Booking is by calling only, and you may have to try a few times to get them but they are both kind old guys running the place. They have space in their house for the bride and bridesmaids to get dressed but nothing too formal.
Portable toilet... on-site as part of the fees.
There's available electricity near the house/main entrance only, depending on your need for a sound system you may have to run extension cords or get generator/battery based systems. The area is huge, so depending on where you want your ceremony to be you may have to plan around this. We did ours way in the back "canyon" area but didn't need a sound system and just used a battery powered speaker for music.
The owners assist with directing folks where to park. If you are going to be having elderly/disabled folks and will be doing your ceremony on the far ends of the property, consider renting some golf carts to ferry people around.
All that out of the way, it was a gorgeous location especially mid to late summer where in the U.P. flowers will be finally in bloom. Most photos you'll find online are going to be from Facebook. They don't have an online presence and rely on world of mouth for advertising.
If you are in the area, its a public garden run by donation and you are free to drop in most days to check it out.
