North Carolina is known for its diverse landscapes, including mountains, beaches, tranquil forests and rolling fields. The state is also home to some eclectic cities and charming small towns, all of which are home to some seriously incredible wedding venues. When rounding up the best wedding venues in NC, it was essential to feature a range of different options, including but not limited to: mountain estates, luxury hotels, historic buildings and breweries and vineyards.

Additionally, when planning your North Carolina wedding, consider the fact that the Tar Heel State is a four-season destination, which means outdoor weddings will most likely only take place in the summer months. That said, keep in mind that the climate varies depending on where you are in the state. For example, the weather tends to be the most temperate along the coast, with mild winters and hot summers. Meanwhile, in the mountains, the temperatures can drop below freezing in the wintertime. With all this in mind, you'll notice that most of the North Carolina wedding venues featured below offer both indoor and outdoor event spaces to choose from, depending on the season.
