Blush bridesmaid dresses will simply never go out of style. The hue is classic and timeless, flattering on a variety of skin tones and not too overpowering that it takes attention off the bride. That said, blush does not have to equal basic. Modern silhouettes, unique details and even floral patterns are ways to bring the look into the modern day. Another way? Mixing and matching. While a monochromatic look is pretty and timeless, consider creating an ombre of blush hues, growing a garden of cohesive florals or mixing in just a few patterned prints among solids. Now, where to shop? First, check out our roundup of 22 styles from more than a dozen tried-and-true retailers. To shop in person, check out The Knot Vendor Marketplace—just type in your location, then filter by dress type and select "bridesmaid dresses." Happy bridesmaid dress hunting!

Bridesmaid superstar Azazie recently partnered with the Barbie brand to create a collection so full of girlish energy it's just made to walk down the aisle. This style is especially feminine with wispy chiffon ruffles and spaghetti straps. It comes in a handful of pretty pink shades; blushing pink is a perfect light hue.

Alfred Sung Bustier Tie-Back Gown

For black-tie weddings, outfit your bridesmaids in ballgowns of their very own. This A-line by Alfred Sung is the perfect pick, with a bustier bodice and wide tapered straps that add interest. We love this piece as a foil against a long-sleeve all-lace wedding dress on the bride; if you're wearing a ballgown, make sure it has more volume than the 'maids' dresses.

For mix-and-match wedding parties, adding two or three floral frocks in the same palette adds beautiful visual interest among the solids. This antique-inspired print meshes gorgeously with blush-colored bridesmaid dresses. For smaller wedding parties, put just the maid of honor in the print; for larger parties, we recommend about a third of the girls in print.

Blush pink bridesmaid dresses are most often used for spring and summer affairs, but the color can also add a pretty pop to fall wedding color palettes. Give the look an autumn upgrade in plush velvet, as in this chic Jenny Yoo style.

It's one of the more traditional bridesmaids looks to make our list, but you simply can't go wrong with an A-line gown in matte chiffon: It's flattering on a wide variety of body types, comfortable and easy to wear. We love this one with a high halter neck, boned bodice and leg slit.

AW Ginerva Dress in Pearl Pink

AW Bridal blush long sleeve bridesmaid dress

We love this for a late winter or early spring wedding; long sleeves will help fight the chill, while the fabrication speaks to warmer months. The high empire waist is a flattering silhouette, and the ankle-length hem shows off the shoes; we recommend something embellished here.

For something more unconventional, outfit your 'maids in heavily embellished or sequin blush bridesmaid dresses. This style from ASOS is especially unique, with sequins of varying sizes on a cool column shift. Psst, we also love this as a wedding guest dress.

This floral blush pink bridesmaid dress has a vintage feel in luxe silk and a cameo rose print, but modern details like a high cowl neck and criss-cross back. We could see a whole bridal party in this floral frock—it's subtle enough that it's not too chaotic en masse—or, for a mismatched look, mix in just a few among solids.

Size Range: 0-12

Lovers & Friends Hattie Gown in Baby Pink

Tiers are trending, and in this blush bridesmaid dress, they add a touch of playful whimsy to an otherwise sophisticated style. The combo means this dress works equally well at a black-tie wedding (pair it with a statement bejeweled necklace) or a summery garden affair (try it with wedges).

Milla Boudoir Misty Rose Silk Slip Dress

Milla silky blush bridesmaid dress

A silky slip dress-style fabrication, high slit and open back make this one of the sultrier bridesmaid dresses on our list, so take note: This does add a little va-va-voom to the bridal party. Styled correctly, it's a stunning pick; if not everyone is comfortable in the more revealing style, Milla also makes an off-the-shoulder and long-sleeve iteration in the same fabric.

A classic look—with a modern twist. This fitted column gown comes in a lovely blush crepe, a traditional and beautiful fabrication but one without a lot of give, so size accordingly (Dessy's website allows you to input your measurements for an exact size recommendation). The corseted bodice is an of-the-moment upgrade, and a slit at the back makes walking and dancing easy.

Size Range: 00-30, extra length available

Petal + Pup Betina Bow Front Maxi Dress in Dusty Rose

Petal & Pup bow front blush bridesmaid dress

Equal parts feminine and out-of-the-box, this puffy satin blush bridesmaid dress is so fun for a garden wedding (picture bridesmaids twirling in it with parasols, swoon). A shirred back panel and single adjustable strap hidden beneath the angled bow help secure a good fit across the bodice, while the tiered skirt flatters all body types.

Size Range: XS-XL

Show Me Your Mumu Verona Cowl Dress

When in doubt, a satin slip dress is an effortless and on-trend pick for bridesmaids lately. This one is fully lined (an important addition!) and features a cowl neckline. The midi length is great for cocktail attire or outdoor weddings.

Hutch Amara Bustier Pleated Tulle Dress

Tulle is an ethereal and whimsical fabric that—while it plays a huge role in many bridal gowns—is rarely seen on bridesmaids. This midi embraces the tulle look in all the right ways, with pleats across the skirt and corset bodice. Pair this with flats to embrace the balletcore vibe (especially for a daytime wedding), or dress it up with stilettos.

Size Range: 0-16

For Love & Lemons Gwenyth Gown

For Love & Lemons rose detail blush bridesmaid dress

We love something a little edgy on bridesmaids—as long as it's bride-approved, that is. This garden gown gets its edge through open, lace-up sides and its sheeny taffeta is a retro detail. Pair it with diamond studs and a pretty lavalier.

Size Range: XS-XL

What Color Shoes To Wear With a Blush Bridesmaid Dress

Whether the bride is picking shoes for her bridesmaids or each girl is selecting her own color—more than height and style—is the most important factor in creating a cohesive look. So, what color bridesmaid shoes should you go with? Beige and nude-toned shoes are always a safe bet and, in fact, work especially well with blush bridesmaid dresses. For something a little more formal, opt for metallic shoes (gold, silver and rose gold all work with blush; decide based on the wedding color palette and your other accessories). Along those same lines, something embellished is a beautiful foil to a blush bridesmaid dress, especially for midi-length dresses that call for a statement shoe. As for what to avoid? Black shoes or any dark tone will provide too stark a contrast and cut the wearer off at the ankles—stay light and somewhat monochromatic instead.
