The Knot Editors' Best Bachelorette Party Destinations Picks
The Knot Editors love to travel and have been on numerous bachelorette trips, so we know the best spots to celebrate. Below are some good bachelorette party destinations that are on our radar or we've experienced (and loved) firsthand.
Annapolis, Maryland
According to Sarah Hanlon, a bachelorette trip enthusiast and an editor at The Knot, Annapolis is one of the most slept-on bachelorette party destinations. "Coastal hot spots like Ocean City or Assateague Island might come to mind when you think of places to go in Maryland, but Annapolis is a rising 'hidden gem.' Just south of Baltimore, this charming, seaside town is brimming with activities for all groups, from farmers markets perfectly paired with a 'She's Off the Market' bachelorette party theme to scenic walking trails and sprawling wineries."
- Where to stay: There are lots of great accommodations for you and your group in Annapolis. Find top-notch rental homes through Airbnb and Vrbo, or look into spots visitors and natives love in the Historic District or Eastport areas. Check out Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Graduate By Hilton Annapolis or The Westin Annapolis if you want easy access to nightlife or waterfront views.
- Where to eat: "Spend a day in town hitting the shops, then get your seafood fix at Buddy's Crabs & Ribs or Sailor Oyster Bar. If your group will be in town on a Sunday, stop by Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge to take advantage of their Italian Night specials, which includes $12 pastas and $7 Aperol spritzes and espresso martinis," Hanlon suggests.
- What to do: "Soak up the sun and indulge in a few rosé flights at Great Frogs Winery or The Vineyards at Dodon, or take in the sights with a Watermark yacht tour," Hanlon says. If your group enjoys history, visit the Maryland State House and do a self-guided tour. You can also take a 15-minute drive from downtown Annapolis to Sandy Point State Park to lay out by the beach and take in the beautiful view of Chesapeake Bay.
Charleston, South Carolina
Kate Traverson, one of Charleston, South Carolina's biggest fans and senior manager of branded content at The Knot, says the city is considered one of the best places for a bachelorette party for numerous reasons. "Full of southern charm and pastel-colored buildings, the 'Holy City' has no shortage of fantastic food, cobblestone streets and vibrant nightlife."
- Where to stay: Get full privacy by booking an Airbnb or see Southern hospitality on display at The Charleston Place, located in the city's historic district. Consider The Beach Club at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina, an award-winning luxury resort, or The Restoration Hotel, which offers complimentary rides within a two-mile radius in their on-site Jeep. If you want to host a seaside celebration, choose Wild Dunes Resort, nestled on the northernmost tip of Charleston's Isle of Palms. Just south of Charleston, you'll come across Folly Beach, South Carolina, where many bachelorette groups rent oceanfront homes. And don't forget to check out The Ryder Hotel, a super-cute property that offers a bachelorette party package, which includes accommodations, decor and a $100 hotel credit towards their on-site dining or private workout class.
- Where to eat: Halls Chophouse is one of Charleston's most beloved restaurants and is a must if you love Southern fare. "For creative eats, don't miss FIG for elevated southern classics, Xiao Bao Biscuit for funky Asian fusion offered in a former gas station and Leon's Fine Poultry & Oyster Shop for the ultimate combo, oysters and fried chicken," Traverson says.
- What to do: "To soak up the history, stroll around The Battery and drool over the nearby historic homes, then stop by Rainbow Row for the iconic, colorful Georgian rowhouses," Traverson suggests. (Psst: Rainbow Row, one of Charleston's most popular Instagram photo opportunities, is even better via bike tour.) End it with beach yoga or meditation. If your group wants something spooky to do, Bulldog Tours' ghost walk is a fun way to see Charleston by night, while Kiawah Island awaits by day for scenic bike rides and cool group activities like wine tasting. "During sunset, grab a drink at Citrus Club on the roof of The Dewberry, then hop to Last Saint for unbeatable cocktails, and if you stumble upon the secret, menu-less Annex bar hidden inside…you didn't hear it from me.
Ibiza, Spain
I love Ibiza. Why? Because the Balearic Island, renowned for partying, is so much more than its famed clubs where DJs attract crowds of music lovers. One of the most-cool bachelorette destinations on our list, the location has slowly become mainstream outside of trendy Europeans. Just book early and expect high prices since summer is extremely popular and busy on the island.
- Where to stay: Airbnb or Vrbo is the way to go in Ibiza, especially if you're rolling with four or more for a bachelorette party. Opt for a tranquil villa with a view of the sea from the balcony or a house that's close to all the action. Look at this villa with four bedrooms and a saltwater pool, or start the booking process with this peaceful property located a little less than two miles from an abundance of bars and restaurants. I also highly recommend the Ibiza Gran Hotel, a five-star, luxury accommodation that has an adults-only area.
- What to eat: The seasonal island is buzzing with activity from Dalt Vila (Old Town) to local restaurants, including Cipriani Ibiza and Zuma—my favorites for groups. Between seafood and tasty meat dishes, Ibiza is brimming with plenty of dining and bar options, perfect for groups. Try out Bar Costa or El Chiringuito for a fancy and scenic meal.
- What to do: Planning on taking everyone to party at Pacha one night then keeping it low key the next day? Then take your squad on a trip across the island to the quiet charm of Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera. Groups will also want to enjoy Cala Bassa for its famous sandy shores and daytime beach parties.
Nantucket, Massachusetts
Cathryn Haight, a New England expert and an editor at The Knot, breaks down why the small island should be on your must-see list: "Sure, I get it, some people want a high-octane bach locale. But me, I'd want to be surrounded by the sea and shingle-style cottages. Nantucket is the place if you want to get that vibe right."
- Where to stay: The cost for traditional accommodations like hotels can be expensive in Nantucket, especially during peak season. To save yourself and the rest of your group some money, check Airbnb and Vrbo for vacation rentals so you can split costs. Also, if you're booking a home during peak season, keep in mind that some hosts prefer groups staying for at least a week.
- What to eat: Haight says, "The Chanticleer Restaurant & Garden has one of the most charming lunches on the island," and that bachelorette parties can get "delightfully overstuffed sandwiches" from Something Natural. "For dinner, try CRU—a scene-y seafood spot—Ventuno for housemade pasta served on a vibey little patio or Millie's for tacos by the water and a possible Amy Poehler sighting, per my experience," she says.
- What to do: After finishing a tasty lunch at The Chanticleer Restaurant & Garden, Haight suggests strolling down Sconset Bluff Walk, "where you can admire the ocean on one side and sneak a peek into the gardens of Victorian homes on the other." Don't forget to rent some bikes while you're on the island, so you can spend time playing in the waves at Steps Beach, which Haight considers the warmest and calmest waters on the island. "Sip a great beer and enjoy live music at the original location of Cisco Brewers, a buzzy brewery based on the island that has much better vibes and decidedly less bros in backwards hats to elbow through than its Boston-Seaport counterpart. Then, continue your evening out downtown with cocktails at The Club Car and dancing at island mainstay The Chicken Box."
Newport, Rhode Island
"The mecca for all coastal grandmothers, Newport is one of my favorite places to visit in the entire US. Cookie-cutter landscaping and postcard-worthy seaside vistas aside, this Rhode Island town is the perfect marriage of history, coastal ambiance and cosmopolitan flair," Hanlon says. During the summer months, bachelorette groups have plenty of party options with all the benefits that accompany a resort town like Newport.
- Where to stay: Stay near the water in this nautical town where cozy rental homes abound on Airbnb and Vrbo. If you're looking to stay at a resort, however, Newport Harbor Island Resort is situated on Goat Island and surrounded by Narragansett Bay. It's a short walk or car ride away from Newport, and if you'd prefer a shuttle, that's available too. Two other great options are Hammetts Hotel, a waterfront accommodation close to everything, and Wellington Resort, which offers a convenient "Newport Girls Weekend Package."
- What to eat: Authentic clam chowder is everywhere in Newport, including The Black Pearl. For a no-frills New England seafood experience, try Flo's Clam Shack. Sarah has some suggestions of her own: "Make a reservation for lunch on the terrace of Ocean House to enjoy lobster rolls with a view of Holiday House and the sparkling Atlantic sea. You can also relax with limoncello spritzes and oysters at The Landing, The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar or The Reef while plotting which yacht you'd like to buy for your group.
- What to do: "Fuel up on whipped coffees from The Nitro Bar before a day of sightseeing at the historic Gilded Age mansions, then savor a chilled glass of rosé while watching the sunset on an Adirondack chair at Castle Hill Inn. If you're celebrating a Swiftie, allot an afternoon to drive an hour west to Watch Hill so you can stroll around Taylor Swift's luxe beach neighborhood," Hanlon says. You can also shop for hours at Bowen's Wharf, stroll Cliff Walk to take advantage of its perfect Insta-photo backgrounds or charter a sailboat for the afternoon.
New York City, New York
I'm biased as a New Yorker, but this city has it all for bachelorette celebrations, whether it be a one- or three-night itinerary. New York City has iconic tourist backdrops (hello, Empire State), world-class shopping and boozy brunches. Across its five boroughs, bachelorette parties will find incredible dining options, adorable neighborhoods, enthralling views and a never-ending buzz that pulsates through its millions of residents.
- Where to stay: While tourists and the girlies have flocked to The Hotel Chelsea (and those fries by Chef Simon are not to be messed with), I prefer the swanky Parisian-based Fouquet's New York in Tribeca. But since NYC has many neighborhoods (each unique in its own way), I have other suggestions too. One of Midtown's best options for bach parties, especially if your besties love Broadway, is the Sofitel New York. Centrally located and right off Fifth Avenue, this hotel makes it easy for groups to zip across the island from the Hudson to the FDR. Plus, the Balmain bathroom products are a sumptuous touch. Make your way down 10 to 15 blocks and you'll find yourself in NoMad, where we suggest the Virgin Hotel. Inspired by the concept of "play," this property is in line with the bach party ethos. In Lower Manhattan, trendy options include The Standard, East Village, PUBLIC Hotel or Sixty LES. If the bach party theme is Gossip Girl and the group is willing to splurge, The Ritz-Carlton Central Park on the Upper East Side offers unobstructed views of Central Park with direct access to world-class shopping on Fifth Avenue. Across the East River in Brooklyn, The Wythe Hotel, The Williamsburg Hotel and the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge all pass the vibe check too. And for those interested in renting a house for their NYC stay, Airbnb and Vrbo has you covered.
- Where to eat: Unless you're reserving a private event space, you'll want to think through group dining options for your bach party. I recommend Aqua New York for its gorgeous, spacious interiors and the buzzed-about Coqodaq, an upscale Korean fried chicken spot that I frequent at least once a quarter. Bachelorette parties will particularly love the dinner scene, as well as another city pastime: brunching. Options include Ladurée Soho for a pretty French garden experience, Russ & Daughters (if you can get in) or Jack's Wife Freda (fair warning: the SoHo outpost is scene-y and deliciously ripe for people-watching). For dinner, snag a table at Carbone, where the spicy rigatoni is a must, or the revamped Monkey Bar, where gorgeous people sightings are common. (Taylor Swift might even drop by.) If your group wants to visit the hip Meatpacking District, Catch is your best bet.
- What to do: Good places for bachelorette parties are ones that have plenty of fun things to do. The afternoon itinerary should involve some walking and sightseeing. We recommend visiting The Plaza for afternoon tea at The Palm Court. If your crew has a great sense of humor, stop by the Comedy Cellar in Greenwich Village, where celebrity comedian drop-ins are known to happen. For the group who wants an elevated experience, and we're being literal, set your sights on the One World Observatory or Edge NYC in Hudson Yards. At last: No New York trip is complete without shopping, a Broadway show or two and a sunset cocktail at one of the city's many rooftop bars.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Chapelle Johnson, a lover of Spanish-speaking destinations and an associate editor at The Knot, says San Juan bachelorettes are constantly popping up on her TikTok right now. "With jaw-dropping beaches, mouthwatering food and vibrant nightlife, it's no wonder San Juan, Puerto Rico is a social media favorite and considered one of the best bachelorette destinations," she says. Close to the East Coast of the US, most groups will devote a short-distance flight to arrive in a world enriched with culture and fun. Your group will love the tantalizing restaurant and nightlife scenes in San Juan, as well as the beauty of the island during the daytime.
- Where to stay: San Juan runs the gamut when it comes to bachelorette rental or hotel options. Check into an Airbnb or Vrbo for unique waterfront or downtown lodging. Depending on the central base, groups can easily access amazing nightlife options and a delightful culinary scene. For this, we recommend a stay at the Don Rafa Boutique Hotel & Residencies or the O:live Boutique Hotel. Condado Ocean Club is also a great choice because of its infinity pool, spacious rooms and top-notch hotel bar.
- What to eat: Some group dining options in San Juan that your bach party will love include Puerto Criollo, MUSA and Casita Miramar, but Johnson has more suggestions. "Put Jacinta Cuisine on your must-go list if having delicious food is a priority, and don't leave without getting a dessert. Go to Café Tresbé for a chill lunch option with outdoor seating and reasonably-priced bites," she adds.
- What to do: "Puerto Rico is one of the top beach bachelorette destinations for a reason, so it's crucial your group visits as many beaches as the island has to offer. To accomplish this, I highly recommend booking a private boat excursion that'll take you to different hot spots. If island hopping isn't your thing, visit Blanca Fragrance Factory to create personalized scents everyone can wear during the bach trip and beyond. Lastly, go to La Placita de Santurce, a plaza full of bars and restaurants that's ideal for a night of dancing and tasty drinks," Johnson says. If your group is adventurous, rent a car to allow for daytime outings to outer islands. For example, you can take a road trip to Culebra (the cheapest travel option) to enjoy some snorkeling or diving sessions.
Top Places for a Bachelorette Party
Popular bachelorette locations aren't for everyone, but they're also most-visited spots for a reason. From Las Vegas to Miami, we've rounded up all the classic US bachelorette party destinations that offer a range of experiences for every type of group. Explore our picks below, and check out the best bach Airbnb and Vrbo rentals in your preferred city.
Atlanta, Georgia
Bachelorette parties flock to Atlanta for its delicious eats, outdoor offerings and rich history. You'll find scenic bike trails and sprawling parks, top-notch brunch spots, luxury shopping and much more in the ATL. The best times of year to visit are during the spring and fall months—summer works too, but your crew will need to be well acquainted with high temperatures and humidity.
- Where to stay: Atlanta has everything from charming Airbnb and Vrbo stays to new hotels with suites for groups. It gets hot in the summer, so you'll likely want a hotel with a pool. We recommend The Whitley in the posh Buckhead neighborhood or the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park right by the CNN Center and in the heart of downtown. If you're in search of something a bit more wellness-oriented, The Inn at Serenbe is a trendy community space that's just outside the city.
- Where to eat: Atlanta is renowned for its soul food and general Southern fare, making this the perfect spot for groups who want to eat their way through the city. Even though there's usually long wait times, we recommend The Busy Bee Cafe, which is famous for their crispy fried chicken. If you don't want to commit to only one restaurant, head to Krog Street Market, a food hall that has everything from Indian cuisine to Mexican delights. Just want a simple slice? Make your way to Fellini's Pizza (which has multiple locations) to get huge New York-style pizza and fresh salads. Though it's on the pricey side, Poor Calvin's, an Asian and Southern fusion restaurant, needs to be on your reservation list—the grilled Australian lamb chops are a must-have.
- What to do: Atlanta has lots of fun bachelorette party activities like bike trails, wine tours, paint and sip classes. Hit up Ormsby's, a bar and restaurant, for fun games or one of the lively events on their schedule. For those interested in the arts, go to Midtown to the new collections at the High Museum of Art and/or grab tickets for a show at the Fox Theatre. Something that'll constantly keep you and your squad busy: the Atlanta Beltline, a 22-mile loop of trails, parks, shops, restaurants and more that spreads into 45 neighborhoods. Side note: Atlanta is a sprawling city, so no matter what you do, we suggest renting a car to get around.
Chicago, Illinois
Sure, midwesterners love Chicago, but so do most visitors—especially those with an affinity for towering skyscrapers and deep-dish pizza. In the summer, Chicago's glistening waterfront is teeming with activity, making the city an ideal destination for bach partygoers.
- Where to stay: Pendry Chicago is perfect for a group getaway and even offers packages for groups willing to splurge for an unforgettably fancy experience. The Peninsula Chicago is also a worthy alternative, especially for wedding parties who want the five-star suite escape. Affordable-luxury options include The Gwen on Michigan Avenue and The Blackstone. And if you want a private home for you and your group to chill out or party in, see what Airbnb and Vrbo rentals are in the area.
- Where to eat: For an upscale lunch or meal, make reservations at the RL Restaurant (Chicago's preppy dining outpost of Ralph Lauren, which serves fare good enough to be acknowledged by Oprah). Group dining options are abundant across the city, including The Whale and Giuliana and Bill Rancic's RPM Italian.
- What to do: No visit to Chicago is complete without seeing Millennium Park, where groups will be dazzled by the modern Jay Pritzker Pavilion and the BP Pedestrian Bridge. Chicago has an exciting bar scene, whether you want to drink during the day or hit the lounges at night. We recommend the kitschy Three Dots and a Dash for a tropical experience.
Dallas, Texas
You may not have heard about it because of the popularity of its Texas counterparts, but Dallas is one of the best bachelorette weekend destinations. With plenty of restaurants, rooftop pools and bars, it's hard to go wrong with this pick.
- Where to stay: Thompson Dallas is a one-stop shop for bachelorette parties, as it contains two penthouse suites, a nail salon and four tasty dining experiences on-site. The award-winning HALL Arts Hotel is another great option because of its rooftop pool and art-filled spaces. Of course, there's also the chic and neo-Gothic The Joule, a luxurious boutique hotel. For a sophisticated escape, consider Hotel Crescent Court, a French-inspired abode with an expansive spa and four dining spots on-site. Want more options? Check out what Airbnb and Vrbo have available.
- Where to eat: Steakhouses, barbecue, Tex-Mex (you are in Texas, after all) and comfort food are the most popular options when it comes to group dining in Dallas. While TripAdvisor is your best bet for finding top-notch eats, believe us when we say Cattleack Barbeque (CBBQ) is one highly recommended spot.
- What to do: The city is home to the Dallas Arts District, the country's largest arts district, meaning there's plenty of culture, art and architecture to appreciate. Dallas also has a thriving nightlife environment for groups who love to party. Heels are encouraged and blowouts are a must for a glamorous night out on the town. (BAM Beauty Bar is one of the top-rated spots in the city.)
Houston, Texas
The city of Houston offers far more than space expeditions and exploration. Bachelorette parties will thrive in HTX with its high-end experiences, which include shopping and fine dining. Party-hopping and rooftop hotel drinks are also abundant across this southern city.
- Where to stay: Don't mind taking care of all of your own needs? Book an Airbnb or Vrbo rental, but if you're looking for elevated service during your Houston stay, JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria or JW Marriott Downtown Houston should be on your list. The Post Oak Hotel is a well-known luxury option if you want to experience the very best during your time in this fun and affordable Texas town.
- Where to eat: Want a restaurant with a cute interior and delicious dishes? Then you'll love the pink decor and hearty food at Bloom & Bee. Tex-Mex is a must in Texas, as is brunch. If you're looking for the very best dining experiences, Terrace 54 Bar & Table, La Griglia and Barnaby's Cafe (which is BYOB for beer and wine) are top-rated options. You can also follow a late night out with a slice from Mony's Pizzeria, a counter-service joint some believe is underrated.
- What to do: Houston is approachable, especially for groups who want to bar hop or day drink. Bachelorette parties may want to explore local breweries, like Saint Arnold Brewing Company, during the day. If you'd prefer relaxation over libations, drive to Spa World Houston to get pampered all day.
Las Vegas, Nevada
Las Vegas is one of the best spots for bachelorette parties because it caters to big groups and offers unparalleled convenience and entertainment. From pool parties to the hottest DJ appearances across nightclubs, it certainly upholds its reputation as a viable bach party destination for those who want a memorable (and often raucous) getaway.
- Where to stay: This editor has witnessed numerous bach parties make their mark on establishments like The Cosmopolitan, MGM Grand and the ARIA, reputable haunts offering top dining and nightlife options for an easy-access stay. Other classic bach party hotels include The Palazzo and Caesars Palace. Discerning groups who enjoy the finer things in life will, however, turn to The Venetian Resort. Short-term rentals for Airbnb and Vrbo are limited in Las Vegas and are sometimes not conveniently located to the Las Vegas Strip, so ensure it's the best option for your group before booking.
- Where to eat: The food options are truly endless in Vegas, as many of the country's top restaurants have designated outposts throughout the various properties. Within The Cosmopolitan, consider Momofuku for Asian fusion. Sushi lovers will want to make a reservation at Nobu for the celebrity sightseeing and the yellowtail. Party-atmosphere dinners are found at STK and TAO Asian Bistro. Also, don't forget to pick up breakfast sandwiches at Eggslut to cure the hangover.
- What to do: There's plenty to see in this all-access party city. Walking the strip is a dazzling experience and shopping options are endless too. Vegas is known for its thriving nightlife and is home to famed clubs like Hakkasan Nightclub and Omnia Nightclub. If the group is full of foodies, book an experience through Taste Food Buzz Tours, an award-winning culinary experience that hits some prime destinations, or stay at a resort with amazing restaurants. Finally, music-adoring wedding parties will want to cross their fingers to time their getaway with an opportunity to experience the Sphere or see a celebrity act during their Las Vegas residency.
Los Angeles, California
The City of Angels has everything a bachelorette party needs: temperate weather, the beach, fun nightlife, great shopping, diverse culinary options and the occasional or frequent celeb-spotting (if that's what your crew appreciates). Other than the traffic congestion, you'll be hard pressed to find something you don't love about LA.
- Where to stay: Once you've designated your chosen neighborhood in Los Angeles (Beverly Hills, WeHo and Santa Monica are our top choices), you'll want to narrow down a spot that has either beach or pool access. STILE Downtown Los Angeles is popular for its beautiful rooftop bar, while the Viceroy Santa Monica is well known for its beachside views. Shutters on the Beach is also an option for wellness-adoring groups seeking luxury suites. If you prefer to rent a home through Airbnb or Vrbo, try to get one with a pool or a beautiful view of the Hollywood Hills.
- Where to eat: Pick up a quick morning coffee at Zinqué and a celebrity-signature smoothie at Erewhon. Then enjoy a leisurely brunch at République or embrace the Southwest food traditions by eating at Gracias Madre. (This delicious Mexican food restaurant offers local organic dishes with a fun twist and it's all vegan.) Our West Coast editors also recommend grabbing dinner at Norah, followed by a drag show at Hamburger Mary's. Oh, and while you're in LA, Bravo fans would be remiss not to stop at SUR or TomTom Restaurant and Bar.
- What to do: Take a stroll down Venice Beach Boardwalk on foot, bike or Beach Barcycle. Don't forget to check out the Santa Monica farmers' markets and the mile-long strip on Abbot Kinney Boulevard for incredible shopping in Venice. And whether you're in the mood to relax and sip wine at Malibu Wines (an easy trip from the city) or have a night full of belly laughs at The Comedy Store, there's something for everyone.
Miami, Florida
Miami is a smoldering, lively city full of vibrant culture, delicious eats and renowned partying. The 305 is also home to gorgeous properties to accommodate groups, especially those who want to party by the beach…or on a mega yacht.
- Where to stay: Miami has a range of luxurious accommodations and offers a party-friendly atmosphere. For both, consider Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa, The Standard Spa, Miami Beach or the legendary Fontainebleau Miami Beach. In South Beach, Pharrell Williams and Dave Grutman's the goodtime hotel, miami beach has the aesthetic of a bach party dream. The W South Beach is another memorable place to party and crash. At most of these properties, you can reserve suites and recover poolside in your cabana while sipping mojitos or detox smoothies. And if a house rental is more your group's speed, see what chill Airbnb and Vrbo options are awaiting you.
- Where to eat: Miami is another foodie destination with endless options particularly specializing in Mexican, Peruvian and Cuban cuisine (like Sanguich sandwiches). Lido Bayside is popular for brunch and has a stunning view of the water. For most dinners, anticipate steep prices and make early reservations (we recommend the sexy Los Fuegos by Francis Mallmann at Faena Miami Beach). Other spots frequented by big groups include Nobu, Joe's Stone Crab and the bachelorette party-beloved Joia Beach or Nikki Beach Miami Beach. Then stop by Bodega South Beach for tacos and tequila.
- What to do: Each neighborhood in Miami has its own distinct feel; Wynwood (for its colorful, hand-sprayed murals) and South Beach are particularly popular among bach parties. Plus, there are so many beach clubs and so little time. Boat rides are a fun group activity, while the nightlife and pool parties in Miami are unparalleled. Dress to the nines and head to the Fontainebleau Miami Beach for its near-legendary nightlife scene. You might even catch a set by a leading DJ, and you'll most certainly walk away with stories for years.
Nashville, Tennessee
In the last decade, Nashville has cemented its position as one of the best places for a bachelorette. The city has live music, plenty of Southern charm and delicious fare, making it the ideal country bach party destination.
- Where to stay: Airbnb and Vrbo are popular picks for Nashville bachelorette parties. For the highest level of convenience, you'll want Music Row, The Gulch and Midtown to either be a short walk or quick ride away. The historic The Union Station Nashville Yards, the sophisticated The Hermitage Hotel and the Holston House Nashville are all beautiful and central properties.
- Where to eat: For brunch, don't miss Biscuit Love for biscuits and gravy, or its famed Bonuts (fried biscuit donuts). The restaurant doesn't take reservations, so get there early or be prepared to wait. For dinner, enjoy some guac and margaritas at Saint Añejo or a scenic sit-down with your crew at The Farm House on the river.
- What to do: You'll definitely want to reserve a pedal pub for you and your VIPs during the day. The 15-person bike-slash-pub is BYOB and a fun way to enjoy some drinks while touring the city. At night, hit Honky Tonk Central on Broadway for three levels of live music and dancing. It's a bachelorette/bachelor party hub, so don't be surprised to see other groups with matching T-shirts. Also, don't neglect getting mouthwatering cocktails at The Fox Bar & Cocktail Club, and, if you're up for the party, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge is a must.
New Orleans, Louisiana
The historic city of New Orleans makes for a great bachelorette party city. The beignets are delicious, the bourbon is strong and the party vibes are right. What's not to love?
- Where to stay: Properties like the immaculate Maison Métier, the iconic The Eliza Jane or the vibey Pontchartrain Hotel in the Garden District of NOLA are great for a group trip. You'll also thrive in a beautiful luxury property like Hotel Monteleone. New Orleans is a small city, so just about any area you stay in will be close to at least one attraction. We suggest looking at Airbnb and Vrbo rentals in these neighborhoods for convenience and great experiences: Midcity, Garden District/Lower Garden District, Central Business District and Marigny/Bywater.
- Where to eat: Was it really a getaway to NOLA without a stop or 10 at Café du Monde? Beignets and coffee are a must in the morning, though you'll likely want to return throughout the day for more. Casual dinners abound in the French Quarter or enjoy a luxurious meal at Cochon Restaurant or Emeril's. You can also venture to Central City BBQ or Dooky Chase's Restaurant for mouthwatering Southern fare.
- What to do: Evenings in New Orleans are classified by nights out on Bourbon Street (staples include Pat O'Briens and Cat's Meow). If you're looking for a rowdy good time, enjoy a drag brunch show at The Country Club. Your group can also swing by the bars on Frenchmen Street to hear live music and walk around Jackson Square to take in the sights. Oh, and remember to imbibe in delicious cocktails at the Carousel Bar (named after its slow-rotating bar).
Orlando, Florida
Throw on your Minnie Ears and grab those wizarding wands from Ollivander's: Magic Kingdom and Diagon Alley await. Orlando is a popular bach party destination in the US, especially for Disney and Harry Potter adoring groups. Between multiple theme parks and plenty of nightlife, this destination offers convenience and fun for an unbeatable, magical bachelorette party.
- Where to stay: If you're planning to visit multiple theme parks and relax poolside for your getaway, the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is a prime choice. Within Disney World, the Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has been the luxury hotel of choice for trips. There are plenty of villa-style accommodations sprinkled throughout the park, but they must be booked far in advance. If you want to remain close to Epcot (who could blame you), the Disney's Yacht Club Resort is a viable bet, especially since it's an easy way to relax and cool down from the beating Florida sun. If you're concerned about crowds at the aforementioned spots, see what private Airbnb and Vrbo options there are.
- Where to eat: La Cava del Tequila, located in Walt Disney World's EPCOT, is one of the best spots for bachelorette parties to order light snacks, tequila flights and margaritas. Tutto Italia Ristorante is another lovely choice in EPCOT, with traditional fare like calamari fritti. Want something not on theme park property? Make a reservation at Taverna Opa Orlando, a Greek restaurant that has fun belly dancing performances every night.
- What to do: Disney Springs is teeming with dining, shopping and nightlife including the Wine Bar George and The Edison, a nightclub where you and your squad can dance the night away and awake to another promising day at the parks. The other popular option in Orlando is located just 20 minutes away from Walt Disney World: Universal Studios Florida, where the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and TV- and movie-themed rides and experiences are everywhere you turn.
Scottsdale, Arizona
The Sonoran desert awaits in the resort-friendly town of Scottsdale, an uber-trendy bachelorette party destination. This western city is super popular with groups because you can choose a relaxed or high-energy vibe that's sure to be memorable.
- Where to stay: Most groups will rent a luxury home (this is where Airbnb or Vrbo comes in) or stay at a poolside property during a getaway to arid Arizona. The hippest and chicest hotels located minutes away from the best nightlife include The Scott Resort & Spa, Hotel Valley Ho and the W Scottsdale. Luxury options include the ADERO Scottsdale Resort or Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows. If you want a more relaxing experience and a day filled with spa services, head over to the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain and Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. Both resorts offer incredible views and are conveniently located for morning hikes.
- Where to eat: La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizzeria is a convenient option for coffee and a quick, healthy bite. If you want a more leisurely experience with the crew, stop by The Henry. Dinner at Tarbell's is a must (get the spaghetti, but beware of wearing white), or stop by The Mission for modern Latin cuisine. Sugar Bowl, a parlor open since 1958, is a must-visit for an ice-cream-loving crew.
- What to do: Explore the beautiful southwest desert with some outdoor activities like hiking Camelback Mountain and the Desert Botanical Garden, both in nearby Phoenix. Dance the night away at Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row or The Beverly on Main in Old Town Scottsdale. Some groups even go on pedal bike tours around Scottsdale, depending on the weather.
Affordable Bachelorette Party Destinations
You don't have to shell out thousands of dollars to celebrate the bride-to-be. Here are some of our favorite bachelorette party destinations for groups on a budget that don't require tons of money for a guaranteed good time.
Austin, Texas
There's more than one reason the capital of the Lone Star State is included on our list of bachelorette party destinations. Austin welcomes foodies, nature lovers and music enthusiasts alike, making it one of our favorite spots on this list.
- Where to stay: Austin is the perfect city to find a cozy Airbnb or Vrbo to bond with your crew, which makes it an ideal bachelorette weekend spot to unwind and let loose. Options range from a loft apartment downtown to a comfy home with a pool. If you're looking for an upscale and affordable hotel, the Fairmont Austin or the The Westin Austin Downtown are both fabulous options.
- Where to eat: Austin is a standout destination for Tex-Mex and barbecue in particular. Simply Google "best tacos in Austin" and the list is impressive and thorough. Two of our favorites are Eldorado Cafe and Habanero Mexican Cafe. The Salt Lick BBQ is a hot spot for classic Texas barbecue. Beware: The line gets long, but it's totally worth it.
- What to do: Tubing on a hot summer day on the Guadalupe River remains one of the most popular drink-and-lounge experiences. Rainey Street is best known for its bar culture. And if the group is interested in checking out unique art, see HOPE Outdoor Gallery, formerly known as Baylor Street Graffiti Park, for cool murals and curated art.
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
A popular bachelorette party destination in the US, the City of Brotherly Love offers everything from history lessons and a reputable art scene, to luxury shopping and award-winning restaurants. The home of the Liberty Bell has lots of low-cost options for a group that wants to ball on a budget.
- Where to stay: Rittenhouse Square is the most centrally located area of walkable experiences. Splurge at the new Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center or The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia by city hall. More affordable stays include the Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square , Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia, Motto by Hilton or house rentals through Airbnb or Vrbo. You also can't go wrong by staying at the Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia if you want to hit the slots.
- Where to eat: Philly is a top-rated bach city for foodies, making the options dense in terms of narrowing down a group dinner. Lucky for you, we consulted the city's best-known restaurant scene reporter @PhillyInsider for his tips. According to our expert, the more upscale bachelorette party will enjoy dinner and cocktails at Parc, a French bistro on Rittenhouse Square. Groups will also enjoy Rouge next door (we recommend you order its famed burger). Other trendy options include El Vez, Harp & Crown and JG Skyhigh, a Jean-Georges restaurant where impressive views and fare are coupled together. For brunch or dinner, stop by Talula's Garden for a farm-to-table experience. Finally, venture over to South Street or South Philly (there is a difference, you know) for a taste of Philly's most-iconic indulgence: the cheesesteak.
- What to do: Fitness-leaning bachelorettes can start their days with a scenic run or walk along Old City's riverfront pathway or the Ben Franklin Parkway along Kelly Drive. The former offers gorgeous views of the Delaware River (you may have heard of it in history classes), while the latter provides views of the historic Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Schuylkill River. The city itself has a thriving nightlife scene, ranging from the low-key quality cocktails offered inside the Library Bar in The Rittenhouse Hotel, where black-tie wedding sightings are guaranteed on weekends to clubs. Local favorite Frankford Hall, an open-air beer garden in the heart of trendy and buzzing neighborhood Fishtown, is a quick Uber ride away.
Portland, Maine
In Northern New England, the town of Portland offers delicious seafood rolls, top breweries and unassuming activities like boating and lobster catching. With that said, why haven't you booked your bach there already?
- Where to stay: Portland is home to fabulous boutique hotel options, including The Press Hotel, former home to the Portland Press Herald, and the iconic Portland Harbor Hotel. There's also Inn By the Sea in Cape Elizabeth, a sustainable property near Portland with ocean views. If you prefer even more seclusion, enjoy a one-hour ferry ride away to Chebeague Island Inn, famed for its quaint, shuttered yellow facade. Need more options to send the group chat? Add a few rentals from Airbnb or Vrbo.
- Where to eat: Welcome to Maine, where you'll find its crown jewel: lobsters. The Highroller Lobster Co. and Portland Lobster Co. are highly recommended options. Now, we didn't want to give this up, but the world's best lobster rolls could, quite possibly, be made at Eventide Oyster Co. Call ahead to pick up the rolls, or expect a lengthy wait.
- What to do: Since the city is nestled along the coast, enjoy a day trip to Casco Bay and take the ferry over to the islands. Portland is also home to Allagash Brewing Company, one of the top-rated breweries in the country, which your bachelorette crew will appreciate. For history buffs, tour Victoria Mansion and Old Port. If you're traveling during the summer season, book a sailboat tour with the Portland Schooner Co. Also, grab cocktails at trendy spots like Blyth & Burrows or dinner at Leeward.
Savannah, Georgia
Picturesque oak trees and Spanish moss drape the city of Savannah, which includes well-maintained parks and historic charm. The city is the perfect spot for bach parties interested in scenic streets, delicious Southern cuisine and late-night antics (including ghost hunting).
- Where to stay: Savannah is beloved for its history and architecture with charming bed-and-breakfasts (Kehoe House and Catherine Ward House Inn), pretty boutique hotels (Perry Lane Hotel) and centrally located Airbnbs and Vrbos. A word of warning to spooky-seeking squads: At the 17hundred90 Inn & Restaurant, the ghost of a young woman named Anna is known for terrifying guests brave enough to book a night in room 204.
- What to eat: The Collins Quarter and Clary's Cafe are both popular brunch spots, while dinner is served at The Olde Pink House, an 18th-century mansion converted into a restaurant or Mrs. Wilke's Dining Room. Cool off with sweets at Leopold's Ice Cream, a parlor operating since 1919.
- What to do: While you're in one of the most haunted cities in the world, venture through graveyards and other spooky spots by booking a ghost tour. The nightlife scene in Savannah is also well-known. Venture over to multiple piano and karaoke bars for a fun evening with the group. Bachelorette parties will especially enjoy sunset drinks at the rooftop bar Peregrin, which includes a pool and nearby shopping in Savannah's Historic District.
The Catskills, New York
You don't have to spend a fortune on a Catskills bachelorette party to have the time of your life. Nestled in upstate New York, this picturesque hideaway is a mountain-lover's paradise. Plan your trip during the peak fall season to get a glimpse of the region's most beautiful foliage that you have to see to believe.
- Where to stay: Immerse yourselves in the wilderness at Urban Cowboy Lodge & Resort, a 44-room lodge on 200 acres of land. Even though it's just over two hours away from New York City, you'll feel like you've stepped into another universe. We also recommend Scribner's Catskill Lodge, and consider booking one of "The Rounds," a collection of luxe cabins that include an oculus for stargazing, Japanese soaking tubs and decks with panoramic views. There are lots of Airbnb and Vrbo options in this scenic part of NY, so have fun picking the perfect one for your group.
- Where to eat: Sip on seasonal ciders at Westwind Orchard & Cidery, snack on comfort food at an outdoor patio table at Arrowood Farms and be sure to grab a few wood-fired pies from Ollie's Pizza. Plan a big, fancy dinner at The Restaurant at Inness, where you can sip on cocktails around a fire pit after your meal.
- What to do: Given the region's emphasis on farm-to-table sourcing, the best way to enjoy the Catskills is to eat your way through it. Spend your days hopping around farms, breweries and cider houses, focusing on places that have outdoor spaces. (Fact: Everything tastes better when you're sitting in an Adirondack chair.) Plan a few hikes through scenic overlooks like Kaaterskill Falls or Huckleberry Trail, and hop in your car to take a self-guided tour through the area's beautiful scenic drives. At night, sit outside to stargaze and take in the natural beauty around you.

The country has all types of outdoor activities for the adventurous set, including unwinding in hot springs such as the famous Blue Lagoon. If you're lucky enough during the winter months, the Northern Lights might be on full display.
- Where to stay: Iceland's capital, Reykjavik, offers plenty of places to stay. The historic Hotel Borg's Art Deco architecture and premier service is perfect for those who want to splurge on luxury. For a more design-forward spot, try the 101 Hotel—it's the type of boutique, Icelandic experience you think of when you imagine Scandinavian chic. Discover what unique abodes Airbnb or Vrbo has available too.
- Where to eat: Book a table at The Fish Market, one of the country's best restaurants highlighting Icelandic cuisine, like freshly caught Arctic Char and local lamb. After a night of bar-hopping (Icelanders party until dawn) hit local hot dog stand Bæjarins Beztu Pylsur, which has been open since 1937. Made from a blend of Icelandic lamb, pork and beef, these dogs come with a series of toppings, including bacon mayonnaise and crispy fried onions.
- What to do: Book a tour to see the Golden Triangle (also known as the Golden Circle), Blue Lagoon, the black-sand beaches in Vik and views of the glaciers and icebergs at Jökulsárlón. Or venture over to Þórsmörk, the nature reserve, where you can hike and see sights from Game of Thrones. In the colder winter months, the Northern Lights are the thing to see after midnight.
Salem, Massachusetts
Lean into all things witchy and mystical with a bachelorette party in Salem, Massachusetts. This historic New England town oozes cool, celestial vibes—and you don't have to plan your party in the fall to make the most out of your time there. (In fact, our editors who frequent this spot recommend visiting all throughout the year to avoid big Halloween crowds.)
- Where to stay: Groups that want to stay in the middle of all the fun will want to consider Salem's Hawthorne Hotel, located conveniently in the middle of the city's best restaurants and sights. Alternatively, consider taking your crew to The Hotel Salem, a swanky accommodation that has the only rooftop in the city. There are also lots of quaint Airbnb or Vrbo rentals, so don't forget to browse before making your final decision.
- Where to eat: You can't go to Massachusetts and not enjoy some classic New England clam chowder. For mouthwatering soup, lobster rolls and steamers, head to Turner's Seafood or Bernadette. (Psst: It's said that this restaurant is one of Salem's most haunted sites.) Your crew may also love Ledger, a high-end restaurant and bar that's spacious for groups and has excellent reviews. Be sure to get a decadent sweet treat at Kakawa Chocolate House before you leave.
- What to do: The best way to enjoy Salem is to lean into all things spiritual and spooky. Peek into your future with a group tarot card or aura reading, visit historic museums or embark on a nighttime witch tour (if you dare). Stop into editor-recommended HausWitch Home + Healing to "shop witchy wares that don't feel gimmicky, and schedule a group aura photography session." If you're visiting in the summer, take a day trip to lounge on the beach in nearby Marblehead or Cape Ann. Interested in an adult arcade that's in a spooky old jail? Head to Bit Bar.
San Pedro, Belize
San Pedro is a small town in the southern part of Ambergris Caye, Belize that everyone should know about. There's plenty of beach bars, seafood restaurants, scuba diving, snorkeling and much more in this tropical paradise.
- Where to stay: For those who want a more secluded experience, find a unique vacation rental on Airbnb or Vrbo. If you want to relax in luxury, book Alaia Belize, an oceanfront resort with a spa, six restaurants, four bars and three pools. Ramon's Village Resort and Grand Caribe Belize are two other highly rated stays that'll take your breath away.
- Where to eat: Don't leave San Pedro without going to Elvi's Kitchen and getting one of their delicious and memorable entrees. If you want to have someone show you where multiple tasty bites are, book a Belize food tour to try flavors that'll blow your mind.

Try out water activities like snorkeling, sailing, fishing, or hop on a catamaran. Take a 30-minute ferry ride to Caye Caulker where you can sightsee, party and relax by the ocean. Secret Beach is another popular bachelorette destination where groups can enjoy cocktails and lunch at picnic tables in the water.
Nassau, The Bahamas
White sand beaches, luxurious accommodations and all-inclusive options abound in this scenic getaway, located just a few hours by plane from top cities across the US. What's great about The Bahamas is that it has something for low-key, luxury-seeking groups and party-hoppers alike.
- Where to stay: Rent a house through Airbnb or Vrbo, or check resorts that stand out for bachelorette party antics in the Bahamas. Book stays at the hip SLS Baha Mar or take the convenient 15-minute drive from Nassau to The Royal Atlantis for all the fun (and vacation drinks) with your crew. Concierge IV services are also on-site at the SLS in case the party went a little too late the previous evening. (We get it, though: The party doesn't stop during the weekends—and why should it? It's your bachelorette.)
- Where to eat: Dining options are aplenty in Nassau, especially if you choose to stay at one of the three properties in the megaresort of Baha Mar. A Café Boulud opened in 2021, and there's also Katsuya and Cleo for group dinners. In Nassau, and along the many islands, there are numerous scenic snack shacks and spots for fresh food and cocktails.

We recommend signing up for a class at Barry's or Boost Studios for a group fitness experience or heading outdoors for an incline workout at Red Rocks (where you can also catch a concert). It isn't a bach party in Denver without a night at the Grizzly Rose, a country bar and nightclub that offers line dancing. (Not to worry, says our Colorado-based editor: lessons are offered.) The establishment also hosts live performances from country artists, some well known and others up and coming.

- Where to eat: Grab your own fire pit and gather around for dinner at Cold Water Brewery & Grill. The Loft is another highly recommended option for groups. And for breakfast, locals flock to Fire Sign Cafe.
- What to do: Take advantage of the warm-weather months by doing plenty of outdoor activities. In the winter, après-ski is especially popular around Tahoe, so enjoy cocktails and the scene at local properties. Nightlife is more prevalent in Tahoe South, while North Lake Tahoe is a bit more luxurious.
The Hamptons, New York
Seen across shows for its boxwood hedges, lavish shingled properties and its no-frills affluent residents, The Hamptons is a prime destination for bachelorette party members in search of a charming beach vibe with luxury prices. Like any destination worth reaching, a drive out east will take about three to five hours from New York City (depending on traffic). Or, consider a Blade if you want to arrive in style.
- Where to stay: The Surf Lodge is arguably the most iconic property along the bay, while EHP Resort & Marina in East Hampton is an elevated and gorgeous option for groups. The Hedges Inn is a cute option created by the founder of The Colony Hotel in Palm Beach. For trendy brides, Gurney's Montauk is one of the best options for prime restaurant, beach and spa access. The Montauk location is a popular day-drinking spot for those who want their coffee, rosé and cabana time. Most private residences have booking rules, such as securing an entire week's stay and exclusions of bach parties, so start planning well in advance to cautiously secure a top-rated home with a pool on Airbnb or Vrbo.
- Where to eat: Along the East end, lobster rolls are the thing at the red-white-and-blue-hued LUNCH Lobster Roll, also featured on Showtime's The Affair. Right across the highway is the equally adorable Clam Bar. Seafood lovers will want to check out Duryea's Lobster Deck for truly delicious lobster rolls and buttered corn on the cob. To catch the sunset with a mouthwatering meal, stop by Navy Beach for the buttermilk fried chicken. In pretty East Hampton, the hottest restaurant and sunset views are found at Si Si at EHP. If that's booked out, Fresno and Rita Cantina are also hot reservations in town (as is the ever-so-reliable Serafina). You can also never go wrong with brunch at the stunning Topping Rose House.
- What to do: Bachelorette parties will want to stop by a few wineries, beginning with the famed Wölffer Estate Vineyard, where you'll share a cheese plate and taste mind-blowing rosé. Channing Daughters Winery and Duck Walk Vineyards are also nearby. Twinkly lights and watermelon cocktails are aplenty at RUSCHMEYERS but anticipate long lines after 10 p.m. Quite often, dinner-to-dancing is a typical East End schedule, so consider Southampton Social Club (which you've seen on Bravo's Summer House) or The Stephen Talkhouse.

- Where to stay: A rooftop sky garden with views of the ocean awaits at The Cape, A Thompson Hotel where guests have access to Monuments Beach. There's also Esperanza, which has suites that include outdoor terraces, ocean views and private infinity pools. Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is more relaxed, as it's inspired in part by contemporary Japanese minimalism. A true party atmosphere is found at ME Cabo, an adults-only stay that has a mega DJ stand and swim-up bar. Reserve an Airbnb or Vrbo before they get snatched up by other bachelorette party groups.
- Where to eat: Nobu is a popular choice for large bach groups, as is The Office with its picturesque setup. Also, you'll regret not going to Rosa Negra with its beautiful plating and mouthwatering bites.
- What to do: Cabo has a bit of everything, but it's known for golfing, water excursions and day club-style partying. Head to the Omnia for its pool party or relax by the beach. ATV tours are also a popular choice for bachelorette groups who like to live life on the wild side.

Ask anyone who travels consistently and you'll hear that Mexico City has made an impact on them. This Insta-worthy bachelorette party city has it all: It's a cosmopolitan and demure destination that's home to a world-class fine-dining scene, as well as authentic cultural cuisine (tortas, tacos and churros). With a variety of neighborhoods, Mexico City also offers incredible culture for the museum buffs out there. The city is vibrant and lively, and groups will enjoy an international getaway less than four hours away from most major cities.
- Where to stay: Groups should stay in the picturesque neighborhoods of La Condesa (Condesa), Roma Norte (Roma), Zona Rosa and Centro Historico (or Centro). Sofitel Mexico City Reforma is highly recommended due to its location and brand name recognition. Hotel Geneve Mexico City is also a top pick for many frequent visitors of the city. The European-inspired homes of Condesa are particularly conducive for bigger groups if you're looking for rentals—we recommend Airbnb and Vrbo.
- Where to eat: Bar el Bosque is highly recommended as it accommodates groups and discerning appetites, as is the case in Roma at Blanco Colima. Seafood restaurant Contramar is another reputable name with decor to match. The bright establishment is perfect for groups that want a scene—and to be seen.

If you're looking to venture outside the city, you'll find the beautiful Floating Gardens of Xochimilco, a colorful UNESCO World Heritage Site, less than an hour away. Need another great place to take photos? Head to Biblioteca Vasconcelos.
Palm Springs, California

- Where to stay: Consider the Ace Hotel Palm Springs, The Palm Springs Hotel or Saguaro for the "casual palm trees and pool views" Instagram aesthetic. Or, turn to top-suggested properties on TripAdvisor. Larger groups, however, will want to grab one one of the beautiful homes listed on Vrbo or Airbnb for their own private pool and spacious kitchen.
- Where to eat: Brunch is popular in Palm Springs, opt for Cheeky's and French-inspired spot Farm. The Thirsty Palms and The Tropicale Palm Springs are places visitors keep coming back to as well.
- What to do: Enjoy a wine-tasting tour through nearby Temecula. The drive from Palm Springs along 74 alone is a breathtaking experience for groups. Then, take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (if you're not afraid of heights) to the top of San Jacinto Peak.
San Diego, California
The sunny West Coast destination is perfect for beach-adoring bachelorette and bachelor parties. San Diego is beloved for stretches of beautiful beaches like La Jolla, as well as beautiful points of interest like Torrey Pines.
- Where to stay: A waterfront stay with gorgeous views is highly recommended. Groups can choose between an Airbnb or Vrbo property, or top hotels like the Hotel del Coronado, The Pendry San Diego, as well as the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. If the group is willing to splurge, the luxury option is the Andaz San Diego.
- Where to eat: San Diego is home to familiar, party restaurants like STK and Dockside 1953. For something more local, try Cucina urbana or Adelaide at L'Auberge.

Beach days are significantly splendid in San Diego, where groups can select from 70 miles of incredible oceanfront stretches of sand. Balboa Park is a must-visit too (especially the gardens).
Santa Fe, New Mexico
Let's be honest: The Santa Fe region is teeming with new development and interesting culture, making it one of the leading trending destinations for a slew of celebrations, including bachelorette parties and Western-themed weddings.
- Where to stay: Book a chalet, a renovated guesthouse or a unique dome home on Airbnb or Vrbo. Groups that really want to splurge should seriously consider a stay at Bishop's Lodge, one of the most buzzed-about hotel openings in the US. Ojo Santa Fe is another award-winning resort that you need to see because of its spring-fed thermal pools.
- What to eat: Good food is a given in Santa Fe. Groups will love the al fresco ambiance at La Plazuela or the energy within the Coyote Cafe. Other spots you should consider putting on your must-visit list are The Shed, La Choza, and Paper Dosa.
- What to do: Adobe homes, winding and charming streets and Pueblo-style structures will give the design-adoring bunch much to see and explore. Must-dos include the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, Canyon Road and Meow Wolf Santa Fe. The city also sits on the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo if you're looking for an outdoor adventure.
Tulum, Mexico
Pack your swimsuits and flock to the Yucatán Peninsula for an oceanfront stay at one of the many properties dotting the thick brushes of jungle-meets-ocean in this trendy part of Mexico. With sprawling oceanfront developments and easy access to Cancun International Airport from the East Coast of the US, Tulum and nearby Playa del Carmen are some of the best spots for bachelorette parties.
- Where to stay: Options include Palmaïa, The House of AïA, an all-inclusive wellness resort, or Mezzanine, where plunge pools, oceanfront yoga, sound baths and DJ sets await. If you're looking for distinctive dining and bar options, turn to the Mi Amor and go barefoot the entire time. Parties who are willing to splurge (though the price is well worth the stay) should consider the bright and airy Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort and its more refined sibling, Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya. Those seeking a fun and kitschy setting for their bach party will love the colorful and energetic vibes at Margaritaville Island Reserve Riviera Maya by Karisma. For a truly one-of-a-kind experience, consider booking a private home for your crew through Airbnb, Vrbo or Villa Esmeralda Gourmet Inclusive by Karisma.
- Where to eat: If your besties are the types to enjoy a sound bath meditation, have a penchant for vacationing across the Caribbean and celebrate Taco Tuesdays without fail, Tulum is a worthy choice for an international bachelorette destination. Some of the standout options for fine dining include Loco Tulum, Tantra and La Zebra. Turn to TripAdvisor or Expedia for more local restaurant recommendations.
- What to do: What else is there to do in Tulum but relax in style, recline on its beautiful beaches and down fresh-squeezed juice? From late November through summer, the locale is a paradise for those who want the sea and a thriving nightlife scene. For the more-adventurous bachelorette party groups, visiting ruins is a worthy option, and sailing and snorkeling excursions await too. We also recommend participating in a temazcal ceremony led by a local shaman for a truly memorable experience.
