re extremely familiar with the Phoenix and didn't need any help with directions, parking, where to go, etc. It doesn't seem like a huge deal but it helps a ton when you have a million other things to worry about. Also we had several guests comment that the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding. I can't recommend the Phoenix enough!!

Best wedding reception ever. Very accommodating. Best value for the money. Lilly made this extremely easy and was there for our every need, before, during, and after our daughter’s reception.

’ve had multiple guests tell me it was the best food and service they’ve had at a wedding. The venue itself is gorgeous and due to weather we had to move photos inside and they are perfect! 10/10 would recommend the Phoenix to anyone getting married or hosting an event.

m with its 20-foot ceilings is elegant, resembling a different era decades ago. Although we only had about 28 attendees with 4 large tables, many more tables could easily be set without any crowding. With our event being in January, the fireplace was lit, providing a beautiful backdrop to the room. They provided a TV for us to show a looping slideshow of the bride and groom. Connected to the President's Room is a spacious bar, where appetizers were displayed during the cocktail hour and desserts served after dinner. Large paintings adorn the walls in both rooms, and bookcases frame the wall across from the fireplace. With the President's Room located on the corner of the building, large windows on two walls provide a view of the city streets below as well as some natural lighting. The room is old glamour and elegant. Lilly, the Assistant General Manager, exceeded our expectations in every way. Throughout the entire planning process and the evening of the event, Lilly provided exceptional service. Every email and phone call was returned in a timely manner. She offered many ideas and suggestions that we incorporated in our evening. The flexibility offered to us in choosing the menu gave us many options that most venues wouldn't allow without significant upcharges. Lilly was extremely flexible with not only the menu, but with every option provided to us related to the number of hours we could use the room, how long to keep the bar open, and whether to utilize the side entrance. There wasn't one desicion to be made that Lilly didn't offer options and flexibility! The evening/dinner was perfect in every aspect. The service was incredible and Lilly was present throughout to ensure things ran smoothly. The food was delicious... we chose a dinner buffet with braised beef short ribs and grilled chicken. The grilled chicken was very good but the braised beef short ribs were incredible! The Phoenix Salad was especially delicious with many guests complimenting it. We had some guests with dietary restrictions, including severe food allergies. Lilly was very meticulous to make sure all guests were well taken care of. We brought in our own desserts including a groom's cake. Again the flexibility to do so was appreciated. All the food was delicious, and many guests told us how much they enjoyed the dinner and the venue. The whole experience was incredible from beginning to end, largely due to the professionalism and service provided by Lilly. With the wedding reception at the Cincinnati Art Museum the next day, The Phoenix provided a very complementary experience for our rehearsal dinner. We had looked at many venues prior to choosing The Phoenix. Nothing compared to what The Phoenix offered in terms of service, professionalism, food and ambiance. Thanks Lilly!

She was so extremely helpful, she really knew what she was doing and she ALWAYS had a smile on her face while doing it. As a bride I felt like I could absolutely trust her judgement, she never tried to upsell us on anything and even worked out some things to our benefit in the end. I can not say enough about this venue. It was truly the easiest decision picking this venue. From the start it was nothing but smooth sailing with them.

ms and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during COVID uncertainty. When our original event manager left the company, the transition to our new manager, Lilly, was seamless. Lilly made sure that every detail of the event was taken care of and was always available to help us with planning or logistic questions. When we needed recommendations, she was knowledgable and very well-connected. On the day of our actual event, the staff at the Phoenix were exceptional. They made sure that we had everything we needed at all times- someone came by to check on us at least once every 10 minutes. From what my guests shared, this was a similar experience at all tables. The food was exceptional - we've had MANY compliments and requests for our catering information. Having a "one stop shop" venue for our wedding took all of the stress out of the day and allowed us to be focused on the celebration. The Phoenix takes care of the layout, catering, and bar service. They have additional options for access to the bridal suite and for shuttle services. On our wedding day, it was particularly warm outside and they were very accommodating in letting us do our first look and many pictures all over the venue so that we could limit our time outside. I am happily recommending The Phoenix to all of my friends getting married and will continue to sing their praises!

Lilly always answered emails promptly and allowed other forms of communication leading up to wedding day. I felt like wedding day itself was not stressful at all due to all of the day-of coordination help! Many guests had high compliments of the food at the reception. All of the workers during the events were polite, helpful, and approachable. If I could live this day over again, I would do it exactly the same.

From figuring out where my family was to adding final touches to our cake, she made our day as stress free as possible. The entire service team at the phoenix are kind, welcoming, and beyond helpful. Every single person made me feel like I was special. The venue itself was absolutely stunning. The food was delicious. The bar services were amazing. I seriously cannot say enough good things about this place. The venue is gorgeous on its own but the people really make it worth booking!

The week before our wedding, we had an issue with a vendor and Lilly was there to help come up with a solution, refer and put me in contact with a new vendor and it was like it never happened. From the planning stages all the way to cleanup at the end of the night, the process was just what you'd hope for as a bride. Day of, event captain Jenna and the entire team was so on point for every detail to make the day a success. The food was absolutely high end and fantastic, both in presentation and taste. The space was set up according to spec (they even provided chargers at no additional charge and sent me multiple place setting options to choose from the day before). The mother of the bride is so pleased to be getting countless emails, texts, and notes about what a fantastic day it was. If you want your event, large or small, to feel like the only one this A-team is planning, you will not be disappointed in choosing the Phoenix. I selected this venue after experiencing a wonderful rehearsal dinner here, and I am so very glad we did. The Phoenix does not disappoint from first impressions with the gorgeous, dramatic staircase to impeccable service on the big day, going above and beyond to make the entire event perfect and planning process so incredibly easy. We worked with several people at The Phoenix, and everyone was so nice and accommodating.
