th last minute wedding planning jitters for not only my groom and i, but for our entire bridal party. Eiffel was affordable for a wedding of 100 people and was beautiful and elegant beyond my wildest imagination for what my budget could afford. Nicole recommended all of the best vendors, particularly the florist: Brenna from Ethereal Array, and my wedding truly left all my attendees wowed! FYI: get the second line band, it’s worth the splurge!

y and after speaking with Nicole Hershey, we knew it would be perfect. She suggested a "welcome party" where we could have two hours of rehearsal dinner and then open the venue up for another 2 hours for a party for anyone not at the rehearsal dinner. The space is beautiful and the venue is so versatile - we actually had a brass band perform at the welcome party and it was a ton of fun. The venue comes with uplighting and many options to help make everything perfect. Having Nicole was like having your own free event planner. We asked her hundreds of questions and no item was too small to help with. She even helped with signage for our wedding day! The food and drinks were delicious and the space looked amazing on the day of our welcome party. It couldn't have been any more perfect. The Eiffel Society is a one of a kind venue in a great location. Thank you for everything!

However, although the venue is great in itself, the real reason for the success of our wedding comes from the mastermind behind it all, Ms. Nicole Hershey, Eiffel Society's event director aka the ES Queenbee. We lived in Las Vegas at the time so planning was very tough already. Combine that with my long work hours as a resident Physician made things almost unbearable. However, Nicole helped coordinate meetings whenever we were in town to make it easier for us. We were able to communicate through email to smooth out the details of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she kept us right on schedule, leading us where we needed to be and what we needed to be doing. Honestly, we wouldn't have gotten through it without her. She was on top of everything. We had the best day of our lives and couldn't have picked a better venue than the Eiffel Society.

the ambiance enhances any event held there. I have been to many events at Eiffel Society and I recommend the venue to anyone looking for an event space.

ffel Society was just that, and I loved it from the moment I went to see it! It is such a great venue. I was thrilled with how beautiful it all came together - chairs, table cloths, décor etc. A little really does go a long way and it looked even better than I thought it would! Nicole (the coordinator) was very helpful and answered all of my many questions along the way, and helped with planning floor plan, menu, etc. She works hard to make sure you are happy. I would give the venue itself 5 stars. Unfortunately, a few things at the reception could have been better. The main issues being staff/service. They would get more like 1-2 stars. The food was very slow to be refilled. In fact, when the groom went to make himself a plate in the middle of the reception, everything was empty except one item so that's all he got. The grooms father said the same thing - went to get another plate of food, and most was empty. Another complaint would be the bartenders. I was shocked to hear afterwards from SEVERAL guests that the bartenders were rude and inattentive. My father told me he had to demand to be served while waiting at the bar. Also. they refused to serve my uncle a drink at the end of the reception ( Not only is my uncle a regular customer at the Eiffel Society, but he also owns a very successful reception venue himself and was appalled by this - rightly so). I heard several other similar stories about the bartenders from many other friends and family. My last and possibly biggest complaint would be the DJ. I used one of Eiffel's DJ's because i figured that would be easier for everyone. I personally had to ask the DJ 4 times to turn the music down as he began blaring the music about an hour into the reception. The groom also asked once, and so did my brother. Thats 6 times! He would turn the music down slightly for the rest of the current song, then turn it right back up. It got to the point that when the DJ saw me walking over, he would try to hurry up and turn the music down, knowing that's what I was going to say. The bride and groom absolutely should not have to spend the time constantly staying on top of the DJ. Also, he began playing club music BEFORE I even got there. Literally, I'm walking up, and from the street I could hear the music and feel the building vibrating. So I asked for the music to be changed to traditional wedding music, but that never happened. So, if you are going to have your reception at Eiffel Society, I would suggest finding your own DJ. And just know, Eiffel Society is a nightclub, and when you have your wedding reception there, you get the same nightclub staff to work your event. And I would think most people expect a bit better service at a wedding reception than a nightclub. Overall, I really did love having my wedding reception at Eiffel, and it was a blast. The venue truly is one of a kind. I hate to say bad things about it, but I feel like others should know fully what to expect.

Even in the planning phases, Nicole was able to see exactly what we wanted from our ceremony and reception while also giving her input on other ideas that have worked in past receptions. The food options are amazing, too! Two words... Duck. Beignets. Trust me. Also, the space itself is perfect. It supplies ample seating without feeling crowded, and has plenty of spaces for all of your vendors to have their own space. Simply put, our wedding day was the best day of my life to this day, and a lot of that credit goes to Nicole and the other wonderful people at Eiffel Society.

s to lighting and music, the Eiffel Society has it all at your disposal. They were accommodating and allowed us several site visits, even one during another wedding so we could see the space in action. If you're looking for something unique and memorable, you have found the right venue.

coordinator. We were engaged for 2 years, and booked the Eiffel about a year and a half in advance of the reception. I mention that, because Nicole had to put up with us bothering her with questions for over a year! Yet she never got frustrated with us, and she always took the time to respond to our questions with well thought out and straight-forward answers. Our wedding was never intended to look like a wedding out of a magazine (we just wanted everyone to have as much fun as they possibly could), and Nicole was on board with that from the beginning. Each time we talked with her, we came away feeling ten times calmer than we were going into it. She truly is incredible at her job! The Eiffel itself was also an incredible reception venue! While we brought in decorations for the tables, and a few other pieces of décor, the space does not really require extra décor. It is a beautiful space with just enough art to make it interesting, but not so much that you can’t make it your own! The staff was also awesome! Every server and bartender was super nice, efficient, and simply pleasant to be around. They made sure to take extra special care of our parents, and my wife’s grandma, which is a mark of a place that truly has their act together! I think the best part of having our wedding at the Eiffel was that it truly was OUR wedding. Never once did Nicole try to push us in any direction or try to limit something to looking a certain way. We asked her questions based on what we wanted, and she gave us straightforward yes or no answers. In a process that often seems overly complicated and full of opinions, feelings, and egos, working with Nicole and the rest of the people at Eiffel was truly a pleasure. It also helps that they were far and away the most reasonably priced, cool venue in the city! Anyone who is venue shopping will do themselves a disservice if they don’t take the time to check out the Eiffel. My wife and I looked at almost every major venue in the city, and some small lesser known ones, and we simply could not be happier with our wedding experience at the Eiffel!

beautiful at night. The food was delectable. They worked with us to create a great bar menu, an important aspect of any wedding. Plus, the price was right. In fact, it was at the lower end compared to other, far less interesting and engaging venues. We had an incredible evening. Truly the best night of my life (and as a staunch feminist, I don't say that lightly). This is the best place to have your reception in NOLA!

d everything she was doing to tell us all about Eiffel Society. It's rich history, unique design, and professional staff sold us on the location that day! Since I was an out of town bride, I was a bit needy. Nicole was there the entire time to offer advice, from ceremony location and bakery suggestions to how to plan for out of town guest and floorplans. Day of, we led our guests in a second line parade down St. Charles Avenue to Eiffel Society. Everyone was in awe from the moment they arrived. The venue needed very little decor to make it stand out. The bartenders were friendly and hard working the entire evening. The food was full of New Orleans flavor and there were plenty of options to please everyone; we still have guests talking about the mini crab cakes we had passed around for horderves. It was truly the picture perfect wedding celebration.

They also helped secure our DJ, second line band, lighting, and our florist (Brenna from Ethereal Array), etc. Our guests are still talking about the unique beauty of the space, the delicious food, and the incredible staff. And icing on the cake… Nicole Hershey! We cannot say enough good things about Nicole. We planned our wedding from DC, and only made one trip to NOLA to finalize details. Nicole took care of EVERYTHING. She was so responsive with emails (no matter the frequency or length!), sent us photos, floor plans, menus, and helped advise us at every step along the way. She was genuinely phenomenal. She worked diligently to keep us within budget and made sure we had everything we wanted in addition to what we needed. Nicole also worked with our outside vendors to coordinate logistics, taking a lot of work off of our plates. Our wedding night was exactly what we envisioned thanks to Nicole and the Eiffel staff. We couldn’t recommend Eiffel Society more highly!

They kept us well within our budget and made sure we got the most bang (or booze) for our buck, and worked with the venue and other wedding vendors to coordinate, streamline, plan, and deliver! Nicole and her team worked their tails off to make sure I never saw any of the back-of-house logistics, and I never needed to - the team handled everything perfectly! Can't recommend enough - if Eiffel can pull of a two day New Years Eve/Day drinking-holiday wedding with hundreds of guests and totally handles everything so the bride is stress-free...I'm pretty sure they can handle ANYTHING!!

They have a long red carpet leading from downstairs to upstairs and it makes you feel like a celebrity walking up there! The best thing was that they provided a food truck right downstairs for all the hungry (and drunk lol) people to grab a quick bite! And it was sooo delicious and satisfying! From our first meeting, Nicole was a consummate professional and our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her. Trying to plan a destination wedding (we live in NYC) could've been incredibly daunting, but Nicole made everything easy for us and the reception was by far the smoothest part of our wedding weekend. All of the staff from the chef, bar and a/v managers to the servers and bartenders were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even helped me pull off an after party complete with a surprise musical guest that left my wife speechless. All of our guests raved about the reception from the delicious food (Asian chicken & waffles are a must!) to the beauty of the venue itself. I can honestly not say enough good things about Nicole and company. Thank you for the best night of our lives!

The food was delicious and the bar was the perfect size. We were on the more casual side and didn't want lots of flowers, etc - and the venue is the PERFECT place for someone who feels the same - the space speaks for itself. We had our post-ceremony weddings outside on St Charles and it was absolutely stunning to be in a feminine dress against the structured architecture of Eiffel. The only two things I would change, if I had the chance: (1) Decorate the stage for the ceremony and reception. We had some decoration, but we could have added more (flowers or draped linens on the overhang would have come into play here). (2) Make sure you and the officiant are mic'd!!!! We didn't have any and even for the first row of guests, they shared they could hardly hear us, so I can't imagine what the back of the room heard. Oh well! To be honest, I like that our vows are a semi-secret just between the groom and I :) :)

I was nervous that something would fall through the crack without visiting vendors and setting things up in person, but working with the Eiffel Society was wonderful. They made sure I was comfortable with all of my decisions, gave me plenty of photos, sample menus and examples of past setups, as well as answered every one of my questions so quickly that I knew I was in good hands. The night of the wedding went perfectly, all of our guests were so amazed by the design of the building. The wait staff was so kind and attentive. The set up of the building was perfect for a wedding of our size. All of our guests were truly delighted by this unique experience and I would highly recommend The Eiffel Society to anyone looking for a fun, unique, unforgettable event.

d this was THE perfect place for our wedding and reception. The venue is amazing....eclectic and elegant. It suits my style perfectly. The uniqueness of the venue really helped with costs of décor as well. You hardly need anything besides a few flowers and photo frames to make the place perfect. The event coordinator, Nicole is very organized and very professional. She helped me finalize decisions on things that I was on the fence about. Since I was planning the wedding by myself, she suggested vendors who would fit into my budget. If i had any questions or concerns, she would address it all within a few hours. I cannot stress how was invaluable she was throughout the entire wedding process, from planning to execution. She is also the day-of coordinator and kept everyone on track. She made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be at the right time. After the champagne toast, she even went the extra step to trade my engraved champagne glass with a plain one so that mine could be safely tucked away to bring home. She made sure that all our items went home with our designated persons. Since Eiffel is an all-inclusive type venue, things were a lot easier than they would have been if we had to use a lot of separate vendors. The food was great. We had a tasting and the cater took notes and adjusted the foods to our preference. The appetizers were all so delicious that we chose about 8 different types to serve at the reception. My guests LOVED all the food and even 2 weeks later, I'm still hearing about how good the food was! I will say that the roast beef was quite dry, so be sure to include this in your tasting. Honestly, that may be the one and only critique I have. Bottom line, Eiffel Society was amazing. My ceremony and reception went smoothly thanks to Nicole. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Thank you Eiffel (and Nicole) for making my wedding day a memorable one. We had the time of our lives!

For a bride that was out of the country prior to the event at Eiffel, I felt completely comfortable knowing that Nicole was taking care of the reception preparations while I was getting married in Mexico. Nicole made working with Eiffel Society easy. She handled coordination between vendors, set up of the property, menu suggestions and lighting options. My reception at Eiffel Society was amazing. Every staff member was professional, friendly and welcoming to all my guests. The event was organized and well executed. I was able to spend the night socializing with guests and did not have to worry about a thing. Furthermore, Eiffel Society is stunning. At night, there is no better venue than one that sits on Saint Charles Avenue. It is close to the quarter for those looking to continue the party, but far enough to escape the noises of Bourbon Street. The lighting, candles, bar, set up and food is unbeatable. It is also reasonably priced and can accommodate any sized party. I truly recommend Eiffel Society to any bride looking for a great venue in New Orleans.

Everyone was highly professional, friendly, enthusiastic, flexible and fun to work with. The venue itself and the food and drinks were great as was the service. Both surprise worked beautifully.

ith the lights of the city seen through the glass and steel beautiful unique structure. The food was delicious and the seating ample for our group of 175. We held the ceremony and reception there and their staff quickly and efficiently moved the chairs for the ceremony to the tables and all went smoothly. The ceremony was on the main stage and "Cafe Au Lait," the band, played from the raised platform. Everyone danced and had a ball and couldn't stop talking about what a fabulous setting it was for a wedding that doesn't fit the typical mold. I cannot recommend them more highly!!

to have a day wedding because we wanted the venue and it was available on the date we wanted, but only in the afternoon. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

for our set up. Nicole, venue coordinator, was amazing and helped coordinate the timing and setup very well months in advance. She worked very well with our wedding planner as well. The venue immediately impressed all of our guests with the one-of-a-kind artwork and structure. We hired a live band that did the ceremony/reception/2nd line music that ended up being PERFECT! The only thing I would change would be having the buffet in 2 locations, or somehow having two lines going so it wouldn't get so congested. I would have also reserved more time as the 4 hours went by in a snap! 5-6 hours would have been perfect for all the wedding traditions without feeling hurried. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting a fun, amazing, and super impressive wedding with loads of AHHH-factor, all at a reasonable cost. Thank you Eiffel!

ot only is it in a convenient location for all of our out-of-town guests with great surrounding hotels and inns within walking distance, but also close to our church ceremony down the street. We were able to utilize every square footage and customize it to our wedding. We put a tent on the downstairs outside lot as our cocktail hour and we used the indoor area as a mixture of New Orleans style and Vietnamese style reception. Nicole, Eiffel's on-site coordinator, was able incorporate all our traditions such as the chao ban or "greeting tables" and accommodate our roller coaster of an itinerary! She was so helpful in meeting with us to go over layout and floor plan options as well as day of execution. We were also able to add personal touches to the space to make it our own by adding white draping throughout, hanging our canvas portraits, and the bar manager creating specialty cocktails named after us! The food was amazing and we were able to incorporate our cultural dishes with the suggested menu options. The entire staff from Nicole to the servers and bar staff were super professional, cheerful and very attentive! All of my guests are still raving about how much fun they had, how amazing the food was, and how delicious of specialty cocktails were! My bridal party was so impressed with our servers attending to us the second we arrived to greet us with food and drink to refuel us for the entire evening! My husband and I are just so thrilled to have created such a special memory here and we can't wait to relive the day when we get our photos and video! iffel is artistic and unconventional, contemporary and cosmopolitan. The space is filled with eccentric furniture and fixtures. It’s reminiscent of a colorful museum and emits a lively, vibrant energy. Based on those things alone we knew we wanted to exchange vows here. Eiffel Society: The Director of Private Event Sales, Nicole Hershey I was a bit concerned with the cost of having a wedding and reception at Eiffel. Nicole Hershey quickly calmed my anxiety about price. She created a package that catered to our budget, but didn’t leave us feeling like we were sacrificing anything. I planned our wedding myself and Nicole’s assistance with everything was crucial and relieved so many of my anxieties. She is detail-oriented, professional, and personable. Nicole is extremely easy to work with, so willing to listen to you, and she offers suggestions that are beyond useful. During the reception, Nicole made sure to put some food aside for me and my husband. I was so glad she did because eating was the last thing on my mind. I didn’t realize how famished I was until I finally got a minute (literally) to eat a bite. Nicole was invaluable to me and I am still grateful for her. Eiffel Society: The Fare During the tasting, Chef Patrick was so accommodating and gracious. He willingly listened to our concerns and kindly obliged us. On the day of the wedding, everything that left the kitchen was divine. EVERYTHING. The crab cakes: perfection. The mac and cheese with bacon: delectable. The shrimp and grits: the stuff savory dreams are made of. Our wedding guests still talk about how delightful the food was to this day. Simply superb. Eiffel Society: The Staff Instead of having a seated dinner, we decided on hors d’oeuvres passed during the first half of the reception. The staff really catered to our guests, who made sure to ask what was coming from the kitchen next. Some guests even asked some of the staff to come to them first. The servers lightheartedly obliged. They enjoyed us enjoying ourselves, and that added to the effervescent energy I mentioned earlier. They facilitated the party that was our reception. It went on without a hitch, and the service staff deserves most of the praise. Although my husband and I were married in 2012, we still look at our wedding photos every now and then and are reminded of our wonderful experience with Eiffel Society. They made our wedding an unforgettable, fun affair and catered to the party atmosphere of our reception which is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Eiffel Society without hesitation. Five stars across the board.

ey had! I despise a ballroom, cookie cutter reception. We wanted a place that was a reflection of our relationship: elegant and eclectic, unique and unforgettable. Eiffel was everything and more! The majestic ramp up to the main floor, the setting sun shining though the glass surround, beautiful concrete floors, rustic wood bar, and art installations made this venue the perfect place for us! Nicole was more than accommodating with helping us have the reception of our dreams, within our budget! Even with Effiel's extensive menu selection, the in house chef was able to change and incorporate some of the unique dishes we wanted for the reception. The AV team had the band rocking without a glitch. The venue space is open and airy, with little niches on the side that allowed for those not on the dance for to rest their feet. And my photographer loved the venue for the visually stunning pictures it provided! It was all perfect, as day turned to night and the candles lit up the room!I have no regrets other than not booking it for a longer time so the party didn't have to end! I would not hesitate to choose Eiffel again!

Any questions, concerns, and things I didn't even know I should have questions or concerns about, were addressed and response was swift. The food was delicious, music fun and appropriate, price point very reasonable. My only complaint is that the time flew by entirely too fast. Great experience.

She made everything so easy for me. She gave me options that fell under my budget and I just had to say "yes" or "no". I was dreading the combing through of what we could have or what we could afford. She gave me options that fell in my budget and worked with what I wanted. The gorgeous room you have to see for yourself but that sells itself. Their help and excitement for my wedding made me want to get married there. I was allowed to bring in my decorations and just needed to show where I wanted them and they set them up the night before. I was even allowed a walk through the evening before so my rehearsal dinner actually followed the rehearsal :) My husband and I did private vows before the ceremony so they coordinated a spot for us downstairs and took me in and the coordinator even sat with me for a few moments while the groom and groomsmen arrived. (My photographer even snapped a photo with her and I as I was waiting!) After the ceremony we converted the large sitting area to the dance floor. There are couches on the outer walls of the room and these were perfect for our elderly family to watch the "young ones" and stay comfortable. Knowing my husband and I would be pulled in several directions, they packed us up nice little boxes for us to eat with a little bit of everything from our buffet. Our guests left, we sat together and ate and it was a wonderful ending! Last but not least, it's on St. Charles people! You are right there for a fun ride on the streetcar or even braving a night out after your wedding :) I did! It was just wonderful. Wish I could do it all over again! I was equally pleased with the gorgeous venue as I was with the staff. I would do it over and over again!!

The food deserves special attention–if I could give it six stars, I would! Our guests enjoyed the buffet to the point that many went back for second and even third helpings. I can't say enough about this venue and Nicole Hershey, the Sales/Events Manager, who was a great help throughout the wedding planning process!

hey had had only about 1 - 2 weddings to date at that time, we went ahead and pursued the location, immediately recognizing that there wasn't anything else like it out there and that the people we were communicating with were immediately professional, respectful and excited about this prospect. We ended up working very closely with Jeff Gapultos (who is awesome!!) and the head chef at Eiffel, and everything lived up to our expectations - and surpassed them. The food was incredible - and they did a completely custom menu that we imagined up with them. The venue is used to producing big events all the time so all of the logistics and details are seamless with them. They want you to have a unique experience - reflective of their setting - so they're down to be open and adventurous with you. I can't say enough about the venue. If you don't want a typical hotel or ballroom and want to add a little modern and artsy flare to the New Orleans traditions, Eiffel is where it's at. There were changes(from our end) up until the time of the event and Nicole and her staff handled all of the changes with grace and a smile. Really, it could not have gone better. The space accommodated our small group and then easily handled the additional guests.

Nicole Hershey, director of event sales, was easy and friendly and made our whole experience a pleasure. Had no problems with the scheduling of everything to the day of the wedding as Nicole made it so easy. Eiffel had plenty of options of food, drinks, and arrangements. Come the day of the wedding the Eiffel staff was professional and courteous, to my every need. The food was delicious and unique, especially the chicken and waffles. The atmosphere is romantic, elegant with a sense of casualness The list goes on and on. You will not be disappointed if you have your wedding or special event here.

uggested I attend a bridal showcase at Eiffel Society, which I'd only known to be a night club. I was blown away! I had never seen the venue in that way and didn't consider it as a possibility until that night. I did secure a hotel prior to my visit but after talking to Nicole Hershey, one of the venue's coordinators about my options, I immediately canceled my contract and signed one with Eiffel. I was able to personalize my package and stay within budget. The food was great, although I admit I didn't eat a bite on my day, I did enjoy the tasting! On the day of, seeing the décor and lighting together I was more than satisfied with the visual aspect. The overhead lighting varied in color and once the sun went down, it made for a very sexy event. I did opt to have a cash bar which worked in that setting but I was a little disappointed in the bar service, which I did communicate to Nicole and it was one particular bartender in particular that slowed things down but my guest still enjoyed themselves. I recommend Eiffel for couples that want to try something different, sexy, cost effective (there is room to be extravagant), something fun and a venue that is great for photos. I do recommend that you place your DJ close to the sound board. I'm an Eiffel advocate for sure! Dana Greenup-Deal

She was very professional and patient with us as we planned this very special event in our lives. I highly recommend her services for anyone seeking to use this venue. Great customer service goes a LONG way. The staff at Eiffel was very helpful and friendly before, during and after the event. I was actually shocked to see that level of customer service yet again. Receptions can be very stressful and they made all of our transitions from set up to technical support throughout the evening very smooth and effortless. I also have to mention their flexibility with catering as a major plus in selecting a reception venue. I would have loved to use their catering services had I not been obligated to a previous catering contract. The On-site Chef was very professional and had a great personality. His presentation of food service was extremely elegant and chic. We really missed out on that one... maybe next time. If you're looking for an artistic, chic and stylish venue with great layout possibilities, quality technology capabilities and outstanding customer service, then Eiffel Society is the wedding venue for you. It certainly was the BEST venue for me.
