ry beginning, Carly and Ben were there every step of the way. They were so helpful, responsive, and truly made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Ben was especially amazing the morning of the wedding ready to help with anything we needed. And during the reception, Taylor was fantastic. She was right there whenever we needed something and made sure everything flowed beautifully.
The entire staff went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for their support. If you're looking for a venue that’s not only beautiful but also backed by a great team, The Arbor Loft would be the venue to look at!
This venue was exactly what we were looking for! The old industrial style made for a great space and the flow of the event space was perfect. There were plenty of areas for people ...
to dance, eat, drink and talk with some quiet areas for those who needed a calmer space. The bridal suite is huge and a great space for getting ready. The grooms suite is also a great touch and that not many other venues have available. The valet parking was also super convenient! The location downtown was great for guests as there were many places within a mile to stay and plenty of things for people to do around the are.
The team at Arbor Loft was fantastic to work with! They were so helpful and accommodating from day one. They really helped us make our dream day a reality! We worked mainly with Carly leading up to the day and then worked with Autumn as our event coordinator. Both were absolutely lovely and the event staff were very friendly and easy to work with. We HIGHLY recommend booking at the Arbor Loft ❤️

in Arbor Loft we loved the team members; they go above and beyond for their weddings and it made all the difference in the world. When we toured Arbor Loft as a prospective wedding venue I expressed the things that I didn't like about the venue to the team members and when we received a proposal from them they included all these different things we could do or rent to make the vision that we wanted come true. They absolutely set the ball in motion for our perfect wedding, they helped guide us in picking perfect vendors that were going to make our vision come true and help us select decor and pallets that would pull the whole day together. Working with the Arbor Loft crew was like working with your best friend, the vibes were always fun, light hearted and overall a worry free time. Whenever I felt worried about something I would reach out to someone at the loft and my worries would immediately be relieved. I also highly recommend getting a day of coordinator at Arbor Loft, Erika was ours and we were absolutely obsessed with her, she made the day and the days leading up to the wedding so enjoyable; without her we literally wouldn't have even had a wedding, she helped guide me through so many decisions and took so much stress of the day off. We had 8 different vendors involved in our wedding, which was a lot to juggle and Erika did this beautifully. When it came to the day of the wedding I had zero stress because I had complete faith in all of our vendors and trusted Erika completely. Because of her the day went off without a hitch, she coordinated the hell out of that wedding and because of her we can honestly say we had the most perfect wedding we ever could have imagined. We highly recommend the Arbor team for your wedding, seriously, if you want a stress free wedding experience work with this amazing group of people. We could go on and on about how amazing they are and there really are no words that can describe what a joy and pleasure it was to work with this group. We are actually so sad that it is over because we are sad that we don't get to mingle with these people!

The venue itself is stunning- during dinner it has such an intimate/romantic vibe. Everyone we worked with throughout the planning and actual wedding day was organized and easy going, which was important to me. of the venue was exactly what we were looking for. It is close to hotels, restaurants, bars, and was very convenient for our guests to get to and from. All of the staff at the Arbor Loft, especially Carly, Jazz, Dan, and Erika, were absolutely amazing. Our day could not have run smoothly without all of them. We received so many compliments on the venue, the bar, and how amazing everything was. The bartender, Dan, even was able to get my dad his favorite beer, which he would not stop talking about. Carly was our day of coordinator and our right hand girl and we could not have survived without her. She was organized, direct, calm, and everything that we needed during our planning process and on the day of. We cannot say nice enough things about her and the rest of the team. We loved working with them and highly recommend Arbor Venues to anyone looking to plan a wedding in Rochester!

answered any questions I had timely. We did the day of coordinator package with flowers/ decor right through the venue and everything was perfect! Our coordinator was Erika and she was a dream to work with. She made everything stress free for me and handled all the setup/ take down that day. I would 100% recommend this venue!
Where to start. Our wedding was a dream come true and that was in large part due to the phenomenal space and staff that is Arbor Venues.

morial Day weekend and working with Laura as our day of coordinator was the best decision we made (even ahead of marrying one another). Now, please do not think that “day of coordinator” meant she only helped one day, Laura was there by our side every step of the way. From having our original venue cancel on us and emailing in a panic, to completely changing the plan and wanting a private ceremony, down to making sure each sign placement, seating arrangement and napkin was placed EXACTLY how I envisioned. Laura, the serving staff, and the bartenders (who are truly MVPs) helped us relax and enjoy our day and for that we cannot thank them enough!

ners available at the venue, as our Day of Coordinator and she was an absolute dream! We were an out of town client, but my mom and dad are local. Laura graciously took them on several tours (with us on FaceTime!) and communicated with us incredibly helpfully over the phone/via email. Laura responded to texts and emails within 15 minutes (I swear) and was full of such great advice about vendors, logistics, and pretty much ANYTHING a bride might wonder about. I had a huge last minute vendor crisis, and she had it solved in about an hour. She was so kind and patient with us, and truly seemed to share in the joy of our planning experience, rather than just going through the motions. We had a LOT of moving pieces and vendors from all over the place, and Laura was terrific at coordinating with all of them. She was professional, prompt, and great at capturing details we'd need to remember later. She also was incredibly flexible with some very wonky requests we had, and truly came from a place of, "Let me make this their very best day." We are so appreciative!!
On the day of, Laura was the ultimate manager of all the details - everything went off without a hitch, and she had a huge smile on her face while tackling it all. She's the sort of person who makes you feel like everything is under control, which is exactly what you want amidst a major event.
The venue itself is gorgeous - bright, airy, comfortable temperature, clean, and super well-maintained. The bar functioned wonderfully, we were allowed to decorate to our heart's content, and parking was not an issue with the valet. All in all, we feel so lucky to have found the Arbor Loft and would gladly work with their team again!
