Irish Coffee Pub truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day as special as it could jave been. We had a DIY backyard wedding for ~160 people. They provided all their own equipment to cook an array of incredible meals. They also accommodated our own special requests to make the menu and experience our own while providing their expertise and guidance to make sure the menu was well rounded enough to be enjoyed by all of our guests.Our friends are still talking about how good the steak and short rib was a month later. Stephen also helped us in managing rentals, coordinated fantastically with the other vendors and he and his team went out of their way to make sure that the rain we had to deal with was only a minor disruption to an otherwise great day. We can't thank Stephen, Megan and the whole Irish Coffee Pub team enough. Anyone in the Long Island area looking for a catering team that will truly do it all would be lucky to work with them.

Hiring Irish Coffee Pub was the best decision we made for our wedding. We were supposed to be married in 2020 and Stephen and team were so understanding about our postponement to August 2021, honored the existing price, and proceeded to go above and beyond with their offerings to make the food experience amazing. Their value proposition is top-notch. We did three tastings with different caterers for our RGNY north fork wedding and found Stephen's food at Irish Coffee Pub to be the best which was only unexpected because their pricing & quantity that they offered was also head & shoulders above the competition. Additionally, the level of professionalism and service that they showed us during the tasting made us feel like we were not going to be just another wedding to them and that they took tremendous pride in what they did. We knew we'd be in good hands. It's truly hard to do justice with the amount of quality touches & upgrades we received from this team but I will do my best. Five, yes, five entree choices for our guests, including a vegetarian option. More passed hors d'oeuvres than we were contracted for, endless hot stations during cocktail hour, what felt like almost complete customization, premium liquors, it was really unbelievable the way they went above & beyond. Oh yes, and of course dealing with the fact that our guest list kept getting smaller & smaller inside 2 weeks of our date and accepting the lower guest count & therefore cost without complaint. The carrot cake their partner bakery set us up with was the best carrot cake we've ever had. The one time we slightly butted heads during the process was when we felt like it would be easier to ask guests to provide their entree order on their wedding RSVP and Stephen refused because he felt it would look like it was a cheap caterer and the food was prepared ahead of time. He insisted on collecting orders live after cocktail hour so it was clear to guests that their orders were being cooked for them on the spot. We agreed but were a bit concerned that this would lead to the orders coming out late but these concerns were completely unfounded as the food came out quite quickly and didn't hold up the 2nd band set at all. Just another example of the pride they put in their work. There was so much food to go around, the portions were large, the quality high, the logistics handled easily. You just would genuinely be making a huge mistake to think twice and go with another caterer. Other reviews will say this but we have to as well that years later, we are still reminded by friends how good the food at our wedding was. So many comments of it being the best food anyone has had at a wedding and we couldn't agree more. My wife and I and our friend group lived in lower Manhattan and as a point of NYC price, always wanted to have food be the highlight of our wedding since dining out was such a big part of our life in the city. We went to dozens of weddings as guests and were so glad to be able to feel like the food at our wedding really stood out. And to think we were able to get that at a reasonable price point without a pretentious attitude was all the more unbelievable. Thanks to the whole team at ICP who made our wedding so special!

If I could give Stephen and the Irish Coffee Pub 1,000 stars I would. I recently got married in September at a vineyard on the North Fork and used ICP as the caterer. Throughout the whole process, Stephen and his team were thoughtful, accommodating, warm, and overall just phenomenal. They were beyond easy to work with and super communicative. To top everything off, the food was fantastic. Even weeks after my wedding people have gone out of their way to say how fantastic the food was. I can’t begin to express my gratitude towards Stephen and the whole ICP team. I will definitely be an regular at their restaurant for life.

The Irish Coffee Pub catered our wedding at Bedell Cellars last weekend. Right from the start, beginning with the initial tasting, Stephen and his staff were so just amazing. So responsive, helpful and patient! We have not stopped receiving compliments from our guests about how amazingly delicious every bite of food was- from cocktail hour down to dessert. Our guests were never left hungry (or thirsty!) and our wedding simply would not have been an perfect as it was without Stephen and ICP! Thank you endlessly!
