hout the night. The ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous and the reception venue has beautiful tall windows that over look the fairways. Definitely a dream come true backdrop! If I had to plan my wedding all over I would not change a single thing thanks to Heatherdowns!

ng process, Gina was only an e-mail away to answer the questions we had. Our reception planning came together effortlessly and incredibly stress free due to the organization and input from Gina. Not enough can be said about the wonderful staff members at the Club as well. The attendant at our dinner tasting was friendly and helpful, the chef makes amazing food, the employees setting up the venue were very friendly and willing to make necessary changes according to my taste and the staff the night of the reception were top notch! There isn't enough we can say about how happy we were with our reception and can't thank Gina and the wonderful staff enough for everything they did for us!

heart is content or keep it simple and either way it would look good. Our wedding reception had about 150-160 people in attendance and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Another perk at HDCC is there is a small outside patio/balcony adjacent to the ballroom--so guests were able to step out and get fresh air--or have a quieter spot to sit and talk. What made Heather Downs Country Club truly amazing is its wedding coordinator, Gina. I knew HDCC was going to be my venue before I even saw the windows because Gina brought her A game to our first meeting--I was beyond impressed. Each and every step of the way Gina surpassed any expectations I had. She could be reached easily, and provided prompt responses. She offered input on decor and suggested other vendors (which I did work with.) She did extra legwork when we requested special wine and signature drinks--making all of our requests possible. On our wedding day, I felt that I could truly relax and enjoy the day. Everything was taken care of and I could breathe quite peacefully. The level of organization and orchestration between all of my vendors that Gina provided made my day perfect. In fact, all of HDCC's employees that we encountered through our whole experience were extremely helpful and professional. We can't thank them all enough for making our day so perfect!

was very budget friendly! Gina was am amazing help and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. She helped make the entire day run smoothly! This venue has that uniqueness factor, with an outdoor patio area and the bar area with the fireplace. I had a wonderful experience with HCC as my wedding venue and highly recommend it to any bride!

lovely and the brunch the following day. Gina is very easy to work with on any event. She always contacted me as soon as she could whenever I called or sent an e-mail. She worked with all of my vendors and didn't hesitate to call them for me with the details. She was present at all three events. I felt completely relaxed knowing that Gina was in charge. Due to Gina's hard work and dedication, our three events were lovely! I would recommend Heatherdowns Country Club and Gina for any event. You can count on her to make your special day SPECIAL!!!

re very impressed with the whole process not to mention how flexible they were and reasonably priced. She accommodated the kids meals older people/vegan meals and non alcoholic drinks for couple of ladies in the wedding party that don't drink. They had all sorts of accessories for the tables that we could borrow and the food was great. I can't say enough about Gina, she really did great as did the wait staff, kitchen and bar staff.

e been said about the previous Wedding Coordinator. Although when I met the NEW Wedding Coordinator- Gina Gueli (Previous Wedding Coordinator from the Hilton Toledo), I was confident in my decision. Gina has been phenomenal since day 1! She is very professional and such a sweetheart, I feel like I am planning my wedding with one of my friends! I am so thankful for her help & ideas. Now that everything is planned, I get to "relax" and wait for the big day!!!! - Ang

le. The food is great, the service is great, we really had a great experience. Scott, the caterer, is really laidback, which can be good and bad. He's pretty much willing to do whatever you need to make your day great but sometimes is hard to get a hold of to get your questions answered (especially way ahead of time). Overall though, we had an amazing wedding that all of our guests loved! They are still raving about it!
