See Theia's Wedding Dresses From Bridal Fashion Week
The Theia collection was created to celebrate femininity and bring out a woman's inner light. Theia owes its name to the Greek goddess of light, whose sparkling eyes are said to have harnessed the power of light, and was also the mother of the sun, the moon, and the dawn. The Theia collection caters to a nontraditional bride looking for a wedding day look as individual and unique as she is. Each piece is meticulously stitched together to create heirloom outfits that fit beautifully and flow around the body. From sleek jumpsuits to exquisite lace wedding gowns, Theia offers high-fashion looks for every celebration.

Theia Collection History
Theia's Spring 2019 collection was inspired by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming nuptials, with each model walking down the runway wearing a tiara. The collection featured everything from embellished sheaths with capes to flowing ball gowns fit for royalty — focusing on fitted shapes, plunging necklines and dramatic skirts.
The Fall 2019 Theia collection was inspired by the feminine beauty of flowers. Among the different silhouettes and styles was one especially unique look: bridal track pants and a sweatshirt with "love" embroidered across the front.
Theia's Spring 2020 wedding dress collection offers a range of classic and modern gowns, featuring lace overlays, silk fabrics and cap sleeves. While each garment is figure-flattering, the designs are the perfect combination of sexy and elevated. The collection is full of thematic details that speak to the ethereal bride-to-be—some would even make for stunning reception or bridal shower ensembles. Most notably, theSpring 2020 collection featured a silver gown, which showcased a rare pop of color for the brand.
Other Theia Labels
In addition to wedding dresses, Theia also provides sophisticated bridesmaid and mother of the bride gowns, as well as evening and cocktail dresses. Many celebrities have worn their evening looks on the red carpet, such as Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood and Oprah Winfrey.
Famous Theia Brides
Julie Benz, an actress known for her roles as Darla on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Rita Bennett on Dexter, wore a strapless organza gown by Theia on her wedding day. Her bridesmaids also wore Theia — sparkling in their custom-designed cap-sleeved gowns covered in more than 1 million silver sequins.
Actress, writer, and producer, Linda Wallem, wore the Theia "Emma" wedding dress as she tied the knot with rock star Melissa Etheridge. Her gown was hand-embroidered with more than 100,000 ivory laser cut petals and featured a soft ombre full skirt with a romantic sweeping train.
Fun Facts about Theia
