Cabo San Lucas Bachelorette Party Ideas and Themes
If your bride is a water lover, find everything from swimming beaches to charter snorkeling boats to fill her paddling needs. Back on land, beach bars and luxury spas offer plenty for the bride looking to both party and R&R before her big day. Whatever you choose to do on a Cabo San Lucas bachelorette party, The Knot Shop has the matching swag—including swimsuits—to outfit your crew in desert wear (particularly handy if you choose to do a gal's photo shoot on the beach through a photographer on Flytographer.)
For the Adventurer
There are plenty of options for getting out on the water in Cabo. For starters, you can always rent kayaks and paddle boards from local retailers in the marina. Or consider setting sail on a whale watching or snorkeling charter. On land, consider some of Cabos other adventures, including ziplining and ATVing.
For R&R
There are no shortages of spas in Cabo, so if she's looking to relax and unwind with a pedicure, massage, or facial, treat your bride and her tribe to a gal's day at one of these fantastic retreats: the One & Only Palmilla, where you'll find authentic Mexican wellness rituals; the Waldorf Astoria Spa, the ultimate in luxury; the award-winning Cabo San Lucas Desert Spa, which includes gorgeous private jacuzzis, and 17 treatment rooms; or the Saltwater Spa at Casa Dorada Los Cabos, which includes modern luxuries and a beauty salon.
For the Party Animal
Cabo is known for its nightlife, including epic pool parties, beach bars, and a great bar hopping scene along Marina Boulevard. If you're worried about hitting all of the best spots, consider booking a Cabo Crawl Tour, where you'll be guided to all the best spots, with drink specials included.
Cabo San Lucas Bachelorette Party Itinerary and Activities
You'll have a ton of fun fitting everything there is to do in Cabo into one three-day weekend. We've planned the ultimate Cabo San Lucas bachelorette party for those who want to do a little of everything: sand, surf, eat, and drink!
Day 1
Morning: Start your Cabo bachelorette party with brunch at SUR Beach House, rated 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor. Just one of many open-air dining options with ocean views you'll enjoy this weekend, you can get things off on the right fruit with options from their juice and smoothie bar, including green juice made with cactus, celery, green apple, spinach, and ginger or a caffeine boost smoothie made with espresso, milk, and chocolate ice cream. And breakfast items include chia pudding, acai bowls, Swiss enchiladas, and an egg casserole made with guajillo chili and peanut sauce and served with melted panela cheese, avocado, and pita bread.
Afternoon: Set sail to explore some of the best views of Cabo, along with the chance to snorkel or spot whales. Charter a boat from Cabo Sails to get the weekend off on the right foot. You can choose between a catamaran or sailboat, which, on a snorkeling adventure, will take you to Pelican Rock in the National Marine Cabo Bay Park. Along with the abundantly beautiful fish and reefs you'll see underwater, onboard you'll soak in the sun and have stunning views of Land's End, Lover's Beach, and the sea lion colony. Snacks, an open bar, paddle boards, and equipment are included on your trip.
Evening: The Office is a Cabo must-do for any bachelorette party. Colorfully decorated with tables right on the sand, this is a dinner and party combined. You'll find Mexican favorites (guacamole, tortilla soup, burritos, and fajitas) as well as fresh seafood (Baja-style jumbo shrimp, sea bass with Veracruz sauce, and fish tacos) on the menu. You'll also find tasty cocktails and live music, so don't be surprised if you linger at this spot for a while. End the night back on Marina Boulevard, where you can hop bar-to-bar, including the Hard Rock Café, Cabo Wabo, the Giggling Marlin, the Happy Ending Cantina, and the dance party at Squid Roe nightclub.
Day 2
Morning: Start the day with brunch at The Sand Bar, a 26-year-old beachside spot where you'll enjoy breakfast in lounge chairs with views of Land's End and Medano Beach. Breakfast items range from rustic French toast to frittatas, chilaquiles, and Mexican scrambled eggs. You can also enjoy fresh made sangria, mimosas, and bloody Marias. But the ultimate treat comes on the Sand Bar's roofdeck, where you and the crew can indulge in a 60 or 90 minute massage, with epic views, after your meal.
Afternoon: At the stunning Flora Farms, you can book a private cooking class for the girls that includes a farm tour, craft cocktail, and lunch. During class, you'll use fresh ingredients from the farm to whip up seasonal menu items like tamales, regional salsa, and roasted vegetable tacos. The scenery alone will make the trip to the farm worth your while, but the al fresco cooking and dining experience takes things up a notch. Spend the rest of the day exploring beaches nearby, including Medano Beach, if you're looking to swim; Chileno Beach, for a quieter spot away from crowds; and Santa Maria Beach, with an abundance of coral reefs for those who want to try their hand at snorkeling.
Evening: Dinner tonight is one for the books. At Sunset Monalisa the views (make a reservation so you can watch the sunset while you dine) are just as delicious as the food. This beachside restaurant offers a three or seven course tasting menu, with options like spiny lobster, scallops, king salmon, and a deluxe chocolate dessert. Then head to Uno Mas? where drinks are on the menu. This marina-front bar has tasty margaritas, daiquiris, pina coladas, and other traditional cocktails. But don't miss the chance for a round of mini beer shots.
Day 3
Morning: Start the morning at a Cabo favorite—Mango Deck. Here you'll find free-flowing cocktails and drinks, live music and DJs, and of course, brunch. Along with a juice bar, breakfast includes oatmeal, French toast, mollettes, waffles, eggs, and lobster tacos, among other tasty treats. What's more: You'll be dining (and drinking) right on the beach.
Afternoon: At Omnia Dayclub, find their Endless Sunday pool party. Combining Vegas-style fun and the laid back vibe of Cabo, this is a party you won't want to miss. With private cabanas and daybeds for rent, VIP service available, a live DJ, pool games, and plenty of cocktails flowing, it's the ultimate way to end your Cabo bachelorette vacation.
Evening: Dinner tonight is just a few hops away from the pool party. Los Tres Gallos is a lively spot for Mexican food with a spacious terrace dimly lit with twinkling lights. Enjoy tacos, empanadas, and apps to share over drinks.". If you aren't worn out yet, it's a quick walk over to the Shorebar Los Cabos for a final night out. Under a thatched roof, and overlooking the Vidanta hotel's main pool, you can take in ocean views and craft cocktails. For a more lively end to your weekend, head a few blocks over to the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos where you'll find El Piano Lobby Bar. Drink and sing along to live music until 1 a.m. here.
