We hired Lindsey as our month-of coordinator and it was one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. We had weekly calls going over every detail, and we handed off all of our communication and vendor contracts to her without any concern. On the day, everything moved seamlessly and there was never a moment that wasn’t handled by her. We cannot recommend her enough!
We engaged Lindsey for wedding day coordination and we couldn’t be more pleased. One month out, Lindsey took control of all the vendor coordination and logistics for the wedding day. It was such a relief to have her knowledge and experience to draw on, especially as we planned for potentially inclement weather. She was easy to work with and made herself available at any time to answer questions or consult. She was well organized, efficient and calm. The day before the wedding, she was onsite and made certain everything was prepped and ready to go. On the day of the wedding she worked behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and all the details were in order, allowing us to completely enjoy the day. Most importantly, Lindsey is an incredibly and authentically kind person. Our guests actually sought us out to tell us how impressed they were with her and how wonderfully nice she was to them. Five stars all the way!
We hired Lindsey with only 3 months left until our wedding and you never would have known we had a time crunch. The details were impeccable. Lindsey can do it all. She can design the most gorgeous table-scape but also figure out where the electrical wiring goes. We had to hire 100% outside vendors for a private residence and she was able to get all the vendors to work seamlessly together. Lindsey is responsive to texts/emails/calls and no detail is too small for her to consider. I will hire Lindsey for any party planning need in the future!!
We retained Lindsey as our month-of coordinator and can say without question that (other than deciding to get married) it was the best decision we made regarding our wedding.
She brought a wealth of experience and a level of calm, professionalism, and organization that we desperately needed. The weeks leading up to our wedding could have felt so stressful, but with Lindsey in control and managing everything with our vendors, we could relax knowing we were in such capable hands. And on the day of, it was invaluable to have Lindsey running the show.
Beyond her planning and coordinating skills, we truly felt that Lindsey was invested in our day and in us as a couple. It was exactly what we needed and we couldn’t be more grateful. We would highly recommend Lindsey to anyone!
We recently provided valet parking services for an event that was planned by Lindsey. Everything went really well! Lindsey is organized, communicates well, and is very attentive to the needs of the guests & the vendors! We definitely look forward to working with her again in the future!

I had essentially nothing planned for my wedding (less that 4 months away) when I added Lindsey to the team, so to say she needed to work in overtime was an understatement. Lindsey was brave and took it on with a smile and calmness. From external hiccups that were out of control, Lindsey remained steadfast and professional that everything would work out and it would be beautiful. She was right! Shockingly she turned the mess I had given her into something magical that all my friends and family are still raving about! She is extremely empathetic and flexible as well so even if you have a better plan going into hiring her than me - she can for sure still take your wedding to the next level of gorgeousness.
We hired Lindsey for month-of coordination for our wedding this past August. She did a wonderful job. She took over vendor communications about 4 weeks prior to the ceremony date, which was extremely helpful since the few weeks leading up to the wedding are busy enough as it is! In doing so, she was very thorough and conscientious, with an impressive ability to both keep track of all the details we had communicated to the vendors already, as well as talking us through additional decisions we had yet to make and other things we should think about. She was very organized and always a few steps ahead of us, kind, well prepared, and thoughtful, and just in general a pleasure to work with. We definitely felt well prepared for the wedding when the day arrived. We would definitely recommend her for couples getting married in the future!
Holy cow - where do I even start? Lindsey is not only the consummate professional, she is also kind and SO lovely to work with. You will want to be her best friend. She went above and beyond helping us with month of coordination. She had a solution for every challenge along the way, was there to listen, assist, share ideas, etc.. She is a steel trap and thinks of everything - I felt so well taken care of and prepared. The wedding day was seamless from start to finish. Highly, highly, highly recommend working with her if you have the opportunity! She was the absolute best!
We are so happy that we chose Lindsey as our "month-of"-coordinator. From the first phone call I had with her, I could tell she was extremely organized and she made us feel comfortable - we knew she would be able to handle the day and lift the weight off of our shoulders for our wedding weekend. She did exactly that, and, after a year of planning such a big event, it was the biggest relief as she took everything on, which truly allowed for us to enjoy our day with zero stress. She managed our multiple vendors with ease; is so professional, friendly, and just lovely to work with. Thank you, Lindsey!!
I agree with other reviewers that would have liked to give Lindsey 6 stars! Hiring Lindsey was the best decision we made! It is thanks to her that my daughter's wedding day was so wonderful. Lindsey was so easy to work with, so responsive and so "in charge". We were in such good hands and I could sit back and enjoy the day. She made great suggestions and made all the arrangements run flawlessly that day. I can't say enough about her. Don't hesitate to bring her along on your wedding journey! Its the best decision you can make and worth every penny!
If we were able to give Lindsey 6 stars across all categories, we would! Being a corporate event coordinator, I was somewhat nervous to turn the reigns over to someone else, but Lindsey immediately erased all of my fears when she took over my wedding plans. We had 120 people at our wedding and 22 people in the bridal party (not including the groom, bride, parents or grandparents) plus 2 different locations for ceremony and reception and she was able to navigate us all with ease! She was on top of every detail before I could think of it, handled aspects I never would have thought of and made our day seamless. We even had our guests telling us the next day that the flow/pace of our event in its entirety was perfect! She is a true professional with the knowledge an experience to make any wedding a star and she is one of the loveliest people we have ever met. Lindsey is the real deal and we would choose her again and again to coordinate our big day!
We worked with Lindsey during the "Month-Of" and she was fabulous. She was also generous in responding to emails before our month officially started, providing some recommendations and little pieces of advice. When our Month-Of services actually started, she couldn't have been easier to work with. She took care of all of the coordination of our vendors and made us feel really at ease. For example, I would get an email from a vendor with a problem/concern and start to stress over how to respond, and before I knew it I would see a reply from Lindsey answering the question having already provided a solution. She was really on top of it. She was also really lovely with my family and vendors on the day, while sticking to our plan and being firm when necessary (not letting pictures take longer than necessary, helping organize our guests and family members getting them where they needed to go - i.e., herding cats). She was even helpful figuring out how much to tip and took care of providing tips to vendors on the day. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
Working with Lindsey was absolutely incredible from start to finish. I had never planned a wedding or large event before and she was available at every step of the way for over a year for guidance and support. We had a large wedding at home and she coordinated everything the day of so that my family could just enjoy the night and relax. She connected us to the most incredible vendors who made the night spectacular. Many of our guests thought they were at an actual wedding venue due to the professional coordination of Lindsey and her staff. She was able to help us create a vision for the day when we were absolutely clueless as to what we were doing and in the end, all of our guests said that it was a wonderful reflection of us as a couple which was so important to us. I am so thankful to have picked Lindsey M Events because I am certain that they are responsible for the best day of my life being as special as it was.
We just celebrated our wedding yesterday and wanted to make sure we wrote a review for Lindsey immediately after. We chose to go with Lindsey’s ‘month of’ package, which meant that we made all of our own arrangements and then looped her in during the last few weeks to handle all of the final logistics and ensure that the day of our wedding ran smoothly. She swooped in and handled everything seamlessly. Even when some of the plans we’d set in place seemed to be a bit unrealistic—like a lobster bake in Manhattan or ice cream cakes in an un-air conditioned space in August or a ceremony in a public park where we’d have to clear people out—she never batted an eye and was on board with each and every one of our plans. Lindsey has a positive energy, is extremely responsive and organized and ensured that we had the exact day we wanted and did not have to worry for a moment.
Lindsey was there every step of the way. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she accompanied us on site visits, spoke with us regularly and quickly stayed ahead of any potential issues. On the day of, she arrived at the hotel in the morning, rode over to first look, set up our park ceremony, ensured that all of our guests had no issues with the transportation we provided, and when the reception was over, she brought everything back to our apartment so that we could enjoy the end of the day with our friends and family. My parents have commented several times about how invaluable of a resource she was and my father said we were lucky to have her. We would recommend Lindsey and her team without any reservation!
Hiring Lindsey was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process. If you can hire her to plan your entire wedding, you should. Lindsey did partial planning and day of coordination for us. From the very beginning she was helpful, super easy to work with, organized, and tuned in to what I was looking for in terms of vendors, decor, budget, and overall vibe of our wedding. She connected me with a great team of vendors who helped achieve the ideas we had, and she was extremely helpful in thinking ahead of things I hadn't thought of in terms of planning. In particular, it was great to know that if there was any issue that came up, Lindsey was on it. On the actual wedding day I wasn't stressed at all because I knew everything was planned and organized down to the last detail and I wouldn't have to be responsible for anything other than enjoying my day! Working with Lindsey was a dream and I would absolutely recommend her!
Lindsay has the personality of an angel! Incredibly patient and open to new ideas, she is mastering the art of gently steering you in a direction without you feeling pushed. A wonderful listener and a brilliant strategist, she completed all of the footwork with our myriad of vendors, their contracts, and kept us in line and on time every step of the way. Willing to go the extra mile, she came with me 50+ miles to my final fitting to make sure she was educated on my bustle (which was great because my MOH went AWOL!) and had my new husband's tuxedo pants fixed before cocktail hour (he split them in the limo after the ceremony). Prepared, smiling, and with amazing follow through, Lindsey is a fantastic partner and everything you want in someone who will make you feel at peace despite the hustle and bustle on your special day!
Quite simply, Lindsey is AMAZING! From my very first call with her, I was impressed by her level of organization, clear point of view, and calming demeanor. She continued to impress us throughout our entire planning experience always coming with great ideas on ways we could elevate the décor of the wedding, save money along the way, and where spending money on something would make the best impression. During the day of, I felt like I simply showed up to my wedding and everything just ran flawlessly all to the thanks of Lindsey. Even with it raining the day of our event, Lindsey was able to create a 3rd and much improved rain plan that left my guests not even realizing the ceremony was meant to be inside. All of the vendors that Lindsey recommended to us were also top rate as well as delivered really high value to us for the money spent. I am so glad that I hired Lindsey for our partial planning package and could not have imagined planning my wedding without her!
Working with Lindsey was a fantastic experience! We planned our wedding in 2 months so it was a huge relief to have Lindsey on board to manage the vendors and everything day-of. She is an incredible problem solver and her positive yet realistic take on everything fit well with our personalities. On the day of the wedding, she swept in, kept us all on schedule and really made the entire event flow seamlessly.

Lindsey & her assistant Ross were absolutely amazing. We truly could not have gotten through the day without them. It literally went off without a single hiccup. In the weeks leading up to the wedding day, Lindsey & I were in constant communication. So many things came up that I never would have even thought of without her help. Ross even came with us for all of our photos AND got the whole wedding party pizza in the middle of central park! Really - they are just incredible people and you would be incredibly lucky to have them with you for your wedding.
We couldn't fault Lindsey - she was so efficient, always contactable and was always a step ahead of us with troubleshooting the finer details of our big day. You won't find better!

When it began to rain a bit before my outdoor reception, Lindsey quickly switched some things around, coordinated with my venue, and was able to adjust things accordingly to ensured that it did not rain on my parade! I am so happy with the job that Lindsey did!
The best decision we made in planning our wedding was to bring Lindsey on board as our month-of coordinator! She quickly got up to speed on all of our vendor contracts and arrangements, and took a huge weight off of our shoulders as she coordinated with vendors about all of the logistics. She worked well with all of our vendors, who appreciated having such a knowledgeable, capable coordinator at the helm. There were multiple times when she thought of issues (and prevented them from becoming problems) of which we never would have been aware. On the day of our wedding, Lindsey and her wonderful assistant Alex made sure all of our careful plans were executed perfectly, and if there were any problems, they never let on. Lindsey even pinned my dress mid-reception after the bustle had come undone while I was dancing. We are so glad we decided to work with Lindsey and were even a little sad to say goodbye at the end of the reception! She let us have a worry-free wedding that exceeded our expectations. We found Lindsey and began working with her a year before our wedding date. Throughout the year she was such a support and really helped keep our planning on track. She is very organized, detailed, and punctual. She is easy to talk to, collaborate with, and gives great feedback. I described to her the very specific (and admittedly somewhat odd) vision I had for our wedding and she helped me execute it perfectly. Our wedding was such a success and my husband and I both describe it as simply perfect. Lindsey was such a huge hand in making our perfect wedding night happen.
Lindsey is amazing! She planned our entire wedding in only 6 months and it turned out better than we could have imagined. She has a great eye for design and is incredibly organized. Lindsey has the ability to understand your vision and make sure it is executed to perfection day-of.

Lindsey provided day-of styling and coordination for my wedding last Friday. I was a very hands-on bride, spending most of the last year crafting and pulling together details for our venue, and my biggest worry was that my "vision" would not be realized since I could not be there to help with the set-up. Lindsey was not only able to realize that vision, she improved upon it! I could not believe how perfect everything looked. Lindsey was incredible to work with. From our very first meeting, we knew we wanted to work with her because she was so down to earth, so organized and so experienced. She made our day run so smoothly and literally everyone at our wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Lindsey offered us advise based on her experience about things that we never would have thought to consider. And good thing we did because it made the night and day all the better. Her demeanor was professional and organized but also so warm and friendly. She was not overbearing but knew what needed to get done and got it done. From nearly one month out, we handed all of our planning needs over to her and didn't worry about a single thing from there on out. Lindsey was such a joy to have at our wedding. Not only was she courteous to my wife and me, she was like that with everyone! Our wedding party loved her because of her great personality. She kept us on track like a professional and when we needed to make moves, she mad sure our departures weren't abrupt and that our guests didn't feel like they were being ignored.
Lindsey was the best day of coordinator and designer. She has an amazing eye and understands exactly what you are going for. She was great to bounce ideas off of and we were able to create the beautiful look for our wedding. She is organized and fun to work with and our vendors loved working with her.
