Vow Renewal Wedding Venues Across the US

Going through dozens of places to renew wedding vows can feel daunting. That's why we gathered 13 top-notch spaces around the US to help with your decision.

The Booking House in Manheim, Pennsylvania

The Booking House is a family-owned industrial venue offering three levels of indoor space to host your celebration. The venue can accommodate up to 250 guests, and there's no guest count minimum for their full wedding packages. We love that the venue is handicap accessible, farmhouse tables are available to rent for dinner, and you get a day-of coordinator and can book additional bartending services. But what makes this one of our favorite vow renewal ceremony locations is its unique history. The Booking House used to be a cigar warehouse, built in 1884, for 50 years, and one of the ways they nod to that is by having a mezzanine-level cigar lounge.

Scott Conference Center in Omaha, Nebraska

Looking for venues for a vow renewal suitable for a large guest count? The Scott Conference Center is a modern event space with room for up to 500 guests. They offer a ballroom reception area and ceremony room, which you can take a 360-degree virtual tour of on their website. Some complimentary services they offer are on-site parking, cake cutting and a dance floor. For an additional fee, you can take advantage of their in-house caterer for a plated or buffet-style dinner, which can be personalized to your tastes. (One client review said, "I lost count of the number of rave reviews for how good the food was.") The number one reason you should consider this Nebraska venue is because of the abundance of reviews the venue had for its amazing and attentive staff.

Newport Vineyards in Middletown, Rhode Island

The Newport Vineyards are located on over 100 acres of preserved farmland and have been family-owned for almost 25 years. The venue has a rustic and industrial chic look in its three available spaces. The Newport Vineyards can hold 100 to 150 guests and offer covered and uncovered outdoor ceremony spaces with gorgeous views of the vineyard in the background. (There's also an indoor area, the Tank Room, for the colder months.) Not only is this one of the most romantic places for a vow renewal, but it's also great for those who appreciate locally sourced and farm-to-table cuisine. The delicious wine and beer are made on-site while the food service is led by a James Beard-nominated executive chef.

The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge in Snoqualmie, Washington

For couples looking for scenic views, check out The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge. This luxurious vow renewal venue is on a golf course and can accommodate up to 300 guests between the main and Cascadia ballrooms or the Mount Si space. There's a lawn area for those who want an outdoor celebration too. Two things couples love about the location are the breathtaking views of Mount Si and the Snoqualmie Valley and the tasty meals from the on-site restaurant.

Louisiana Castle in Franklinton, Louisiana

Located almost two hours from New Orleans, Louisiana Castle is one of the best places to renew vows in the United States if you want a fairytale-themed celebration. This woman-owned business has an outdoor area for the ceremony, a ballroom for the reception and a throne room to take on theme photos. Up to 350 guests can be hosted by the venue and numerous packages are available that include catering, a DJ, a wedding coordinator and decor. Our favorite part about the venue is that couples having evening affairs can request to stay in the Juliet Suite, which occupies the entire top floor of the castle, overnight.

Find your kind of venue

From barns to ballrooms, discover reception venues that feel like you.

The Brownstone in Topeka, Kansas

Whether it's a winter or summer affair, The Brownstone can host your vow renewal on their five-acre land. You can have your ceremony among the lush trees and gardens on the Limestone Patio and gather in the barn's reception hall, which holds up to 200 people, to keep the party going. We love how the venue has a one-event-per-day policy so you can feel secure that you and your guests can enjoy the day without feeling rushed.

Robert at the Museum of Arts and Design in New York, New York

Renew your wedding vows in New York in Robert at the Museum of Arts and Design. Described as a modern American restaurant, Robert is on top of the Museum of Arts and Design and has stunning views of Central Park and Columbus Circle. While the restaurant can accommodate 75 guests, you also have the 7th floor as an option, which can seat 143 people. Beyond praising the talented staff, couples were impressed by how comprehensive some of their packages are, which include a top-notch open bar, three-course menu and tasty wine selection.

Haiku Gardens in Kaneohe, Hawaii

Haiku Gardens is known as a "private paradise" on the island of Oʻahu. You can have your vow renewal ceremony in the tropical garden, which can hold 175 guests, or their open-air chapel. Unfortunately, you can only do a ceremony or a reception, but if you would like to do a reception at this location you can host it at their restaurant. Despite this obstacle, the lush Ko'olau mountains bordering the venue made many couples feel like they had the most magical celebration.

The Oaks in Castle Rock, Colorado

Only 25 minutes from Denver is The Oaks, one of the greatest places to renew wedding vows. After being completely remodeled in 2020, the venue overlooks the 18th hole of the Plum Creek Golf Course and has space for 225 guests. Exchange vows outside to enjoy views of Castle Rock, be indoors in the Ballroom or the stone wall Foyer. Our favorite room is The Oak Room, which is their "art-deco-inspired cocktail lounge," that has multiple TVs (for your love story slideshow), a wrap-around patio and a full bar.

The Larimore in Saint Louis, Missouri

One couple described The Larimore as a "hidden gem" and we couldn't agree more. Sitting on six acres of farmland, this vow renewal venue was built in 1858 and was recently beautifully restored. If you want natural scenery, use the marble gazebo for the ceremony or use the chapel for your indoor needs. The location can cater to 180 guests and has a banquet center to hold your reception. Our favorite review was from a mother who said the venue allowed her daughter to have a horse-drawn carriage on the property––this shows how receptive the staff is to big and creative ideas.

Honeypot in Los Angeles, California

Honeypot is a warehouse wedding venue that sits in the heart of South Park District in Downtown Los Angeles. You have two areas for your indoor event, which are interconnecting rooms so guests can flow easily from one place to the next. Comfortably seating 100 guests, we like the industrial space's high ceilings and whitewashed brick walls. The venue's minimal design allows couples who want a blank canvas to fully transform their vow renewal location into whatever they want.

Ashton Garden Atlanta in Sugar Hill, Georgia

Bring up to 300 of your loved ones to Ashton Garden Atlanta, which, despite its name, is about one hour from Georgia's capital. Crystal chandeliers hang in the elegant and spacious ballroom while dark wood complements the white walls in the chapel. The best architectural feature at this venue is the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which explains why it's labeled as a European and nature-inspired space.

Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada

Many couples choose to renew their wedding vows in Vegas so why not join them by picking the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort? The Native American-owned business allows you to choose from two indoor spaces, The Mountain View Room and The Lakeside Room, for your ceremony or reception which takes 300 guests. You can also pick to exchange vows on the lawns with the towering mountains behind you. If you and your partner want on-site help for your vow renewal, you're in luck because the resort has a bar and catering team ready to serve great drinks and cuisine.

What to Look for in Vow Renewal Wedding Venues

Like weddings, vow renewals can range from intimate elopement-style affairs with just the two of you and your closest loved ones to lavish celebrations with a full ceremony and reception. You might remember these tips from while finding a wedding venue, but if you need a refresher here's help to guide your search and ensure you find the perfect match.

Figure out the look you want.

Before you look at specific vow renewal venues, carve out time to sit down with your spouse and get clear on what type of vibe you both desire for your event. Do you want to hop on a plane and go somewhere tropical just the two of you? Do you want to plan a getaway with close friends and family? Or, do you want to go all out with a ceremony and reception? There's no right or wrong choice here, but deciding on the overall style and size of your vow renewal will help you create your budget and narrow down your options.

Choose a sentimental location.

When choosing the best place to renew your vows, going with a spot that holds some sentimental value for you and your partner is always a good idea, as it makes the wedding vows that much more meaningful. Maybe it's the city you met, a bucket-list destination you've always dreamed of traveling to together or where you had your first date. Think back on your love story from the beginning and pinpoint specific places special to you.

Think outside the box.

Some couples prefer a traditional vow renewal, while others like to color outside the lines and want to use this as an opportunity to get creative and do something wild and unique for their reaffirmation. To help you brainstorm ideas, think of hobbies or activities you both enjoy. For instance, if you love scuba diving, you can renew your vows underwater while hanging out with sea lions and sea turtles. If you want to see the world from above, say I love you in a hot-air balloon. Or, you can have a wild vow renewal in Las Vegas. The possibilities are endless.

Wedding Vow Renewal Locations

You've already gone through the process of figuring out where you should get married. Now, it's time to think about searching "vow renewal venues near me." To help get your ideas flowing, here are five of the most common places to renew your vows. Whatever option you choose, it's bound to be a memorable day.

Set up your backyard.

Although it may seem super simple, there's something heartwarming about saying "I do" again in the place you call home. The beauty of using your backyard is it will save you money, and you'll have the creative freedom to plan your dream vow renewal. This is a perfect option for couples wanting a small and intimate affair.

Go frolic and renew your vows in nature.

Nature-loving couples will delight in having their vow renewal someplace where they can immerse themselves in Mother Earth. National parks like Yosemite and Joshua Tree make some of the best places to renew your vows, and you can expect spectacular photographs. Note that many national parks require permits, so do your research early.

Pick a beautiful hotel.

Hotels can be a simple, streamlined option for renewing your vows. If you want to keep the celebration local, look for a boutique hotel near you. Or, you can make it a destination vow renewal and book a luxury hotel or beach resort. This is a good option for couples who crave a fuss-free vow renewal, as many hotels around the globe offer vow renewal packages that include everything you need for a memorable celebration, from the officiant to couples massages.

Have your special day at the beach.

If having your toes in the sand is a top priority for you, consider beach wedding vow renewal venues. Beaches are hands down one of the most romantic places to host a celebration. The white sand and turquoise waters would make an incredible backdrop as you place a sparkling vow renewal ring on your partner. Or, if you live near a coast, it can be the beach you and your spouse frequent the most.

Choose a place meaningful to you.

What better way to revisit the magic of your wedding day than by hosting your vow renewal at the venue where you got married or the place where you honeymooned? Your wedding venue or the city where you spent your honeymoon are already sentimental places infused with your love story. Saying your wedding vows there again, whether it's five years or a few decades later, will feel like a full-circle moment.
