With our catering company, we bring the kitchen to you!
We have a complete mobile commercial kitchen on wheels to serve the freshest foods. It gives us the ability to cater off-site plated service weddings, and offer food truck services!

From the moment we began planning our wedding, we knew that choosing the right caterer was essential: Michael's Event Catering not only met our expectations—they far exceeded them.
From our first conversation, Michael expertly guided us through the planning process for not just the catering, but the flow of the entire event. Michael stepped up and took the reigns becoming the central point of communication leading up to, and on the day of the wedding between the venue, band, tent company, and florist.
Michael and his team's willingness to go above and beyond truly sets them apart. Their keen eye for logistics meant that every potential hiccup was addressed before it could become an issue. His team managed their setup and takedown with such finesse that it enhanced the overall ambiance of our wedding.
The food was all impeccable and had rave reviews, the bartenders were attentive and efficient, and the raw bar and photobooth add-ons were the cherry on top.
We couldn't have pulled off the wedding (which we started planning only six months in advance) without Michael and his amazing team!

I used this caterer for a Thanksgiving/Birthday celebration and it was the best decision I made. The food was DELICIOUS and everything was set up perfectly for my guests to enjoy this special meal. Bill communicated throughout the entire process and made sure that everything went off as planned. They even made some special accommodations for my guests with food allergies. I highly recommend this caterer.

Such amazing food and such a great staff. They were so helpful and positive while we were there. We had a buffet, and there was no change in quality from the tasting to the day of. We got so many compliments on the food.

Our wedding coordinator got us in touch with Michael's and I am so glad she did! The food was amazing and everyone would not stop talking about the french fry bar. From our first tasting to the wedding itself, the food was always well done and tasted delicious.
Michael's staff made sure that I (the bride) and my husband were well fed, coming up to us a various points in the evening to ask if they could get us anything. The team even put together some to go boxes for us to have after the event. We would highly recommend Michael's to any other couple!

We are forever grateful to Michael and the entire crew for catering our backyard wedding!!! When our original wedding was cancelled due to Covid, we had less than a year to put together a large backyard wedding. Michael was absolutely amazing and met our every need. The staff was top notch, and our guests had nothing but amazing things to say about the service and incredible food! On top of everything, a tropical storm decided to roll in last minute, but Michael went out of his way to make sure everything would go as smooth as possible. We could not have asked for a better day, and Michael's had SO much to do with that. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

This is the 2nd time Michael did at wedding for our family at my MIL’s farm. He did everything from the tent to the food, and everything was amazing. Michael is responsive and knowledgeable, and he is a great listener who can then take your ideas and make them happen. To top off his amazing planning, his food was delicious. And I don’t want to leave out his staff, they were attentive, kind and funny! Thank you Michael!

Michaels Catering put together a beautiful backyard wedding in two months time for my husband and I, because of Covid-19. The tents, chairs, tables, and setup was so much more than we imagined. Especially the LIGHTS they helped us rent. The way they glimmered over the pool made our night especially magical. The caterers were awesome as well. They were friendly, professional, and on the ball with everything. The bartenders kept our drinks full and the servers made sure we had everything we needed. People were loving the food but most of all they were into the ice cream bar! Glenda was the main person we communicated with and she was excellent and keeping us in the loop, even with our last minute adjustments. The day could not have been more perfect, and this company was a huge part of that. If you're looking for a high-quality catering company, especially for outdoors, Michaels is the place to go!!!

Chef Michael provided full-service catering for my outdoor wedding in September 2019, and he and his team were great to work with. Michael incorporated many of my and (now) husband’s ideas right into a personalized dinner menu and made sure to answer any of our questions or address concerns. He was always reachable by phone and email, and even made an advanced visit to our venue to prepare for our big day. We had such an amazing wedding! My guests raved about their homemade lychee ice cream and lobster, and I was super happy about the day. Many thanks to Chef Michael and his team!

Yes, the food was great. Equally important, Michael made our wedding day easy. From start to finish (working with outside equipment vendors, ceremony and reception setup, and clean-up) his team was flexible, professional, and took work off our hands.
On the day of - they kept our guests happy and full with food and drinks. Could not have asked for more. Many compliments on the food, and multiple guests were obsessed with their pies (best cherry pie ever was mentioned- twice). Everyone enjoyed themselves, and we had a wonderful experience working with Michael.

Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University before working for various
esteemed catering and banquet companies. After studying and traveling extensively, Michael
