Additionally, the luxury hotel has 433 guest rooms and is situated mere miles from the famed Walt Disney World amusement park.

The main venue opened in 2024, but the Black- and woman-owned property has big plans to continue expanding with a tasting room and manor house both set to open in 2025. Hotel 1928 in Waco, Texas
Calling all Fixer Upper fans—you can now tie the knot at a Chip and Joanna Gaines-designed (and owned!) hotel. While the Texas duo is known for their modern farmhouse style, Hotel 1928 in Waco, Texas, is an aesthetic deviation that leans into a Roaring Twenties vibe. As the name alludes to, the building is actually from the early 1900s and Chip and Joanna sought to honor the property's stories past by creating a design worthy of F. Scott Fitzgerald. The reimagined space has 6,600 square feet of event space and 33 guest rooms (including a group suite that sleeps up to 12 and would be perfect for getting ready before the wedding). Plus, there are 150 dedicated parking spaces that can be utilized if you anticipate having a lot of attendees drive to the celebration.

St. Regis Chicago in Chicago, Illinois
The St. Regis Chicago is a five-star hotel located in a 101-story tower situated near the point where the Chicago River opens into Lake Michigan. This 2023 opening was significant for many reasons. First, the property was designed by American architect Jeanne Gang and became the tallest building in the world designed by a woman (she actually broke her own previous record in designing this space!). Additionally, the opening marks the St. Regis brand's debut expansion into the Midwest. The luxury property boasts 192 rooms, and eight event rooms totaling 11,533 square feet. Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection in Fort Worth, Texas
On the hunt for a Texas wedding venue with style and class? Bowie House, Auberge Resorts Collection, opened in 2023, is just the ticket. The hotel has seven distinct event spaces totalling 10,000 square feet of meeting space with capacities ranging from 20 to 300 depending on which room you select. Oxbow Estate is a new wedding nestled on 10 acres along the Neuse River just outside Raleigh. Of note, the venue has 12-foot ceilings, 8,000 square feet of event space, on-site accommodations for 20 guests, and capacity for more than 300 guests to attend the wedding.

Willow Hill in Brooklyn, Connecticut

Anytime I close my eyes and imagine a Conrad property, I am immediately reminded of the brand's signature Byredo scent: Mojave Ghost. So, what can you expect from the new luxury hotel property? 12,000 square feet of event space for up to 300 guests, a 16,000-square-foot rooftop terrace with sweeping views of the City of Angels, and 305 modern hotel rooms. Additionally, Heights House has nine suites (with continental breakfast included) that can fit up to 20 guests who wish to stay on-site.
