedding at RedBarn20 in June. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing this venue is...not only are the buildings, grounds, and amenities pristine, but Ann and MB are incredible to work with!
After looking at several barn venues in the area, my mom and I knew RedBarn was the one as soon as we stepped out of the car. You can tell that so much thought went into the renovation of the barn and the overall layout and improvements to the property. The landscaping is flawless. And that collection of vintage furniture and decor is priceless 😍
Ann and MB treated us like old friends who they’ve known forever. They truly want every person who steps foot on their property to have a great experience, not just the bride and groom. A couple examples...Before the ceremony a couple of the groomsmen were complaining of heartburn - a few minutes later, out comes MB with a plastic bag of tums. During cocktail hour my uncle was watching the Kentucky Derby on his phone, he was invited into their personal home to watch on the TV. They are just amazing humans and have such a vision and passion for creating your perfect day.
We would do it all over again and not change a thing! So much love for RedBarn20 and Ann & MB - Thank you for all you did for us!

As soon as I discovered RedBard20 online, I knew that was where I wanted to have our wedding. The feeling was only increased when we went and toured the venue. Ann and MaryBeth are so warm and welcoming, and they have created such a beautiful atmosphere.
We were able to stop in a number of times before our wedding (09-14-2019) to go over the details, choose decorations from the EXTENSIVE collection of items, choose exactly where we wanted to have the ceremony (we chose the apple orchard), etc. Ann offered to be our day of coordinator, which was perfect. She had a real vision for how to set everything up. I knew I could trust her and not feel anxious about whether things would look good. I also had a lot of family members pitching in their various talents, particularly my aunt/uncle/cousins who did the flowers. They were able to deliver the flowers on Friday and then arrived early Saturday to do all the flower arranging, which was a huge task. Ann graciously allowed me and the girls to get dropped off at the Farmer Cottage while the boys hung out in the White Barn, because my husband and I did not want to do a first look. Ann did a great job with helping to time everything for the ceremony. She checked with me that our ceremony singers were good to sing one more song, which had been previously planned, but she wanted to make sure. The night went splendidly. We did a sparkler send off, and had gotten sparklers. But, Ann and MaryBeth came with these giant sparklers that they just let us use because they were bigger and they thought they would be better. It just goes to show how thoughtful they are and the attention to detail they have.
They also let us come back on Sunday to do any final cleanup and get items that may have been left. Ann even offered to take the linens back to Binghamton to the caterer just because she was going that way.
I really cannot say enough great things about RedBarn20. One of the best parts is that there are so many different spaces for guests to spend time that no one feels cramped up in one area. People could play lawn games, go in the White Barn, sit by the fire outside, walk the grounds to get pictures, and dance inside.
Hopefully someone I know decides to get married there so I can go back for a great party again someday!
We cannot stress enough how vital Ann, MaryBeth, and everyone else at RedBarn20 were in helping making our wedding day unforgettable. Looking past the absolutely gorgeous property, Ann and MaryBeth went above and beyond to ensure that no detail throughout the day (and the week leading up to our wedding) went unnoticed or overlooked. Their knowledge, guidance, impeccable taste, and willingness to listen and collaborate alongside us every single step of the way was invaluable and greatly appreciated. Truly couldn’t have found a more efficient, beautiful, and price worthy venue to be married on. MaryBeth and family made us feel like family since the day we toured. With weekend availability to the guest house, we were able to have rehearsal dinner and set-up days with complete ease. I LOVE THESE PEOPLE AND THIS VENUE!!!! My fiancé and I toured the venue 4 days after our engagement and never looked anywhere else! Marybeth and Ann are so thorough, thoughtful, kind, hardworking, and all around professionals. They were available to answer any questions within minutes, and always made it known that we were more than welcome to come to the venue whenever we needed. Between their hospitality, the actual venue, and all of the gorgeous pieces of furniture and decor that come along with the price, this is the best decision you could make when trying to decide on a venue!! We received endless comments about how perfect the entire venue was, but on top of that, our friends and family could not stop complimenting Marybeth and Ann’s involvement in the whole day. They seriously made everything so seamless and went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend everything we could have dreamed of!
Absolutely AMAZING. We cannot say enough about this venue, the location, the views, the management, the vibe, the list goes on and on. MaryBeth and Ann were exactly what we didn't know we needed when it came to planning. They were so accommodating and helped us with anything and everything that we threw their way. This dynamic duo will make you feel as if you are family and will welcome you with open arms into their venue, which now feels more like a second home to us. I could not have imagined our wedding day anywhere but RedBarn20 and KNOW that anyone else who is lucky enough to have their special day there will feel the same. I don’t even know where to start with MaryBeth, Ann, and everyone at RedBarn 20. It was the first venue I looked at in my wedding search and any venue I looked at after I started comparing to RedBarn. Soon enough I realized there was no comparison and RedBarn would be the PERFECT wedding venue. Besides the gorgeous space, multiple barns, a beautiful house on site to rent for the weekend, it came with the best support system- MaryBeth and Ann. The owners (and sisters) that run RedBarn. From day 1 they were able to guide me through the “DIY” of having a wedding/reception in a non traditional setting. I never had one email, text, or call go unnoticed in the year and a half I had the venue booked. Any time I was in town they made themselves and the venue available for me to check things out, ask 1000 questions, and give the tour of the entire property to every family member who came. One of their slogans is Your Weekend Your Way- and that is so unique to RedBarn. They only book 1 wedding per weekend so that you are the true focus and not the next wedding coming in the next day. I was able to start setting up 4 days before the wedding and didn’t worry about getting all the decorations out that night. It made the planning process seamless and low stress. The “Your Way” part of the slogan also couldn’t be more true. I had a vision of a flower tree in the back lawn and the next thing MaryBeth and Ann said was, “Do you want to cut down some branches so your guests can see it better?”. I was speechless!!
Every moment up to the wedding day was nothing short of seamless with the planning- until it decided to rain all day!!! It totally threw off all our plans (and every day of timeline) but the day couldn’t have gone smoother. I had a day of coordinator for additional help. Between her and MaryBeth and Ann my wedding ceremony setup was changed TWICE due to weather/setup issues and I had no idea. They ran around in the rain ALL day and still I continued to be impressed with the professionalism and support we got that day. I shouldn’t have been surprised based on everything leading up to that day, but it exceeded my expectations!
The Farmers Cottage is perfect for getting ready the day of and I couldn’t imagine not having that house right there for my family to use throughout the weekend for whatever they needed. They also have what I call the “Pinterest Attic” full of furniture, decorations, signs, etc for your use. It saved us time and money to use the gorgeous things they had on site.
I couldn’t give any better reviews for this wedding vendor. If you are looking for the PERFECT barn/outdoor/ DIY/ Your Weekend Your Way in New York you have found it!

The Redbarn20 is the perfect place to have your wedding! We had every curve ball you could imagine thrown at us on our special day. Anne and MaryBeth (the owners) were the only part we didn’t have to worry about. They went above and beyond to make our day as relaxed and memorable as possible. One example is that due to the down pouring rain we had to take pictures outside with an umbrella. They surprised us by decorating my umbrella with flowers so it looked beautiful for the pictures. They both went outside the scope of what we expected and put in a lot of extra work to make our day special. It was truly amazing working with such wonderful people. It is clear that this is more than a business to them, it’s their passion. Even one year after our wedding they still answer our emails and were persistent in finding some things that we had forgotten. If you want to have a team of people on your side that care about your wedding as much as you do, you want your wedding at Redbarn20!
I don’t know how to put into words how incredible this venue and the owners are. To give MB & Ann only 5 stars feels insulting because they go to the moon for every single person that crosses their path. My husband asked if we could renew our vows in 5 years and go back to RedBarn to do it all over again. We had multiple guests ask if we can get married over and over again. Our wedding has been ranked one of the best weddings our guests have attended. Every penny spent on this venue is well worth it. My husband and I actually really miss Mary Beth & Ann. They are such welcoming, kind talented women. The venue itself is outstanding. Every bit of it has character and intrigue. You have no idea this all exists until you take the drive up the long driveway. As soon as you pull up you’ll be in awe.

I attended a wedding at Red Barn 20 two weeks ago and I just have to RAVE about the owners Ann and MB. These ladies did not stop working hard from the moment we stepped foot on the property.
We had a mini medical issue during the event and Ann and MB went above and beyond in making sure that everything still ran smoothly with the event while also trying to help in any way they could with the issue that arose.
Aside from the owners, the venue is absolutely stunning. The views from all over the property, are absolutely amazing and the place has so much character. Check this place out!
Oh my goodness - where do we even begin?! My new husband, our families and I cannot speak highly enough of this amazing estate and the owners (Ann and MB)! From the moment we stepped on the property, we knew that this was the most special venue!
RedBarn20 is truly the most outstanding property with the most stunning views. Our guests could not stop raving about how incredible the property was, and how much fun they had exploring whether it was beside the fire-pit, out on the bocce ball courts, playing lawn games or inside barns. We had our wedding ceremony, reception, after party and day-after brunch all on the property and it was truly the most magical weekend!
Not only is the property absolutely perfect, but the owners are truly the most exceptional people. Ann and MB went out of their way all weekend to not only accommodate my husband and I, but our family and friends. They were beyond fantastic. We truly cannot recommend this venue enough, and could speak at lengths as to why every couple should choose them for their special day! The RedBarn was the absolute perfect choice to have our wedding. While there are a number of fantastic benefits of the RedBarn (beautiful location, ability to have the property for the full weekend, the Farmer’s cottage for lodging, selection of decor available), the true differentiator is the RedBarn’s owners, MB and Anne. They (in all senses of the term) were the “MVPs” of our wedding. Right from the time we signed a contract and picked a date with RedBarn, it felt like they were our “wedding consultants.” They gave us suggestions of where to look for vendors, helped pick out decor, and gave their advice on a wide variety of topics. They were always available to give us (and our family / friends) extra tours of the property and extremely responsive to email leading up to the wedding. Then when we actually got to the wedding, MB and Anne seemingly were everywhere doing everything - setting up tents and rehearsal dinner areas, driving elderly guests in a golf cart, cleaning up beer glass spills from “that guest.” To sum it up, it felt like MB and Anne were “in it to win it” just the same as we were.
I cannot say enough amazing things about RedBarn20. We 120% recommend having your wedding here - you will not regret it one bit!

The RedBarn20 was the most magical setting for our wedding reception. It really was better than we ever could have imagined it. This was the ONLY venue we looked at for our wedding. The grounds are spectacular; from the breathtaking views in every direction, to the pristine landscaping and the patio space with the firepit. Both barns are gorgeous spaces to gather for cocktails and dinner but still able to mingle in the outside areas. The set up is the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor party spaces. The bocce courts were a huge hit and the patio was a perfect place to gather outside but still be close to the music and dance floor. The owners, Mary Beth and Ann, have clearly dedicated so much of their lives to this business. They were such awesome and fun people to work with and made the whole process easy. We have so many guests still telling us what a gorgeous location and fun wedding! The whole weekend exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Having the beautiful cottage next door was also very convenient for people to get ready before and stay.

I don’t even know where to begin. Ann and MaryBeth were the two most spectacular people to work with on the most gorgeous property! RedBarn20 has everything you can imagine to make your wedding day spectacular. As you head on in via the driveway it makes you escape into a Restoration Hardware catalog, which then brings you to a beautiful view with both the red and white barns. Their attention to detail and service is unbelievable, and helped us immensely leading up to and during our wedding day. Oh and don’t forget the Farmer’s Cottage, which is another beautiful detail I was able to enjoy as I got ready with all my bridesmaids. If you are considering RedBarn20, just go for it, you will not regret it!

The venue itself was stunning. The property was sprawling and had something for everyone! Everything flowed so well from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and to the reception! It was such a relaxed and beautiful venue that worked perfectly for our day!
The perfect wedding venue for location, scenic views, beautiful grounds and buildings, accommodating staff. A unique barn with exquisite atmosphere, the best of both worlds. Having the use of multiple bldgs on the grounds was so convenient for everyone to gather and get ready. Everything was just perfect at my son and now daughter in law’s wedding. Compliments aplenty from all of our guests. We only wish we could do it all again.
Red Barn 20 was the perfect place to have our wedding. I couldn't have asked for more! The venue, setting, and service was spectacular, and Marybeth and Ann went above and beyond with all their assistance and guidance with setting up and during the wedding ceremony and reception. I will be recommending their place to others for years to come!
My husband and I have NO regrets about choosing Red Barn 20 as our venue. From the day we met them, Ann and MaryBeth were kind, generous, energetic and beyond enthusiastic. They promptly answered all our questions throughout the process and were willing to assist as much and as little as we wanted. Our wedding was in mid-September and everyone was in awe of the beautiful view and sunset, and we got so many compliments on how unique the venue was. From the outdoor games, to the multiple seating spaces, to the stunning sunset, to the wood beams & natural light, Red Barn 20 is the perfect spot for any couple, no matter how laid-back or fancy they are. I am a happy bride and would recommend Red Barn 20 1000x over.

The story: My now-husband, Brian, and I stumbled upon this venue serendipitously without at appointment. Marybeth, the owner, gave us an extensive tour of the property and answered every question we didn’t know we had. We reserved a date right then and there! Over the next 8 months, anytime we emailed or called Marybeth (owner) and her sister Anne (co-owner) we were answered promptly with care and detail. We decided to go the complete DIY route (without a wedding planner) and we had all the help and guidance we needed. Marybeth gave us examples from other weddings about what worked and what didn’t, and gave us many ideas to help our vision come to fruition.
The venue has all the major furniture you’d need (tables, chairs, indoor/outdoor couches, ceremony chairs, etc). Also available to you are endless pieces of rustic and antique decor/accents for the barn that tie the whole vibe together.
The barn and it’s grounds were breathtaking for our late summer wedding. There was so much space for our guests to wander, explore, and take amazing photos! The stone patio was an ideal setting for our indoor/outdoor vision. Guests were able to dance inside and outside while still feeling connected to the party!
Our vendors (DINO BBQ, Ralston Supply Co.) were EXCITED to hear they got to work another event at the Redbarn! When the owners and vendors already have a relationship and get along, it takes a huge weight off of your shoulders.
We consider Marybeth and her amazing team family now, and we are not saying that lightly! That’s how we felt immediately upon meeting them, and we’ll be forever grateful to them. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly as we imagined, and that’s all you want in the end, right?
The RedBarn20 at Windridge Estate is the perfect venue for a wedding or any special event. The owner's attention to detail will exceed all your expectations. Our family wedding in July 2018 was simply magical. We rented the Farmers Cottage in addition to the main event barns for the entire weekend and held everything onsite. The grounds are pristine, the views are gorgeous and the hospitality is world class. If you are looking for an elegant backdrop for your special day this is it.

One thing my husband and I were adamant about through our wedding planning process was that we didn't want to work with people who made the day stressful. Ann and MaryBeth are kind, goodhearted people who worked harder than most people we have ever seen to make our day perfect. We got to visit the venue as needed through the planning process to make sure our vision was what we wanted, and the day of the wedding I saw the staff always ready to assist when help was needed. The location was beautiful - we could have taken photos for another 3 hours and not seen half of the property. Our friends and family loved that they could relax by the fire when dancing became to much, but still feel a part of the party with the barn doors open. The best part was that the evening flowed naturally (and I'm sure it had something to do with the natural aesthetics the wooden beams provided in the barn). There is a feeling of being welcomed at RedBarn20. It is calming and serene and everything we could have wanted for our wedding day. Highly recommend and hoping to come back soon!
The moment my now husband and I stepped foot on the Red Barn 20 property, we were pretty sure that the search for our wedding venue was over – it was that breath taking. Then we were greeted by the owners, Mary Beth and Anne, who were so excited to show us around their property and booked our date that day - 8/4/2018! Since then, Mary Beth and Anne have been more than accommodating. They were very responsive when we had questions and allowed us to visit any time we wanted during the planning process – always meeting us with a smile and so much energy! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Red Barn and each in its own space – it was like 3 venues in one! We had our ceremony on the lawn shaded by trees, our cocktail hour in the smaller white barn, and our reception in the big red barn. It was the perfect size for our wedding of 120 guests. Everyone raved about how unique and beautiful our venue was. We had guests dancing in the red barn, sitting by the fire pit, playing yard games on the lawn, taking photos of the beautiful view with their loved ones – everyone had a great time! Not only did we use the venue for the wedding, we also had our groomsmen stay at the beautiful farmhouse cottage on the property for the weekend – which made preparing for the day and gathering with family so easy! Two sisters, Ann and MB manage this restored horse barn and farmer's cottage with a setting to die for! They are smart, funny, enthusiastic and flexible. We hosted our daughter's wedding for 200+ guests on 6/2/18 and were thrilled with the entire planning process and execution. Redbarn20 will soon be discovered "bigtime" so get there now and discover this gem early. We have 3 daughters and this was our last wedding and MB and Ann made it stand out from the previous fabulous weddings by their camaraderie and excitement as well as their assistance whenever needed!
I could not say more positive things about this venue! Both Mary Beth and Ann were incredibly helpful and understood my vision right away. They were so thoughtful and attentive to detail. The night ran seamlessly and I did not have to worry about a thing that day! I was very anxious about setting up everything (as every bride is) and they completed calmed me down and helped every step of the way. Not only was this my dream wedding but the venue is absolutely GORGEOUS. Every single picture is phenomenal and it will forever be the most special day of my life. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who wants their wedding to be perfect!
Before I begin let me say I could write pages about my experience at Red Barn 20. My husband and I went to look at this venue back in April of 2017 by recommendation from a family friend. It was still under construction with a lot of plans still in the works. MaryBeth, the owner, shared detailed blueprints with us and her overall vision for the space. We were sold. Over the course of the next 4.5 months we watched Red Barn 20 become more than what Marybeth had described to us. The barn was completed, incredible light fixtures installed, huge bar with outdoor access, and countless other small touches that constantly had my husband and I saying, "Wow, you really thought of everything!" when we would stop out. The landscaping was incredible and the muddy grounds quickly became covered in a lush green with dark mulch and brightly colored flowers. A beautiful stone patio with a fire pit made from rock which Marybeth hand picked from the Jamesville quarry created an incredible outdoor space for guests. Marybeth and her sister Anne, who has a background in event planning, provided a stock of vintage furniture to choose from, which only added to the cozy ambiance. It was important to my husband and I that our wedding have something for everyone and Red Barn 20 truly does. They even have bocce ball quarts that can be used for bocce, horseshoes or really any outdoor game. I never dreamed of my wedding, but I certainly ended up with a dream worthy wedding. Most importantly, the process was so enjoyable. I was a bride who had definite vision in some areas and was flexible/unsure of myself in other places. Marybeth and Anne listened, saw my vision through and helped guide me through the areas I wasn't so sure about. They listened and responded. It was amazing. They have a farmers cottage next to the main venue site that my family and I rented out for the weekend as well. We had our rehearsal dinner there surrounded by family and friends, all my bridesmaids/mom stayed there the night before the wedding, extended family was able to walk 2 minutes next door to stay after the wedding, and we used it for a family brunch the day after the wedding. It was truly the perfect gathering spot all weekend equipped with a pool! The day after the wedding, I stopped at the venue to pick up a few items I left there the night before and another bride-to-be was checking out the space and I told her as I will tell any of you reading this --you are crazy if you pick anywhere else. The backdrop of our wedding photos are not to be believed, the outdoor space, the rustic yet chic indoor space for dinner and dancing makes this one of the most perfect wedding spots of all time. Be sure to check this venue out. You will not be disappointed. Forever grateful for Red Barn 20, for MaryBeth & Anne. By the end of the process they felt more like family than simply a vendor and that is more than any bride can hope for.
