According to The Knot 2025 Real Weddings Study, which surveyed roughly 17,000 people who got married in 2024, 75% of respondents said they had a bachelorette party. The photos looked like a scene from a bach party you'd see on your Instagram feed, which is why I loved it so much. So, what exactly happened at Selena Gomez's bachelorette party? Thanks to her Instagram photo dump, we got an inside look at the coastal affair. The singer traveled to Mexico with her besties for a few days of sun, sea and sand at the end of August. It was the perfect time for this prewedding party, as insider reports allege that she's preparing to tie the knot in Southern California this September.
In a recap video set to Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream," aka the smash hit single her fiancé helped produce back in 2010, Gomez could be seen arriving at her oceanfront villa as a Mariachi band welcomed her with a live performance while waving cutouts of Blanco's face. (Meanwhile, he was off enjoying his bachelor party in Las Vegas at the same time.) Her crew decked out their home away from home with traditional bach party decor like bubble letters, balloon arches and streamers. In other words, the snaps looked like something that could have come from your own bridal party group chat.
