She met with us for a tour of the facility for me and my fiancé at the time and even went back through several other tours for my family members. When we met on the first tour she took notes the whole time while we described our dream reception and a couple days later gave us a detailed quote that was a little over our budget. We had her change meals and the seating chart several times due to our side of things and she was so responsive to making the changes. Some perks you get to benefit from that may not be mentioned on their website: a huge closet of decorations that you get to pick from for center pieces and decorations around the Country Club (you could essentially not have to even buy any decorations if you choose to use their stuff), a very cute bridal suite to get ready in for a small charge & a men's locker room where the guys can get ready, delicious food to pick from for your reception and a fun food tasting, Aleasha asks you what you want all of your linens to look like and does all of the ordering for it which is included in the cost of renting the country club, we wanted to rent a backdrop and she did all the work to make it happen, we didn't have to do any setup or tear down (Aleasha couldn't have done a better job!), you get your very own golf cart to take pictures on the course, very attentive staff that we had available for serving the food, and we even asked for to-go meals for after the reception to take back to the hotel and it was sitting in our car when we got there! You get the feel of a very expensive ballroom at a very reasonable price! It was probably one of the cheapest places we looked and one of the nicest! Plus you get the best coordinator I have ever met!

cution an absolute joy. This was the second family wedding of a very busy year for us and we wanted to ensure all our guests really enjoyed themselves with a truly memorable set of experiences. We had family and friends who travelled from the East coast and the West coast, as well as a large group from the Mid-West, especially the Cincinnati area. The Four Bridges club house provided a very luxurious setting, courteous staff and a comfortable atmosphere for all. We used the various rooms and facilities extensively in the morning for bridesmaid and groomsmen prep, photos and relaxing, and then later in the evening for the actual reception held after the wedding ceremony at a local college chapel. In addition, the groomsmen enjoyed playing a round of golf on the Friday before the Saturday wedding as part of their pre-wedding celebrating. We highly recommend making this part of your own celebration! Our guests especially appreciated the high-quality clubhouse feel, the attention of the serving staff, the quality of the food and drinks, the flowers and lighting, and most importantly, the music acoustics and dance area. Many commented on the overall beautiful setting of the golf course and the ease of access from the nearby hotel, where most of our out-of-town guests stayed. As the mother of the bride, it really felt like we achieved exactly what we set out to do for my youngest daughter’s wedding. amazing. Being an out of state bride, I had to do a lot of my planning via phone calls, email and Facetime. Aleasha was always extremely responsive. Four Bridges is a one stop shop. They have multiple ceremony locations (indoor/outdoor), provide the catering, coordinate with the event rental company for linens and anything else you want to rent and have lots of decorations you can either use for free or rent. Aleasha could have just been my single point of contact for the country club but she takes it to the next level and is pretty much your wedding planner. On the day of the wedding you get access to both locker rooms to get ready, golf carts and an escort to explore the grounds for photos and they close the reception area to their members so it's your own private party. The food was absolutely amazing and the presentation was awesome. The ballroom looked way better than I anticipated and Aleasha and her team did all of the set up. If I could go back and do it all over again I would definitely pick Four Bridges.

l be talking about, this is definitely the place to go. We received a ton of compliments from our guests and even our vendors at what a great venue we had for our wedding and reception. The staff couldn't be more courteous and attentive, which really made it such a classy experience. The food was among the top of my experiences with wedding reception food. And the building itself was very pretty to where I really didn't have to do much for decor to make it presentable for a wedding reception. If i could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I can't advocate for this place enough. Detail version below: Venue: Beautiful venue with a variety of sceneries for great photos. You have a lawn green from the golf course, the lake and some waterfalls and bridges. The main reception room was perfect sized for our wedding (80 guests). The location is spacious enough for larger weddings (probably up to 150 guests) as they do have walls that open up the other rooms for more space. They have an actual bar (rather than just a table set up or a mobile bar top) that is beautifully stocked, and a bar area separate from the reception room that encouraged mingling among the guests. I didn't really even have to add any more decor to dress the place up, as it already looked very classy. Staff: They set a great standard for a service staff. Our family and friends even made a point to let us know that the staff provided top notch service. They really made our reception a classy event. Food: Some of the best wedding food you'll ever have. I had a guest share with me that before the wedding even started, he was discussing with his wife what kind of food they should stop for after the wedding because in his experience, wedding food is never filling enough for the night, but he left our wedding reception completely satisfied, and blown away by the quality of the food that came out of the kitchen. The meals are priced extremely well for the quality and class of food. The menu items offered were truly a la carte. We could build and control our own menu and be billed for our specific selections. Other caterers would offer set menus at select price points which might include a certain number of items and little flexibility. Everything was displayed beautifully and all the guests left full and happy. Catering Director: The star of this venue for us was Aleasha, the Catering Director. Beautiful venues are a dime a dozen, in my opinion, but it's the experience of the event that will be a lasting memory. I knew that I'd be spending months of planning and coordinating, and I couldn't imagine a better person to work with than Aleasha, so with that, she was the deciding factor in our choice. She responded to all of my calls and emails in a very timely manner, and I almost felt like I was the only bride and had her full attention, even though I knew she had a million other events and weddings to manage. I'll have mentioned some minute detail in passing a couple emails in the past, and it would surprise me weeks later when she mentions it and makes sure it gets taken care of. If you can imagine the kind of experience working with someone that detailed and attentive, you'll know that working with her is the best decision you'll make and you won't have to worry about a thing.

with Aleasha's help. She did a great job and while a couple small things were overlooked, she actually helped fix issues that were caused by other vendors the day of! I think our biggest "problem" was that the reception area got pretty warm and most of our guests ended up outside with our DJ stuck inside. Other than that, we were so very happy and highly recommend Aleasha and Four Bridges!

We got rave reviews on the food we served from all of our family and friends, and the staff was incredible with the individual special food requests. The space is beautiful, and they allowed us to take two golf carts around their grounds to take some amazing photos. They let the wedding party wait in the bridal lounge and brought us some appetizers before we were introduced. They worked well with all of our other vendors, and made it so simple for us. We didn't worry about anything. Would definitely highly recommend looking at Four Bridges Country Club for your reception!

ingle detail. Aleasha is the sweetest and most helpful person you will ever work with. We had a little bit of an nontraditional wedding- being that it was in the morning with a brunch reception- and she absolutely nailed our vision, even being different than the "norm" wedding. She worked with our vendors to make sure that everything was covered and even managed a mini outside vendor crisis. (The mugs we ordered showed up TEN MINUTES before they were supposed to be at the guest tables. She had them washed and on the tables at the exact right moment- seamlessly!!) She even made sure I had her personal phone number the days leading up to the wedding in case there was any last minute details I needed to talk about. The wait staff was just as great! They were so polite and attentive and made sure that the room and tables stayed clean as people finished their meals. They had coffee's and water's filled consistently and were not a burden and did not "bug" our guests at all. They also had a team to make CUSTOM OMELETS for our guests-which were delicious, as all of the food was (seriously, try the breakfast potatoes!!). If all of that wasn't enough, the beautiful setting and attention to every detail and wish from my husband and I was incredible. The bridal and groom suites are private and decorated beautifully and the outdoor ceremony area overlooking the water was magical and was amazing for the pictures too! Then they cleaned up and gather all of our personal decorations that we wanted to keep and had them all packed up and ready to pick up on Monday! I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding. Four Bridges Country Club, Aleasha, and the team NAILED IT and gave us a day we will never forget!

The venue was perfect for an outdoor ceremony with the beautiful view. The bridal suite gave the fancy feeling every bride would want before walking down the aisle where you can chill with your girls, take pictures and get ready for the ceremony. The groomsmen suite gave the guys the open area they needed to chill and have few drinks and laughs. How does this venue compare to others we were looking at? - Well the bride and groom always have a budget then they also want everything right. This place offered everything within the budget they started with. There was no base cost + colorful linen cost + extra table cost + center piece cost and so on. There were soooo many things that were part of the base cost. I remember we didn't want white table cloth and were looking at colors and asked Aleasha "So how much extra would it be for a different color" her reply "None. It doesn't cost us more so why should it cost you more". That made us very happy. The only extra's I can remember were for the white ceremony chairs and the Arch. If you are looking for a venue that will make your day wonderful and keep you stress free Four Bridges is your place!

The ceremony and reception set up, while simple, was perfect for our small intimate wedding of about 100 guest. In addition to a spectacular set up and visual display, the staff at Four Bridges was absolutely remarkable. From Aleasha all the way to her staff, they worked tirelessly to ensure our special day was perfect! Since the wedding, we have had several guests tell us how much they enjoyed themselves. While some were quoted saying, "it was the most beautiful wedding that had ever attended", several others complimented us on our southern style reception menu. ALL of our guest had a blast, and left with full bellies! : ) We cannot thank Aleasha and the Four Bridges team enough for everything that they did to help make our wedding one of the most memorable moments of our lives. We are so appreciative, and will sing praises about Four Bridges and their hospitality and events team for years to come. Thank you again!

Aleasha and staff took care of everything so that we could just enjoy the day getting ready on-site and have an awesome time. It was very affordable and the food was spectacular. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married. My daughter said it was the best day of her life - as it should have been.

We visited several venues and when we went to Four Bridges we knew we found what we were looking for. It couldn't have turned out any better. Everyone said how delicious the food was. The dinning room looked beautiful and the outdoor covered patio was a big hit. The entire staff was courteous and attentive to all the guests. The bride and groom could not have been happier! being pretentious and perfectly sized for our party of 80. Alesha was very responsive and helped provide guidance to ensure the events of the day ran smoothly. Her presence during the event enabled us to have a go-to person as things came up. The broader staff was exceptionally hospitable. One staff member Josh took extra care to ensure we had water, beverages, and appetizers knowing how busy we were in mingling and having picture. The newly appointed bridal suite was very spacious and made getting ready easy. The food, drinks and service of these were very well done. We received so many compliments on the food selection. Overall, Roy and I felt very well taken care of with a great experience on our special day!

We met with the Head Chef , Brittany ,who helped us design a bit unconventional wedding buffet. The Club Manager, Mark, even was involved in getting some outside heaters in place for the wedding , even though would not normally have needed them until later in the season. The wedding party had the run of the Club House all day , for getting ready and relaxing. Our party was 200 people and that is about the max that you would want to have in this facility . It was comfortable , elegant and everyone commented on what a great location it was. I highly recommend Four Bridges for a beautiful and seamless reception!

The staff went the extra mile insuring that all the guests had everything they needed throughout the night. We worried about nothing. It was the smoothest, wedding we had been to ever! Not trying to boast - but Ive been to a lot these past couple of years - and we can say ours was certainly fun - and still kept the intimate setting! The facility is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds have fabulous photo opportunities that are breathtaking, and the food is amazing. My guests had so much fun - they've asked if we would consider renewing our vows there next year - so we can all get together again !!! LOL we would recommend Four Bridges to anyone and everyone for any occasion!
