A range of serving styles is also possible, giving couples the option of carving stations, sushi bars, hot dog bars, and set menus. Delivery, setup, and pickup are all included.

cktail hour is to die for with so many options ranging from pizza, Chinese, carving stations, raw bar, antipasto, and sushi! It was a huge hit for our guests! Another plus is that the cocktail room is big enough for every one to be able to sit and eat. No standing up trying to manage holding a drink and plate all while trying to eat?! It was big selling point for us.
Joe Savino was great to work with as always. My bridal attendant Tanya was very attentive and exceptional as well. At the Marina, they treat you like family and truly take care of you before and during your special day. We had so many compliments from friends and family about the venue and staff. Some friends are even looking into it for their own weddings now! We could not be more fortunate to have had our wedding at the Marina del Rey.
We had our ceremony and reception at the Marina last month, with a total of 100 guests. Overall we had a fantastic time and it will always be a day to remember.

CONS: Our ceremony felt unorganized, which could have been avoided had we been allowed to have a rehearsal as requested. We were also advised the outdoor areas were all ADA accessible, but unfortunately, a family member in a wheelchair who was part of the ceremony had to go out of the way down a dirt road, as there were no ramps by the gazebo area. Staff was very heavily involved all day and night, which was endearing but also felt a bit overwhelming.
We are content with our experience with the Marina and would recommend.

My guests cannot stop talking about the food, the views of the bridges (even in fog) and what a wonderful job the Marina did! which was also backed by how quickly it all disappeared! But what really set Marina apart from the rest was the excellent service by the maître d’s Joe Savino and Joe Orzo. These two gentlemen made sure that the entire event went as smoothly as possible from beginning to end. They guided us and helped us through every step of the wedding process. They were so kind and knowledgeable and I’m not sure how I can further sing their praises lol. But if you are looking for an excellent wedding experience within the five boroughs, then I highly recommend Marina del Rey!

They accommodated us in a beautiful tent outside in the end, which was what I had always wanted, and everyone had a wonderful time. They had a few surprises to juggle as well because our family gifted us a mariachi band and also my husband's family sent us a video from Spain since they couldn't travel. But Joe and his team never skipped a beat and so many of our guests afterward went on and on about how intimate and beautiful everything was. Our original date of 12/4/2020 was planned over 18 months ago & when it was looking like NYC was headed for new wave of shut downs, Marina Del Rey assisted us with putting together a “thanksgiving eve” wedding in just a matter of days just to make sure we could have our dream day. The food is incredible, grounds are breathtaking, service is awesome & every member of the staff is sweet and accommodating. Also would love to give a special shout out to my bridal attendant Tonya who was patient & kind (even when having to repeatedly pin up my gown when my bustle refused to cooperate).
If they could throw such a great wedding during a pandemic - I can only imagine how wonderful when they are allowed at full capacity.
