The Moment on Main features an open floor plan to host up to 180 guests for a seated meal service or 230 for standing cocktail reception. As you walk inside, you'll be greeted by contemporary chandeliers, hardwood floors, and a wall-mounted fireplace to add a warm, welcoming aesthetic. With its neutral color scheme, you will be free to plan any event theme you prefer, from rustic chic to simple elegance to Hollywood-style glamor. A spacious wedding suite is also available for you to prepare for the altar alongside your wedding party. An event manager will assist you throughout your planning process and be present throughout your event. Sip on champagne and relax while they handle all the little details. Chairs and tables will be provided and set up into any layout you prefer. bsolutely perfect. I am so thrilled that we went with The Moment on Main! Alexis really worked with me on a lot, too. My wedding was pretty much one giant DIY and she did all that she could to bring my dream to life. She is so lovely (literally and figuratively) and cool and helpful. I can't say enough good things. In the words of Tina Turner, she's simply the best! If you have a wedding, or any type of event really, this is the place to go! Check them out on social media, too. The Moment on Main is a beautiful venue with fabulous staff. My daughter’s wedding was in June 2022, and the reception was perfect. Alexis was great to work with in the planning, and she made sure every details was handled during the reception....
When the DJ had trouble, she stepped up immediately to ensure guests were not impacted. She also noticed what I was drinking and got me another one. She truly saw to every detail. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great place with helpful people.

The host, Alexis, was incredibly helpful throughout both before and during the event; not only providing vendor suggestions but also stylistic ideas as well and set up assistance. She was an excellent listener and made sure to do everything she could to make our event exactly what we hoped for.

much of a vision when it came to my wedding, but Alexis was incredibly patient and seemed to have a better idea of what I wanted than me! The space is so cute, even a small amount of decorations made the night look great, perfect if you're low maintenance like me! We ended up taking a lot of pictures in the bridal suite and just outside the back side of the venue, where there is a great brick wall building backdrop. It was really special that my husband and I got to get married in Wheaton, the place where we first moved in together and currently bought our first house, and this place brings in all the charm of it with such a cool downtown location.

Alexis has been employed at some of the western suburb top rated venues and has planned and managed hundreds of events. Her involvement in the Wheaton community gave her the opportunity to sit on the board of directions for the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and received their “Top 30 Under 30” business award. The challenges of 2020 changed her life like many others. She found this year to be the best time to fully invest in her own dreams and open her very own event venue. Here she hopes to give YOU a space to create the events that fully represent you and your loved ones.
