Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona

Phoenix's 140-acre Desert Botanical Garden is a stunning Southwestern botanical garden located within Arizona's Papago Park. Here, you can hold a daytime or sunset wedding ceremony and reception surrounded by desert plants and the Papago Buttes. On-site event spaces include the Amphitheater & Binns Wildflower Pavilion, the Steele Herb Garden, the Webster Center and the Dorrance Center. The View at The Battery is a highly rated event venue located in New York City's The Battery (formerly Battery Park), a 25-acre public park on the southern tip of Manhattan. Asticou Inn in Northeast Harbor, Maine

A short walk from Acadia National Park is Maine's Asticou Inn, an inn and restaurant overlooking the Northeast Harbor. Welcoming groups of 20 to 200 for special events, the inn has much to offer engaged couples. Asticou event spaces are comprised of the Grand Lawn, the Dining Room, the Outdoor Patio and the Harbor View Room. A full property rental costs $7,000 and includes use of the entire restaurant, bar, lounge, common rooms, covered porch and deck during your event. Also included are ceremony chairs, indoor tables, linens, glassware, flatware and plates. The Gardens at Heather Farm in Walnut Creek, California

The Gardens at Heather Farm is a public garden, education center and special event venue located in California's East Bay region. A highlight of marrying at this venue is that you'll find greenery on the property year-round and florals from March through November. Outside, there is a dreamy rose-covered gazebo surrounded by 1,000 rose bushes, a grassy area with panoramic views of surrounding gardens, a meadow lawn and a patio-pavilion with a granite bar for cocktail hour. For indoor receptions, the Camellia Room is available. Features include hardwood floors, a lofted ceiling with exposed beams and large windows.

The Lake House at Pelican Bay in Greenwood Village, Colorado

Located in Colorado's Cherry Creek State Park, the Lake House at Pelican Bay is Denver's only beachfront wedding venue. The all-inclusive venue combines the best of the mountains and the water—and what more could you want in a park setting? Wedding facilities include the Tiki Beach and Breezeway Patio, the Sail Bandshell designed by architect Caleb Childress, and various getting-ready spaces. Additionally, the Lake House comes stocked with 20 five-foot round tables, two four-foot round tables, six eight-foot rectangle tables, six six-foot rectangle tables, 200 dark wood folding chairs, 150 white folding chairs and 20 adjustable cocktail tables.

Glacier Park Weddings & Events in West Glacier, Montana

Enjoy Glacier National Park and Montana's stunning outdoors at Glacier Park Weddings & Events at the Great Northern Resort. Specializing in outdoor weddings, the company has a ceremony site that boasts panoramic views of the peaks of Glacier National Park, as well as a secluded reception meadow—white tent included—surrounded by pine trees. If you're hosting an out-of-town wedding, your guests can stay on-site at the Great Northern Resort's West Glacier Lodge or one of five Swiss chalets. While your venue rental includes only the basics (the ceremony and reception sites, event tent and access to water, electricity and restrooms), the venue can recommend wedding coordinators to assist you in the planning process.

Eagan Community Center in Eagan, Minnesota

The Eagan Community Center, located within the city of Eagan's Central Park, refers to itself as the Twin Cities' premier wedding location—and it's evident why. The Oaks banquet facility is surrounded by a lush landscape visible via floor-to-ceiling windows. Plus, there are four outdoor venues for ceremonies. Whether you're opting for a casual vibe or elegance, you can throw your ideal event, with up to 350 people, here. Packages are available for both outdoor ceremonies and indoor ceremonies followed by a reception inside the Oaks. If you want to hold your reception elsewhere, you can do that too: For $600, you can purchase the Ceremony Only, Gazebo or Bandshell package.

The Redwoods in Yosemite in Wawona, California

For many, the idea of marrying at Yosemite National Park may be a dream. Thanks to the Redwoods in Yosemite, that dream can become a reality. The organization has 120 vacation home rentals located inside of Yosemite National Park in the town of Wawona, and they can help you understand—and plan—a Yosemite wedding. First, in order to throw a truly private event (aka no interruptions from park visitors), the Redwoods recommends renting a vacation property or the Redwoods in Yosemite Wedding and Event Center. For your event center wedding, you can hire a caterer of your choice, bring your own alcohol, decor and entertainment and, with permission, use the on-site fireplaces.

The Mansion at Tuckahoe in Jensen Beach, Florida

The Mansion at Tuckahoe in Florida meets all the expectations of a Florida wedding venue—palm trees, waterfront vistas, pretty sunsets—and that's why we love it. You've likely seen photos of Colorado's jaw-dropping Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, but did you know you can get married there too? Here is a breakdown of the one-of-a-kind wedding spaces: The Trading Post Backyard is an outdoor venue, with views of the valley and rock formations, perfect for ceremonies. The Rock Room, an interior event space, was built around a red rock, bringing it—literally—into wedding receptions.
