Pnina Tornai's New Wedding Dress Collection Proves She's Still the "Fairy Godmother of Brides"

If you grew up watching TLC's Say Yes to the Dress, you likely have fond memories of seeing Pnina Tornai appear (seemingly out of thin air in the Kleinfeld Bridal showroom) to help brides find their perfect gown. To this day, the Israeli designer remains one of the most recognizable—and sought-after—names in the industry. Pnina Tornai wedding dresses are the epitome of romance, whimsy and glamour. Her collections are defined by voluminous ball gowns, ornate lace and bold accents like exposed corsetry and statement beading. In other words, there's a little something for everyone in all of Pnina Tornai's wedding dress collections: a philosophy that's driven her 20-year design partnership with Kleinfeld.

It was for this reason that Tornai set out to create a dress for every bride-to-be in her Spring 2027 LOVE by Pnina Tornai drop. And, as it turns out, there's no task too challenging for the "fairy godmother of brides." Pnina Tornai Spring 2027 Wedding Dresses

Pnina Tornai revealed her new wedding dress styles at an intimate New York Bridal Fashion Week cocktail party hosted after-hours at Kleinfeld Bridal. The gowns were designed with modern brides in mind; but as Pnina herself said in a post-show interview with The Knot, she doesn't follow bridal fashion trends. Instead, she pulls inspiration straight from her own mind. Pnina Tornai's Spring-Summer 2027 wedding dresses have it all, from dramatic basque waistlines for trendy to-be-weds to a fitted slip dress with a detachable cowl back detail for the bride who binge-watched Love Story and fell for Carolyn Bessette's effortless bridal style. (Yes, Tornai watched it too.) There's even a ball gown with oversized floral appliqués covering the skirt and veil that elicited a collective gasp from the entire room.

After the presentation, The Knot Editors caught up with Tornai, who revealed that she has a new reality TV series premiering on YouTube in May 2026. Two years in the making, Behind the Seams with Neens offers an intimate look at Tornai's life—not only while she's designing dresses and connecting with brides at Kleinfeld, but also when she's off-the-clock and enjoying time with her family at home in Israel.
