I will say that she’s not always the best at communicating via email, but that is in no way indicative of the service she provides. She and her stylists always made me feel like I was their only client when we did hop on the phone or meet in person – they were always so excited to talk to me and see me for trials. Given the choice, I would hands-down go with Beaute Luxe again. 😊

A little bit before the wedding, I decided I wanted to change my hairstyle and contacted Maria. She welcomed me back with open arms and although I felt awful wanting to come back to try again, she continued to reassure me that it was all about me and she strived to make me happy and she truly means it. Her and her team work so hard and they did on our wedding day with our hairstyles, make up, and any touch ups and any changes we wanted. hat she does. She's flexible, communicative, and understanding. My mother-in-law decided two days before the wedding (after Maria had already made our hair and makeup schedule several days prior) that she wanted her hair and makeup done as well. Maria made it work and acted like it was no big deal even though it felt like a big deal to me. On the wedding day Maria stuck to her schedule (only taking a break because I insisted and wanted a few minutes to collect myself before starting on my hair and makeup) and made the mother of the groom and each bridesmaid feel so special and taken care of. Everyone couldn't stop raving about how amazing Maria was and how fantastic she made them look. She was sociable and sweet towards all of us hanging out in the bridal suite. And as for my hair and makeup - she decided to kick my makeup up a few notches from the trial run - and I absolutely loved the added drama. She really knows what she's doing and she's going to make sure you and your ladies love your looks. I highly recommend working with Maria!

I wanted to look my very best on my wedding day, and I wanted to find the perfect artists! Maria and her team REALLY are the best! They are so sweet, understanding, and extremely talented. They let me do a second trial without hesitation when I changed my mind about hairstyles a few weeks before my wedding. I thought I wanted my hair down, but then I decided I wanted an updo. They wanted to make sure I felt confident about the hairstyle I was choosing before it got closer to the day. Maria's enthusiasm while I worked with her made me even more excited to get married! On my wedding day this past June 29th, it was blazing hot- 96 degrees and sunny!! I thought there was no way our hair and makeup would stay throughout the day, but it DID. THE WHOLE DAY AND NIGHT! Vanessa did my hair and makeup, and I have never felt more beautiful than I did that day. She gave me a cute little makeup touch-up kit to use throughout the day, but I didn't even need to use it! My bridesmaids and my mom looked absolutely stunning. I kept telling them all to take up modeling because they were so unbelievably beautiful. We would all agree that the ladies at Beaute Luxe really know what they are doing and will make you feel gorgeous on your wedding day!

my hair was exactly how I wanted it. She made the morning of my wedding so special and she is nice to have around because she is calming (especially when people can be stressed out). She is the best person at makeup too. I have fair skin and normally don't wear a lot of makeup, and she made my skin look flawless with the right hint of colors to compliment my skin tone. Maria and her 2 assistants were extremely prompt to my hotel room at 6:45 AM and had even offered to arrive earlier to make sure her team was finished with myself and 10 others in plenty of time. Maria provided me a timetable of appointments to hand out to my bridal party and moms. And despite urging each person to be there 15 minutes early, my first two bridesmaids were late! But Maria and her team adjusted throughout the day and didn’t blink twice. Like Maria, her team is bubbly, talkative, and absolutely enjoyable. It made for a very fun and stress free bridal suite!! Throughout the process, Maria and I became friends, talked about family and weddings, and shared stories about our furry, four-legged children! Maria and her team are not only reliable and very reasonably priced compared to competitors, but they’re amazing and genuine people that care about making you feel as beautiful as possible on your special day!

Maria got back to me right away so I decided to have her do my hair and makeup for my engagement photo shoot. I was blown away with her work and hired her right on the spot! Some of my girls were particular about what they wanted (some like the natural look, some like very dark makeup) and Maria's team could accomplish it ALL! Not only are they amazing at what they do, they are truly kind, genuine people. Maria treated me like a princess - she took care of me from start to finish. She was patient when I changed what I wanted with my hair three times. She did my moms, mother of the grooms, and Grandmother's hair & makeup and they were so respectful to all of them. I had 9 bridesmaids and 4 additional who all got their hair and makeup done and they completed on time and each one turned out AMAZING! I could go on and on but I am in the wedding industry and I have so much confidence in Maria and her team that I will refer them to EVERYONE bride!!!! THEY ARE AMAZING!

I was a bit worried about how my hair would turn out because I asked Maria to put in hair extensions on the wedding day which was not something that I had thought about doing during my actual hair trial. Everything turned out amazing though. She ended up fixing my hair in a beautiful long fishtail braid. My hair and makeup lasted well throughout all our wedding festivities. Thanks for everything, Maria!

mom look flawless. They stuck to the schedule, however hair did take a little longer than we scheduled for, so make sure you have a little extra time built in for touch-ups! Nevertheless, they stuck around until everybody was completely satisfied with their look. I definitely recommend these two! Unfortunately, I took off two stars for lack of professionalism and poor customer service from Maria. The contract states that 40% of the balance is due at a pre-determined day before the wedding and the remaining 60% is due the day of. The hair and makeup trials were included in the contract balance, however, Maria told us that we needed to pay for the trial at the trial because "that is what they normally do" (which we weren't prepared for, but it wasn't a big deal and we did pay it at that time). Our wedding was on Saturday, and on Thursday night (10:15 PM) before the wedding, she calls me asking me if I can get her the final balance before Saturday. We cited the contract (the payment was not due until Saturday, and we had a busy Friday planned!), and ended up paying the final balance the day of the wedding, not including the trial that we already paid for. The morning after my wedding (Sunday, 9:00 AM) I got a phone call and text message from Maria accusing me of not paying the complete final balance (she did not properly keep track of our payments, and insisted that I owed her the amount of money that we paid at the trial). If you decide to go with Beaute Luxe, make sure you read the contract carefully and keep records of your payments! Also, be prepared for Maria to ask you to pay for the trial at the trial and to receive phone calls at completely inappropriate times. With that being said, their services really were great and we were very happy with how our hair and makeup turned out, I was just very surprised by the lack of professionalism from Maria.

They were very prompt and worked continuously so we were finished ahead of schedule. Everyone looked wonderful and we got endless compliments all night. Maria packed up a little kit for me too so my sister could touch up my makeup as the day wore on. I cannot recommend her enough!!
