The Call Her Daddy podcast host married producer Matt Kaplan in Riviera Maya, Mexico, on April 6, and their four-day weekend bash constituted an incredible wedding wardrobe. Kicking off the festivities with a welcome party, the bride opted for a sheer Danielle Frankel set embroidered with baroque pearls and transparent sequins. "The minute I put it on I knew it was the one," she recalled in a wedding recap on Instagram.
For the ceremony, Cooper wore a custom silk wool Danielle Frankel ball gown with a straight neckline and an exaggerated basque waist, which was one of the biggest 2025 wedding dress trends The Knot Editors saw at New York Bridal Fashion Week. "The dress truly turned out to be my dream," Cooper told Vogue. "I felt so classic and chic in it. I felt confident and sexy while still elegant and timeless. Elizabeth Reaser's Wedding Dress
Does this dress look familiar? Twilight and Grey's Anatomy star Elizabeth Reaser wore an unreleased Danielle Frankel wedding dress for her August 2023 elopement to Bruce Gilbert—the same one that Cooper wore for her welcome party. Reaser detailed her nontraditional shopping experience in an interview with Vogue, saying, "I was trying desperately to be chill about it, but I couldn't find anything that felt like me," she recalled. "To be fair, I never actually went to a store because I am allergic to trying clothes on. I don't like fittings because of my acting life so I was trying to avoid that process."
After ordering—and returning—a handful of looks, Reaser's friend Megan (who would ultimately be one of three guests in attendance at the intimate Amalfi Coast wedding, alongside her husband Nico and actress Sarah Paulson) sent her a photo of a sheer Danielle Frankel design covered in glittering embellishments. "I think that's when I turned into a 'bride' because suddenly I needed that dress," Reaser continued. "It wasn't going to be coming out until 2024, but thankfully Sarah [Paulson] reached out to the designer personally and fairy godmothered the whole situation. It wouldn't have happened without her. Danielle did Zoom fittings with us because we couldn't get to New York in time. I was so scared to touch it! She was wonderful."

The bride selected Danielle Frankel's Scarlet wedding dress, a pleated silk wool gown with lace appliqué and tulle watteau. She wore her hair in a simple bun with a trailing embroidered veil, and completed her look with a white lace parasol—a particularly apropos accessory for a post-ceremony march through the French Quarter.

President Joe Biden's granddaughter Naomi Biden wowed in the Ralph Lauren wedding dress she donned for her November 2022 wedding to Peter Neal. But before she slipped into the Grace Kelly-inspired ensemble to say her "I dos," she kicked off her wedding weekend in a custom Danielle Frankel pantsuit for the rehearsal dinner. Georgia Fowler's Wedding Dress
Model Georgia Fowler wore three looks throughout her January 2023 wedding weekend at her husband Nathan Dalah's family farm in Australia. While she officially swapped vows in a Vivienne Westwood gown, she opted for a custom corseted Danielle Frankel wedding dress—which was reminiscent of AnnaSophia Robb's—for the day-after celebration. Although she says she "fell in love with every single one" of Frankel's creations, she landed on a strapless gown with a full skirt. "We thought we should add a touch of youthful fun to it though, [so] Danielle added in some custom accents—a neck scarf and a cut-out in the bodice," she added. "Tell me I would have chosen a tulle petticoat dress for my wedding and I wouldn't have believed you, yet Danielle's design was so perfectly me—and perfect for the farm location too."
