You might immediately think of Disney World when the idea of an Orlando bachelor party comes up—and you wouldn't be wrong. However, there's plenty of other fun to be had in Orlando outside of the House of Mouse. Groups can tee off at championship-level golf courses around the city or charter a boat for a day of fishing. Bachelor parties will also appreciate Orlando's local activities—from catching Magic games to witnessing paintball tournaments. Surprisingly, the Florida destination is also home to many breweries. Plus, between Disney Springs and Orlando's downtown area, you'll find plenty of bars and clubs for an epic nightlife scene at this East Coast bachelor party destination.

What Are Some Orlando Bachelor Party Ideas?

Orlando is full of opportunity, you just have to know where to look for the trip that suits your party's needs. From the Magic Kingdom to a brewery tour, you'll find everything to make your groom happy. (Grooms, don't forget to thank the guys for making the trip with a custom gift from The Knot Shop.)

For Theme Park Lovers

Perhaps the Magic Kingdom is what brought you to Orlando in the first place. And if not Cinderella's castle, maybe your groom is a Potterhead or Star Wars buff. Whatever the case, theme parks are the icon of Orlando and you have your choices, from Universal Orlando, Disney World (including Disney's Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom and Star Wars Galaxy's Edge), and plenty of water parks too.

For the Gamers

Orlando is a place to let out your inner child, and that doesn't just mean squealing over Donald and Goofy. You can find plenty of grown-up, yet childish fun at arcades, virtual reality centers, indoor go-karting, indoor skydiving, and paintball courses around Orlando.

For the Golfers

Whether you're looking to spend a day on the driving range with some beers and your buds or to make par on one of the best courses in the U.S., Orlando has you covered. Choose between world class greens like Orange County National and DubsDread.

For the Outdoor Enthusiast

There are plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors in Orlando. Just pick your poison: A fishing trip with a private guide, an Everglades airboat tour, kayaking in Rock Springs, road biking through Winter Garden, or wakeboarding and wakesurfing right in Orlando.

Day 1

Morning: Check into your hotel or AirBnB, then start the trip off with brunch at Se7en Bites, where you can chow down on breakfast items (served all day) like the Pluckin' Platter (fried chicken, two eggs, cheddar chive grits, and a fluffy buttermilk biscuit) or lunch items (also served all day) like a grilled pimento cheese with bacon sandwich.

Afternoon: Let the games begin! On your first day, get every in the party spirit with Indoor Go-Karting and arcade games. If you need a bit more speed, make your way to the Richard Petty Driving Experience, where you and your guys can have a real NASCAR driving experience of up to 45 minutes on a top-of-the-line track. Not ready for the thrills to be over? Follow up your drives with indoor skydiving or a head-to-head virtual reality at The Void in Disney Springs.

Evening: Cool down from the Florida heat with cocktails at Icebar Orlando, which keeps its bar at arctic temperatures while you sip on cool cocktails. Dinner tonight is at Rocco's Tacos, where you'll follow up tableside-made guac with an assortment of fresh tacos, plus margaritas and other tequila-infused cocktails from the selection of 400 varieties of tequila. For your night out, head to Eve Orlando where you'll find three levels of entertainment: A lounge level, as well as a club level with DJs; plus, a balcony for drinks with a view.

Day 2

Morning: Before your day of adventure, fuel up at The Hammered Lamb for brunch. Along with tasty dishes like a breakfast quesadilla, chicken and waffle sliders, and shrimp and grits, you'll find 14 types of mimosas and a Bloody Mary bar with 75 different customization options.

Afternoon:
You didn't come all the way to Orlando to miss out on the theme park fun. Today's your day to get in the rides and attractions at the park of your choice. If you're headed to Disney, consider Star Wars Galaxy's Edge at Disney World. If the groom grew up on Harry Potter, buy a two-park pass to Universal Studios to experience Hogsmead and Diagon Alley. Or if water parks are more your speed, make your way to Disney's Blizzard Beach for thrilling water slides and a giant wave pool.

Evening: Stick around Universal Orlando for dinner tonight, with burgers and sushi at The Cowfish Burger Bar. Right next door you'll find NBC Sports Grill & Brew where you can drink a rotating selection of beers on tap and find sports of all kinds on TV. Park yourselves there if there's a game you want to watch, otherwise, consider a night of laughs at the SAK Comedy Lab, or go to the lively Mather's Social Gathering for drinks in a historic Orlando building.

Day 3

Morning: If you can, get up early this morning and get a clean shave at The Art of Shaving in Disney Springs (after all, it will help the groom look his best when he comes face to face with his fiance again!). Then head off to brunch at The Ravenous Pig, where Sunday's offering includes brisket hash washed down with brunch punch.

Afternoon: Today, pick between a day on the greens or a tour of Orlando's best breweries. If your crew prefers golf, make a tee time at one of the city's best courses, including historic DubsDread (operating since 1924), Orange County National (home to 36 championship holes and a quick 9-hole course), Shingle Creek Golf Club (home of the Brad Brewer Golf Academy) or Disney's Palm Golf Course, an immaculate course in Orlando's woodlands. Of course, you can have your golf and beer with a day spent in a driving competition at Orlando's Top Golf. If beers are more your speed, book a tour with Hop On and drive to three different breweries (with options like Ten10 Brewing Company, Tactical Brewing Company, and Deadly Sins Brewing) for a behind-the-scenes look at the brewery process and tastings, of course.

Evening: Happy hour includes more beer at Redlight Redlight, which serves an extensive list of craft beers, including housemade pours. For your last dinner, make it count at Christner's Steak and Lobster where you'll feast on choice cuts like prime strip for two or bone-in ribeye along with an exhaustive wine menu and locally-crafted whiskeys, spirits, and beer. End the night at Hanson's Shoe Repair, a password-required speakeasy in one of the oldest buildings in downtown Orlando.

    Orlando Bachelor Party Nightlife

Everything from Michelin-starred eats to comfort food walk-ups cater to all kinds of bachelor party itineraries. Orlando is certainly the place to drink too: the best bars in town have all the chilled wine and colorful cocktails to help you cool down from the beating sun.

    Best Orlando Bachelor Restaurants

Domu: It's inevitable that between theme park hopping and bachelor party antics, reservations and set dinners may completely fall out the window. Good thing that Domu's here to keep those bellies warm. The acclaimed ramen restaurant is a walk-in-only situation, open till 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. on weekends so you can drop in after Universal closes at 8 p.m. Noodles are made from scratch, and if it's your first time, you absolutely have to go with the classic tonkotsu. The shio pork bone broth is divine.

Capa: For gents lucky to be staying right by Disney World at the Four Seasons Orlando, then there's no better place to dine than Capa. This is for multiple reasons. First, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2022; second, their porterhouse is the best in the state; and third; you're treated to incredible views of Disney's fireworks as you dine. Capa's basically your (adult) Disney dream come true.

Four Flamingos: Ready to be tickled flamingo pink? This bright addition to Orlando's food scene is already earning rave reviews for its fresh out-of-the-tank lobster, mojo grilled chicken, and funky-flavored sides like the jerk spiced cauliflower. If you're looking for the big finale with your large traveling party, the $145pp prix fixe feast in their semi-private dining room is just the place to do it.

    Best Orlando Bachelor Party Bars

Wine Bar George: Disney Springs isn't all frozen slushies and canned wine. Wine Bar George ups the ante when it comes to drinking, and it's where you and the gents in the party can peruse more than 140 wines available by the glass, the bottle, and the ounce. Since you're in town for a celebration, start with a bottle from the exquisite champagne list, which includes Ruinart. Small plates, cheese and charcuterie are also available.

Player 1 Video Game Bar: Gamers are in for a treat in Orlando besides having their Avatars come to life in the theme parks. At Player 1, you can also have a night out based on your favorite computer game. The bar gives the boys a chance to zap, shoot, and morph on screen in the company of a giant list of beers, wines, and cocktails; some seasonally themed. It's just an $8 cover charge for non-local visitors, granting unlimited gaming on their consoles across the decades.

Southern Nights: Disney boys are quite often partial to a good gay bar, not because of orientation, but because the music is fairytale-magic-fantastic! The oldest in Orlando is Southern Nights, where tunes from Disney soundtrack stars like Ariana Grande and Idina Menzel are blared through the speakers, loud and proud. With live sets, DJs, and drag extravaganzas, Southern Nights brings energy and love to any party.

    Expert Orlando Travel Tips

Bachelors flying in will arrive at Orlando International Airport, an easy rideshare to downtown and most theme park resorts. If you plan on sticking to theme parks, there's no need to rent a car, but outside of that, a vehicle is needed. The best time to visit Orlando is spring for the best weather, but remember to avoid spring break and other school holidays. Buy your theme park tickets in advance, and remember, combo deals are always better than single-day tickets.
